Attempted to contact this agent repeatedly to speak with them about filing my claim for Hurricane Laura. I didnt receive any call backs or emails. If they were unable to assist their clients, they should have forwarded their calls to another agent. Ive been a customer for over 25 years. I am deeply disappointed with this agent.
