Not to good today, unfortunately accused of smoking in vehicle (havent had a smoke since 1985) not a great experience...and gave back more fuel than was in when received. Be careful if you choose .....this was not correct !!!!

I have a friend who swears that I would pay less if I shopped around for a rental car. I say, if what you have works perfectly then why shop?Im not looking for a less expensive wife. I love her and I love Enterprise.I love them in D.C., I love them in Maui, I love them in Kona and I love them in Honolulu.

My family needed a vehicle for the day on Maui. We rented a Jeep from Enterprise. In comparison to nearby rental places the staff at Enterprise was exceptional, helpful, friendly and quick. The facility and waiting room was clean and professional. Their prices were actually a little better than close by rental business. Drop off was super simple as well. Thank you Enterprise. Very good experience.

Consistently friendly and professional.

Reserved a vehicle online from cruise ship. Waited for 45 minutes (at least) portside for on shuttle that never arrived. An Alamo shuttle appeared and the young driver (Chase) took us the the Alamo rental office where they gave us an upgrade and waived the fuel refill. (Apparently Enterprise and Alamo the same company.) Cruise ship passengers only have a few precious hours to enjoy a port-of-call. Thankfully Chase and the Alamo staff saved the day and we spent the afternoon enjoying the beautiful island of Maui.

It was busy weekend when I came to this offsite Enterprise Rent-A-Car and took a little while to get my car but overall, the staff took good care of me. It was understandable and the staff were courteous.One thing I would like them to improve is the range of cars that you can rent but having a rental car office right inside the Sheraton Maui Hotel is awesome.

I came in to Lahaina Harbor by Expedition Ferry. I tried to indicate that I was coming in by ferry, but there is no specific way to address this in your website. I had to call before the shuttle was even sent.I was given a down graded compact car yet was charged the intermediate price.I also did not like that the car did not have a full tank of gas.

Worst car rental experience Ive ever had! I ordered a car through Hotwire while I was in town on vacation. The contract I had stated there were $0 due as it was prepaid through Hotwire. The woman that checked me in told me I needed to give her my credit card just in case I didnt bring the car back with the same amount of gas as it had when I left. When I returned the car they charged me again even though my contract said $0 due. I called a week later when I got home after vacation and was told they were going to refund the charge...that was about three weeks ago and there is no refund. Ive buried my baby brother in january 27th and this is the last thing that I want to deal with right now. They are unprofessional and flat-out Crooks I never agreed to pay the amount that was charged. My contract said $0 so theyve stolen my money. the fault was found and they still have not corrected it.

I am a corporate and personal customer and rent from this location frequently, as they have special rates for Lanai residents. I have had the normal long waits at the Maui-Lanai ferry, shuttles with not enough space, etc., but have never felt the need to complain before. Today, I (as usual) left what should have been tons of time, but there were 3 accidents on the way back from central Maui. I called ahead and saying I was 4 minutes away and that I was going to arrive at 4:32pm - the last shuttle was at 4:30pm. It is unfortunate that they are unable to wait literally 2 minutes for a client they know is about to pull in. I know that businesses cannot wait indefinitely. But given the number of Lanai residents that rent from this location, it is really disappointing to be told rudely on the phone that I dont care if you are 2 minutes late, we are going to shut the door on you. I was trying to get home. Thanks for the professional service Enterprise.

Prompt, courteous and friendly. It was only a matter of minutes before they picked us up at the Kapalua airport and the car lot was just a short drive. Our rental associates were nice and the car was great. We have used Enterprise at Kahului airport as well, which is also fine, but the whole experience at Kapalua was very easy and personal.

Shuttle pulled up as I exited from terminal. Some confusion as to where I should go. But as soon as that was figured out. Employees were friendly and enthusiastic.

Would not hesitate to rent from them in the islands... Some of the other companies are horrible. Beware and check out the reviews for sure.

Im always wary of car hire companies but these guys, especially Brian, were great. They gave us a lift to and from the hotel, comparatively priced and Brian was super friendly

Rented car drove car returned car, rate was fair, car was clean, all good.

If on a cruise, rent from Avis or National. Their shuttles showed up twice while we were still waiting for the Enterprise shuttle.Shuttle to this Enterprise location from cruise terminal runs every 1/2 hour.

Enterprise does not offer shuttle service in Lahaina so you have to pay for a cab to and from the harbor. I am forced to rent from other companies.

Do not rent from this location. The car are filthy. They told me 2 x they would credit my account for gas and a month later I am still chasing them down. The worst rental car experience I have ever had.

Only took the driver on the shuttle. Leaving the rest of the family at the port. Wasted an hour of our day going back to get family.
