Wonderful place to stay! Nice upgrades in the kitchen and bath. Beautiful little beach right out front where turtle swim and come nap on shore daily. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.

We have room A205. Great views from second floor and third floor. Its a condo.

A wonderful place to stay and watch beautiful sunsets for someone that wants to enjoy island life. Its very close to Lahaina and other tourest destinations.

Beautiful 2 room suite w kitchen dishwasher microwave and dishes. 2 private balconies facing ocean w great sunsets. Pools w slides volleyball courts and waterfalls. Grounds impeccable. Great staff.

Are you planning on visiting Maui? I know we all want to right now! Lokelani Condos are perfect for so many reasons. Read on!If anyone I know says they’re going to Hawaii, outside of Waikiki, I always recommend they stay in a condo. There are some beautiful hotels in Hawaii, but if you want to stay ON THE WATER at a reasonable price, you have to select a condo. If you’re going to Maui, pick Lokelani.The layout of these condos is perfect, but you have to select a second floor condo to reap the benefits. The second floor condos are actually two stories! The first floor is your kitchen and living room area, and it comes with an oceanfront balcony. The second floor has two bedrooms. There is a smaller room with two twin beds that has an inner-island mountain view, and the master bedroom has another oceanfront balcony. Hello!! Who doesn’t want this??Side note: There are some people who do not want this. I was researching oceanfront condos in Hawaii and someone actually gave an oceanfront condo building a low rating because the ocean was too loud. Is the ocean loud? Yes. Is it enough to make you not want to stay in an oceanfront condo in Hawaii? No way!! Is it the best way to sleep? Absolutely.Another reason I love this place is the location. You have to have a car on Maui anyway, so there’s really no point in staying right in the middle of Lahaina or anything like that. Plus, in order to get one of these oceanfront places, you have to be outside the towns anyway. The address is technically in Lahaina, but the condos are north of it. Maybe a 15 minute drive in? Anyway, you’ll be enjoying your view of Lanai off your lanai so much that you won’t want to go into town anyway.Another plus of Lokelani is the sea turtles on the beach. When we visited in 2015, the beach didn’t exist. This may seem weird and I’m sure can be explained by tides or something scientific, but it was still okay. There was a beach adjacent to the property that we could walk to. And while there, we swam with some turtles. This isn’t a place to really get good snorkeling in, but swimming with turtles will make up for that.In my VRBO article, I did mention that you may want to make sure your rental has air conditioning. This was the time I learned the hard way about this. I’d been to Hawaii a few times before the 2015 vacation, and I know that we had rented oceanfront condos without air. This had never been an issue and, honestly, something I did not consider. However, this visit to Maui was HOT. The heat was even something the locals were not used to. Lokelani faces west, and the afternoon was sweltering. There were sunshades that pulled down on the balconies, but that just blocked the sea breeze. So we did make the best of it with fans and enjoyed the view. There are units that have air, and I know that next time I visit, I’ll pick one.

Lovely accommodations. A206 has a notebook of info. Read. Its a treat. Two story condo gave us 2 levels of gorgeous views of the ocean. No elevator. Problem with stairs? Possibly, this 2bdrm unit is not for you. Many amenities. Accommodating management. Turtles sunbathing on the beach! Whales breeching!

We LOVED our stay at Lokelani! We stayed for a week and we had such a great time. The rooms are spacious and include a full kitchen, personal lanai, washer/dryer and other family friendly amenities.The property is beautiful and well maintained. They have 2 small swimming poolsWe were within a short distance of the beach. This condo It’s also a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Love it, and would definitely stay here again.

When looking at the photos of this condo we were afraid it was too good to be true. I am delighted to share that is is exactly as described. Everything is clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. The view is spectacular, and it all comes with a lovely beach. The location is convenient to restaurants and groceries, but far enough to be quiet. We are extremely pleased with Lokelani Condominiums!

Such a relaxing place, own kitchen and washer/dryer so we hit the grocery store and we were able to relax. Didnt have to get up early and hit breakfast, had drinks anytime we wanted them, did our laundry, didnt have to bring so many clothes with us. Walk out of our living room the beach is right there!!!!!!! The cost was quite reasonable. Sure beats hotels where you have to go down to breakfast, lunch, dinner, to the beach. Our paradise was right out our door!!!!

Good location. Has Kitchen, refrigerator, washer dryer, WiFi, car parking and private beach. Ocean view and sunset view from room/ balcony. We had to purchase only grocery from Costco wholesale there. No AC and non smoking condo.

We walked into a beautiful 2 bedroom condo. It had been remodeled in 2016. The kitchen is great and large. The bedrooms are upstairs, as well as the larger of the bathrooms. The smaller bathroom is downstairs. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, exactly where it was needed. One bedroom has a king bed the other twins. The unit in on the waterfront where trutles stop to feed. There is a small beach. Perfect. As well as a small outdoor pool. The only thing we didnt have was salt and pepper! So bring it if you.

Good condos, right by the sea. Just now, i am on the lenai watching the tail end of a tropical storm, in a T-shirt. Parking space assigned, so no worries there. Reasonable price by Maui standards, at least for the unit we rented.

Right on the water. BEAUTIFUL view. Hear the ocean at night. Clean and a real value. We would do this again for sure.

Location .. Location and Location ! Loved our stay there. The farmers market is right down the street so we had an easy access to all the organic and vegetarian food items. We took an ocean front condo and loved it. We had the best sunset view in the entire Maui. We went to lot of different places for sunset but nothing could beat what we got from the patio of our condominium. Recommended Strongly !

This place is a gem. Right on the water with a private beach and very quiet -- only 36 units. Our unit was in perfect condition with an excellent kitchen. Many units are occupied by their owners, not rented, and there is a notable pride of ownership. The small office staff is incredibly pleasant and thorough.

Phenomenal location. Steps away from the beach. We saw sea turtles every day in the water. Complex is a bit dated but the views and beach access make up for it. Apt mgr was super helpful

Stayed here with my family for 10 days and loved it. Felt like home. Great views and a nice private beach. Had fun swimming with the turtles!!

Would definitely stay here again! Unit (A-106) was clean and the place was quiet. Welcome basket had snacks, coffee, mug, postcards, maps, coupons...very sweet. Very warm the first night (theres an AC but its locked up, you cant use it), but we cracked all doors and windows for the week and all the other days were cooler. Sea turtles swam right outside in the afternoon and a couple came onto the beach to rest. Everything was great. :)

We have stayed at the Lokelani Condos twice while staying in Maui. We love the location, people are friendly and the condos we have stayed in are awesome. It is great to be able to look outside at the ocean, sunsets etc. and also to see turtle. My step Mom saw whales and dolphins as well. Great place to stay. The sound of the ocean at night lulls you to sleep. Nothing better.

This is hands down our favorite place to stay when we go to Maui. Maui is hands down our favorite place to go. LOL. It doesnt take a lot to figure out we love Hawaii. The condos are placed like 40 feet from the ocean, you go to sleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to them. Turtles swim right out in front of the condo. You can catch eels and see the eels at night right in front. This is a very cool place to stay.

Great condos right at the oceans edge. Beach attached to the property with amazing amount of turtles to be seen.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!! Amenities list Air Conditioning with dual splits. Well, the dual splits are one in each upstairs bedroom. This is a large two level condo with NO AIR CONDITIONING ON THE FIRST LEVEL, which consists of the living room, kitchen, dining and bath. We will eat most meals out as it is too uncomfortable to cook in the kitchen.We are here in July and it is HOT. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Great little town on Maui, here you can still find the easy life which attracts us all but us to Hawaii, great scenery, beautiful beaches. Unfortunately, life in Hawaii is also expensive, the weekly purchase of 100 Eurein Germany costs here loosely 40 to 50% more.
