I visited this store several times… every time we a plain disappointment and I Wales out every single time out. employees have no clue what they are doing … and on top off all they charge higher fees than any other ups store!!! Ridiculous !!! robbery in a bright daylight and a legal one! Go to Aliso UPS store. Amazing service and pricing.

This location checked in my ATT equipment return improperly. ATT is asking for $150 or they will put the bill in collection and this UPS location said there is nothing they can do. I will have to pay the $150 even after turning in all my equipment in a timely manner because of this location. Do not use them.

This UPS Store location has the friendliest, most helpful team! I always use this facility to ship family holiday packages and my Income Taxes and have never had a problem. The prices are reasonable and much more efficient than sending via local Post Office.They pack my items so they arrive safely and securely. I’ll continue this friendly shipping method here at the Laguna Niguel location always!
