I am a fanatic when it comes to keeping my car clean. No other car wash around here gets my car nearly as clean as fast5Xpress. Its really a great setup. When youre done going through the car wash you get to use the vacuum system and when I leave the grounds my car is immaculate. Love this place!

Good value and good workers. They are super cool guys that do really good work. Always leave squeaky clean and happy as a clam. Hahahaha

Didnt wash very good! It left a lot of dirty spots and the R.O. (reverse osmosis, aka spot free rinse) or spot free rinse left a TON of spots! They told me it didnt clean well because I bought the cheap $8 wash and that I can wipe it off, myself with a terry cloth rag. I was like what?? Too bad the wash is just down the street from my house but I will never go back.

Okay overall. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my car. Great for cars that are already well cared for. Mostly just sprays some water and some soap, doesn’t seem to actually clean the surfaces. I wish the drying fans were stronger and stayed on longer then 5 seconds, left a TON of water. I had to dry the car for almost 30 minutes, which is disappointing for a 14 dollar wash. Love the dual vacuum cleaners that are unlimited if you buy a wash (my favorite feature) I will definitely come back though because it’s the only decent car wash in all of Orange County IMO.

Like it actually. If you buy the 4 pack to share card (4× regardless of car) the outside wash is below approx. $7.25 for silver (drying incl). Same or better than Costco (less driving = savings w/$4 gallon at the pump)

Not happy. First time there, paid $14 for the gold pkg. The initial brushes that are first and do the sides of your car? Yeah, well, they pulled away as soon as they got to my front doors, so only 1/3 of my tiny SUV got washed. Good vacuums tho. But, yeah, this isnt for me

The best thing about this car wash chain is that you do not have restricted time after the wash to deal with vacuuming, and taking care of the after work. All tools are provided, you just need to engage elbow grease and dont forget to bring towels, everything else including compressed air is provided for a workstation after you have washed your car in the automated wash oh, so bring your dirty car and enjoy :-)

Awesome car wash! I would highly recommend this place because it has great monthly plans and well-priced single washes as well with several options with increasing services the higher the price goes. The wash I got was the most basic at $8 and it was good, cleaned my car pretty well. Came with 3 dashboard wipes and 2 car fresheners, which was a nice surprise. Only negative is that the wash wasn’t able to fully get those stubborn bird poop stains off. After the wash I was able to use their vacuum services which were so powerful and easy to use, with a vacuum on either side of the car so no crazy maneuvering. They even had mat holders which made vacuuming them super easy! Definitely going back.

As an area resident we received a coupon for a free silver wash. The attendant was kind and accommodating and answered all our questions. Their car wash was 5 minutes as promised and the car very clean when it came out of the car wash. Were able to get a free vacuum in the vacuum bay and was easily accessible. The vacuum bay even had an air hose available to get all the water out of the crevices so that you could dry the car adequately. This is something normally you would only find at one of the high-priced car washes.This will definitely be our new car wash of choice. Excellent value for the money! Thanks again Fast Express!

A unique experience if you like to stay in your car and then do your own vacuuming. Others must agree since the place was packed on a Wed at 430 pm.

Nice people are working here. Rain re-wash free with silver level. Highest level gets half off the next wash. Like that the self- vacuum is included in the price and not added on afterwards.

Saw the advertisement for a free car wash for the grand opening.The employee at the booth said it was free for the silver wash and $5 for a premium wash. I gladly paid the $5 for the premium for my dirty car and noticed while driving through the silver wash light was flashing. So, basically I paid $5 for a free wash. They pulled a fast 5 (fast one) on me. Lol :(

It was my first time car wash here as it opened only weeks back.The wash was overall good but blower was not sufficient to dry enough and end up having water spots on the tailgate. The free vacuum is good addition.

Ok for self wash. If Im in Tustin ill go To the one there the wash is longer and they give a code for second wash half price valid for 30days.

Seriously good wash for the money

Super affordable and does a really good job at cleaning your car. The vehicle in front of me was white and filthy and came out sparkling after the wash.

Construction hasnt been completed but it looks pretty nice for a semi selfservice car wash.

Terrible job on pickups. Tail gate, running boards, and rear windows are almost not touched at all. Paid for the highest priced option.
