On a Sat afternoon, radiator hose blew off, coolant spilled everywhere, car was parked in hot sun in 95 degree weather with my 5 year old daughter and 2 dogs inside. Needed a tow to repair shop fast. Juan showed up less than 10 min after calling him. He had it loaded and ready to transport in 5 min. He took my credit card payment on the spot and then dropped it off at local repair shop, sent me a picture of it safely at shop. Juan was very nice, helpful, quick and professional. Great service!

SCAMMERS- they came out and demanded $300 over and above insurance payment. When I called them out they said call your insurance, as soon as I got an agent on the line they drove off

It was a spur-of-the-moment tow for our truck was going to be towed from Walmart and he was very fast and proficient helped me pick up our truck and take it to the house
