I work at a hotel and we call them all the time for our guests. Great service and a great alternative to the city cab!!! Keep up the good work guys 👍

I called the night before for a taxi to pick me up the next morning i had to call company back next morning they sent a young lady with a baby to pick me up then i could not open car door from inside she had to get out and open door for me then i had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a taxi to come home,one taxi pulled up and let someone out i started to get in taxi and driver asked me what i thought i was doing told him i called for taxi 1 1/2 hour ago he said your taxi is on the way and refused to give me a ride had to wait another hour then to top it off dispatcher gave my phone number to driver,hope i never have to use them again will not recommend them to anyone

The ride itself was cool and the driver was.... he was cool BUT!! it came an HOUR after after I called for i.t I was SUPER late to work. I called the regular yellow cab in the time I was waiting because I was at an hour into my wait time and in a rush to get to work. As my driver finally pulled up so did the yellow cab in less than 10 minutes.... i dont think Ill use this again.

Very professional...woke up late for work...she made it her duty to get me a taxi asap! This was our second experience with them and they are way better than City Cab! Thanks PET!

The prices are good! However, they are NEVER on time!!!!!... I always call a day ahead of time then a hour before my time and they still are NEVER on time... Ive gotten written up at work for being late but what am I to do when this is my only means of transportation😡 I really would love for them to work harder on being on time some people cant afford to be late!

Harold is a very professional person and very accommodating. He was very nice and respectful, anyone who calls ask for him. I only gave three stars because the second driver was super late after telling me he was on his way and the Money Center at Walmart ended up closing on me.

Do not call this company!! They are horrible!!! The cab came 30 minutes late! With someone else in the car...I had to put my suitcase on my knees!! The driver told me that he wanted to drop off the girl in the car first, before going to the airport. No excuse for the 30minutes late, horrible!!! Disrespectful, even the dispatcher!!! Never again

I use Power Electric Taxi 4-5 times a week to get to my job if I dont have a ride. The drivers are the most friendly and nicest people out of all the options you have to call for a cab, taxi or Uber. I have never felt uncomfortable riding with any of these drivers. They are also outgoing an always have good conversation while on the ride. Also they work 12 hour shifts so if you work somewhere that sells coffee ask your driver if they would like one bc your life is in their hands and driving can be tiresome at times....

The quickest pickup ever when i have called for a cab. 10min,and probably less. and super clean car. nice size too

I wish that they had zero stars, what a sad excuse for a company waited an hour and a half after they said my ride would be here and still nothing. I had to call another taxi, thats willing to make money, bad part about it is that I waited two and a half hours all together and the dispatcher still did not know where their own vehicle was at.

They are fast at getting to where you are and they do let you know if they are going to be longer than expected. Everyone I have rode with were always super nice.

Called nearly an hour ago. After telling the operator that its been over 40 minutes since I requested a taxi, I was told that a taxi was being charged to pick me up. I responded that I need to be somewhere in a few minutes and was told to do what I gotta do. Wow. Uber and lyft are 2 dollars cheaper AND much more efficient. U could be a little more cordial to Ur patrons.

I was appalled by my experience...My first time was awesome and pleasant...The second time I decided to go with them...UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL....Music blaring down the highway... Language was inappropriate..Smoking in the car and to top it all off..i was charged $15..not $10...For that I couldve just went with uber..

Working with special needs you need to be patience and have a good attitude towards them they are people too.You are getting paid for what you do make it more interesting to your riders.

They need to work on being on time,the prices are good and all but omg i had to wait 2hrs later for them to pick me up had to cancel because i didnt know if they was coming or not.....horrible

This Lil Taxi Cab I Don’t Like It Because I Called For A Ride &’d It Took Them Almost 2 Hours To Get Here The Driver Said 15 Minutes More Like 25/30 Minutes. Had To Be To Work For 6am &’d Here I Am Still Waiting And It’s Almost 7am POOR SERVICE !!!!!!

Horrible service. Every single time I have used them I give a hour in a half/ hour advance on when I need to be picked up, every time I am left waiting for over an hour. I have missed serious interviews/doctor appointments depending on them. They make sure to tell you they will be there on time so you don’t look for other ways of transportation and everytime you WILL get a call explaining why they are running behind schedule. AND BY THE WAY YOU WILL NEVER GET A DISCOUNT FOR YOUR RIDE FAIR NO MATTER HOW LATE THEY ARE!!!

They have the worse customer service skills and theyre never on time. Its freaking ridiculous how they dont even care, no matter how far in advance you make a reservation

Will never use this service again. Scheduled a ride for 12:45 and called the day before to confirm it. Still hadnt shown up at 12:50 so I called the main office and was met with the worst customer service I have ever received. No sense of urgency to help me out even when I specifically said I had somewhere to be at 1:30. If you have somewhere to be at a certain time do not call this service. It is more hassle than its worth!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Not mindful of your time, will cancel your ride at the last minute, not dependable! They are the worst! After calling for a cab ride at 7pm to be picked up at 8pm,npaying $217.08 over the phone, the driver calls at 8:11pm to say hes on the way now... then at 8:38pm they cancel my ride! I missed my flight! And lost out on an EXPENSIVE ticket! And I still havent received a refund! Calling the BBB on Monday morning to explain how awful they are!

I would rate 0 if it was possible. This company is very rude. 1st the lady told me 45 mins to wait. So i did for 2hrs. Then when i called to see if someone was coming the lady April caught a big attitude then hung up in my face not once or twice but three times!!! On this day i had my 3 daughters 9,7,&5 it was freezing freezing cold. Still nobody came and picked us up

Do not go with them. Get the Uber if you can. Every single day this week they’ve picked me up an hour passed the time I set with them. I’d waked wake up at 5:30 and call in advance to set up a pick up date for 7am and I would be picked up anywhere between 7:45-8. Even when running late the driver made a stop to pick someone else up. Do not use this company.

I discovered this cab company when my car broke two weeks ago. They were my transportation for work doing that time Get price for my location.

Terrible service and unreliable. Scheduled a pickup for an early trip to the Greyhound station. When the taxi was 10 minutes late, I contacted the operator who assured me that the taxi was on its way. After another 10 minutes, the operator stated that the taxi was at the airport for another customer but would be on the way shortly. When it was an hour from the original pickup time, there was still no cab and I missed the Greyhound that I was supposed take. This company does not take scheduling seriously or care for the customer. Take Uber, take Lyft but avoid Power Eclectric at all costs!

I actually went to work here. I walked off the job after 3 hours due to drivers drinking and smoking pot at the shop as well as carrying firearms in the vehicle and admitting to being a felon with warrents.he then procedeeded to drive.. wow!!

This company has lost my business and i wll never recommend them to anyone ever again. They want charge 45.00 dollars to travel 4.6 miles while Lyft will cost only 8.85. April who identified as the manager, I found to be HIGHLY rude and unprofessional.

EVERY time I call for a ride, they take hours to send me a taxi. One time, they even took 2 hours AND the taxi almost lost energy en route to my destination. Terrible company, I would not suggest. You choose this company? And you wont get anywhere on time.
