Shortly after purchasing my home I began having septic issues. I called American Pumping and explained my problems I was having and they came out the next day to have my tank pumped. Within a few days after the service, I received a call from the super helpful receptionist to make sure that everything was functioning properly and that I was no longer having issues! We recently bought a home near Lafayette and needed our septic tank pumped. I found American Pumping on Google and called their office to set up service. They were able to come out the next day. They were on time, courteous, friendly, and explained what work was done. We could not be more satisfied with their service and plan to use them in the future for our septic maintenance!

Next day service to pump our septic-I couldnt be there but was pleasantly surprised that the yard/drive were unharmed and the septic was all cleaned out. They were great on the phone to follow up with my other septic concerns-even looked up what info the city had on file of my septic. Highly recommended!
