Called them on a Saturday to locate and pump septic they failed to locate septic left sewer dumping into the yard and didnt come back until Tuesday failed to locate it Tuesday came back Wednesday located the pipe then immediately left without doing anything do not use ikes they are terrible will never call them again.

Wow!!!!!!!!!! So thrilled! My neighbor recommended them after I got a quote from a local competitor. Ikes blew them out of the water by over 300 dollars!!!!!!!! I wont mention the competitors name because the technian there was polite. Go to Ikes first!!!!!

Was very pleased with my service from Ikes today! They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing.. They were on time and very courteous and reasonable! I would recommend them to anyone and I will certainly use them from now on!!

Great service! Im the Property Manager at The Ivy in West Lafayette, and have been using Ikes for all of our plumbing and lift station needs for quite some time now. Bill is great and the office staff is helpful with invoicing, etc.

The staff at Ike’s are polite and responsive to messages left with questions or concerns. I have been working with Mike for a few weeks now and he always takes time for me when I call or returns my calls promptly. I am thankful all the help they have given me!!!!

Called them for an estimate. They stated they would be here after 12 to give an estimate. Waited until 8 still no show/ No call. (must make too much money). Will never call again. I have rentals that have the potential for more work. Went with Summers they arrived when stated.

When we had an issue with our septic they were very accommodating. Able to fit us in same day of the call given the emergency. The individuals who showed up were thorough and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for this service.

BEWARE! Do not ever hire Ikes Sewer Service to do any work for you! They do not know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work. We had to pay out another $1800 to fix our 6 month old sewer system to find out that it was never hooked up to our house in the first place. We are still dealing with issues and our basement needs to be cleaned professionally due to having raw sewage running in it through the walls.

My sewer was backing up and Ikes was very quick to respond. They were available on the weekend when many other companies werent open.

Very fast, professional work. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a very professional manner. Couldnt ask for more.

Had backed up toilets from the septic. No toilets or shower. Two guys came out and dug to the tank. One guy, Mike, did not lift a shovel while the young guy, Chuck, did all the work. I only knew Mike was there because he came out and looked at the hole once. He called me from inside the truck and told me that there would be an additional $100 charge for the depth of the hole. I said fine. He said for another $150 they could put in a concrete riser to make it easier next time. I said OK and so two other fellows came out with a piece of plastic. I could have just put a 5 gallon bucket in the hole! I wanted to check the toilet. Still backed up. They were unable to open it with their rotorooter but will come back this morning with a bigger machine. They may have to dig it up and auger from the tank side if the machine is too big to get in the basement.

We tried to use Ikes for storm drain cleaning. They told us they could complete the job. However, they could not after several weeks of waiting for them to actually make it to our property, because first time they went to wrong address. Very unprofessional! We are definitely not satisfied. Do not use this company!

I had septic backup late at night. I used the messaging system to contact Ikes and they scheduled me for early the next morning. I was consistently updated via text on arrival times and progress which I really appreciated. The technicians were quick and efficient.

When everyone else was too busy to take care of my SH!+, Ikes was very prompt and very reasonable. They have fixed another issue in my home before and I will not hesitate to call them again. Awesome job!

I contracted Ikes to do a very specific service, at our hotel. 1)Cleaning the commercial kitchen drains, 2)Running a mini-camera through the lines and recording for a visual inspection, 3)Mapping those lines, as we no longer have blueprints available for reference.., Ikes came out.., cleaned the drains.., ran the camera through the lines, but neglected to record, and provided me with a hand-written map, which I cannot verify, because video was not recorded. The quote specifically listed the cleaning, camera work and mapping, promising a video copy. Ikes changed the scope of the work, without authorization, neglecting to record the video, then, upon expressing my concern and displeasure, proceeded to tell me, repeatedly: you got your moneys worth. I wont be doing business with Ikes again.

Was able to come and fix a pretty severe log in the main line at my house the same day I called them. I called at 9:30 a.m. and they were here at about 3 p.m. (but still same day, so I was happy). No issues at any part of the procedure, which took roughly 15-20 minutes. The entire service was $160, if youre trying to do a price comparison. I would recommend them!

The guys came out to auger my line from the upstairs toilet that wouldnt drain after a couple flushes. They got the job done right and efficiently. I also got my septic pumped after the line was augered. I love they are both plumbers and septic.

These so called plumbers came to my house with what I thought was a good rating that is one reason I picked them, but the asked for thousands of $$$$$ up front then did nothing for a couple of days but to leave their equipment setting in my drive way then came back on the 3rd day & started digging my driveway up left came back couple days later did more digging piled dirt on the corner of my yard broke my enter walk said they would fix it & didnt packed the dirt down on the corner of the yard that they piled there did bother getting a permit to dig the street up, which would only have cost then about $1000 stopped sort of completeing the job oh yeah & replaced pipes without asking or telling us first that were in the basement, mess up the flow angle of the main pipe, getting back to my driveway only dug as far as the side walk tied into the old system then charge me thousands more money when they called it a finished job. The money they asked for was money that was in my mothers estate & I had to get permission to get . I now have sewage back up that they were suppose to take care of but they charged me enough money ( $ 10,000 ) to do the job right !

Arrived early and did the job quick! The younger guy is a very hard working and did most of the manual labor. I believe his name was Kenneth.

Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and their service was impeccable. I highly recommend using Ikes!

Ike’s is awesome!! When I learned that my septic tank was full, I called and Ike’s came that very afternoon!! They were very cordial and professional, they worked quickly, and they covered the hole that the plumbers had dug. I am very pleased with their work and I would recommend them very highly!

First time, They did a great job. As an update I had them do additional work which did not come out well. They charged $350 to fix a leak. My handyman was down in the basement and realized the repair was still leaking. He fixed it while there. At the same time he suggested that we move the pressure tank so that the HVAC could be serviced. Ike’s never suggested that either. I requested a refund of the repair which was denied. As a result, I could not recommend Ike’s anymore.

Scheduling was very easy and appointment was clearly communicated. Service was professional and performed quickly and on time. I will use Ikes in the future.

I called at about 4pm on Wednesday the 11th, and by 530 they were at my house. They were VERY helpful, and courteous. I couldnt have asked for 2 nicer gentlemen. Thank you.

Septic pumping was fast and clean. Conner found my baffle had a broken band clamp and replaced it on the spot. Excellent service and will use ikesI again.

Used these guys for a floor drain backing up back in September 2016. They did a good job solving the problem and also suggested and completed another plumbing improvement related to our water softener for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again without hesitation. The bulk of the one-star reviews here have no credibility - seems to be one guy who got mad and submitted many negative reviews in different names.

Ikes was a referral from our regular plumber. Very happy about the service (localization and upgrade of septic tank). They were on time during both visits, and it was obvious that they did not try to market more expensive options to us. Rather, they provided us with honest advise on how we could best msnage our septic system in the future, and provided different options. At that time the plumber found it necessary to go under the house to put in some kind of brace. When he emerged he informed me that I had eight inches of standing water under the house in the crawl space. I asked him what needed to be done to solve the problem. He informed me that I needed a sump pump and that Ike’s would install it and a draining pipe. I paid half the cost which was $650 dollars. I might add that the toilet that was installed was white, not beige like I had ordered. Since the work was completed before I saw that it was the wrong color, I accepted the job as being complete. I guess I should have demanded it be corrected.On January 11, 2016, your company returned to complete the installment of the sump pump. I paid the remaining $650.On January 28, 2016, I had scheduled *****l to come to my home to do some adjustments in the supports that they had installed the previous summer. When the gentlemen came to the door to tell me the job was completed, he asked me if I knew I had water in my crawl space. I told him I should not have water standing because I had had your company install a sump pump. He went back into the crawl space and checked the sump pump. He told me that if had not been installed deeply enough, the trench around it was not big enough, and that the drain tube was not placed correctly. He gave me an estimate to have it done correctly, but in order to guarantee the work wanted to install his own sump pump.I immediately contacted the owner of Ike’s. I explained the situation. He told me that he needed to check the paper work and that he would get back with me. He did not. I called two other times and was told the same thing. On Friday, January 29,. 2016, the owner told me he had not had a chance to check anything, but he would do so and call me the following Monday, February 1, 2016. Again, he did not. I called on Friday, February 5, 2016 and spoke to the business manager. I explained what had been happening. I told her I would be satisfied if Ike’s would remove the sump pump and refund the money I spent for it, but I would pay the installation charges. She said that the owner had checked the pump and that it had been installed properly, but that she would talk to him and get back with me. Apparently he had come to my home and checked without notifying me that he would be entering my property. Again, no one called.I called the owner of Ike’s on Friday, February 12, 2016 to discuss this issue. He told me they would come back and reinstall the pump. (If it was installed correctly as he had stated, why would he reinstall it?) I informed him that I did not have confidence in his company and just wanted the money back for the sump pump. He basically told me to “have a nice day” and hung up on me.I think that Ike’s has been very dishonest, rude, and highly unprofessional. I am currently considering my options…Better Business Bureau, small claims court, posting this letter on-line.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Appointment was 3-5 PM. I arrived home around 2:50pm and Conner was almost done draining the septic tank. 5 minutes after I arrived it was done. Only negative thing is the rut from the truck tires. Overall fast and easy experience.

Things started off bad when they cracked the cover to our clean out in the front yard, they said they would come back and replace it. Then things got worse when they tracked “mud” into our house...There was no mud visible in our yard so this had to of come from the previous job and I prayed to God it was mud😕. They did come back and replace the cover, but that doesn’t change the fact I spent 30 to 45 minutes scrubbing our carpet with gloves to my elbows because I wasn’t sure exactly what I was scrubbing out!!

Had them pull and reseat a toilet. Fast service, and Connor was friendly and courteous.
