Very top notch customer service, Kevin sat and talked with us for a good 30 mins when we paid deposit and when he set it up and took it down. Very professional staff, his worker was a workhorse I will be getting another slide multiple times this summer. We got the 25ft dual water slide, kids had a blast. I will recommend them to anyone. He arrived well ahead of the party to have it set up in the places that worked best for us, went over all instructions on generator, very easy to work with. Definitely takes customer satisfaction and customer safety above and beyond. Most others are very business and only worry about moving on to the next.
