I tried to call my Brother this am. Today is September 1st 2021. I havent talked to Bill in awhile. When I called this am he was very rude to me. Im his younger Brother Shane. I was calling to see how he was doing after Hurricane Ida but HE CHOSE TO HANG UP ON ME AND BLOCK MY NUMBER TO HIS BUSINESS. Pretty sad isnt. But Bill my Brother Im going to Pray for you. Because you need Prayer and thats exactly what I am going to do for you. I know that youre very very bitter and cold hearted. Mom appointed you as executor of her will. Thats fine and all but Mom is looking down at you rite now disgusted. To whoever is reading this Im telling everyone that he truth. He got kicked out of the house at 15 yrs old. And I was Moms favorite. She waited 5 yrs to have me. I my middle name is my Moms maiden name. I love all my haters. Because Im going to keep doing what Im doing . All my family is very jealous of me and I love it there mad because my Mom and me were very very close and she sheltered me didnt let me see all the times my Dad hit her. But anyways it is what it is. I hope Ida didnt destroy your Apt or your business. You should be ashamed of yourself Bill.

This place is awesome! I needed a specific balloon done at a certain time and although it was last minute, they went above and beyond to make sure I got it. Mr. Billy even walked to the yogurt place to let me know it was ready and brought it to my car for me because my hands were full. Such great customer service!

These are wonderful people who can build amazing things with balloons as centerpieces or just a birthday setup !! Oh and they make banners!! Really glad that I got a chance to see what they do !! Strictly amazing!!

This store has some nice items; however, customer service needs improvement. No assistance & cashier seemed annoyed by patrons. Only greeted by 1 staff member. AND my balloons deflated in a few hrs!
