Overall wonderful experience. Fast and friendly service. The jump was delivered ahead of schedule with a phone call prior to delivery to let me know they were coming. The fun jump also stayed later than the scheduled time allowing my kids extra playtime which they thoroughly enjoyed. They couldn’t get enough. Everyone thought the pirate ship Design was adorable and asked where we rented from. Would def recommend to anyone!

Since the first contact, Bouncing Buddies were totally kind and attentive. They called me in the week of the party confirming the address, day and giving me some possibilities for delivery.They called ahead of drop off and were very polite and careful.The water slide was clean and well assembled and everyone had so much fun.The pick up was easy and one more time the guys were very kind and polite.

The slide arrived on time and was clean. Drivers were excellent. The condition of the water hook up was poor. The water leaked from the hose sight and did not provide enough water for the slide. We had to use our sprinkler to keep water on the slide. After a while we just turned off water and used bounce house. Everything else went off without a hitch. I just wish the water hook up did a better job.

The double slide was delivered the day before to the delight of our birthday boys. It was in excellent condition, 18’ tall and was enjoyed by all the children. We recommended you to people in our neighborhood that stopped by to ask where we got the slide. It was picked up about an hour after the party. We were very pleased and recommend Bouncing Buddies !!

We rented a water slide from Bouncing Buddies for our sons birthday. The whole process from renting it to delivery & pickup was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The girls in the office worked with us get the best deal for what we wanted and they guys that delivered/picked-up were knowledgeable and quick. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I rented two slides from Bouncing Buddies. I was charged an extra fee for filters because I used well water but the filters werent used on the slides. The delivery trucks leaked oil and left huge oil stains on my driveway. The slides werent setup on time and the drivers were early to pick up the slides.

Great to work with! Our fun jump was delivered early morning, a few hours before the party, and it was full of sand. Apparently, it got overlooked for cleaning. The crew blew it out and left-they did offer to replace it and we told them not to worry about it BUT Jason called us immediately and said that he already had a crew on the way to swap it out and we could expect it to be replaced within 30 minutes. AWESOME Customer Service!

Delivery was on time and set up by a fine young gentleman, Once completed our son and his friends had a great time playing on the Minion Slide / jump combo. We the parents also had a great time playing in the jump. Pick up was done by two different young men and was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend using their services.
