I cant say enough about both Ms. Yvette and Dr. Lafleur. Ms. Yvette has helped me navigate through the most difficult times in my life. She has helped my relationship with my parents and my relationship with myself. I truly dont know where I would be without the help of them both. They have helped me navigate changes in medication, to find what worked best for me. Ms. Yvette is so attentive and truly makes me feel heard. She has shown me the skills to overcome my problems and hardships. They helped me make it through college while battling mental illness, and cheered me on throughout all of my successes. I also think their receptionist, Ms. Carlina, is so sweet and kind. She always asks how Im doing and makes me smile. 10/10 for all of them
Ive been to other doctors in the past, but Dr. Lafleur is the best yet. I never feel rushed and you can tell hes always really listening. Very relaxed and patient demeanor. He gives honest opinions and helpful insight.
Dr Lafleur has been very helpful in working with me through multiple issues with my son. I find he and his office staff are extremely helpful if Ive ever needed to change or adjust my sons medication. I needed a doctor to work with me like this; couldnt find it until Dr Lafleur.
I just had the displeasure of speaking with the receptionist. I explained very clearly 3 times that I was calling for a referral for a psychologist who can actually give my son therapy because Dr La fleur only does medicine management. Oh, so you need medicine management? No. We have that now with Dr La fleur. I dont understand what youre calling for. Dr La fleur only does medicine management. If you want a psychologist who does therapy, you need to see another doctor. Well, you dont say. Maybe if you listen to people, you might understand their needs. I mean, that is the intention of a psychologist and his staff.
Ive been seeing Dr. Phillip Lafleur on and off for a few years now and can say he is one of the worst doctors Ive ever been to. This man doesnt seem to actually care about me or what I had to say at all to the point where I was informed only after years of seeing him that he didnt know my first name, him thinking my last name was my first name despite me telling him otherwise constantly after finding out. I dont think he listens to what I have to say when I speak, and rather than helping to address any issues I have had in my time seeing him he only seems to want to up my dosage of Zoloft after every visit. To test my theory Ive tried to blatently lie to his face on several occasions to judge his reaction, but I never seem to be able to get him to look up from his notes and actually talk to me. My mother would occasionally force herself into our sessions and though I was clearly uncomfortable with her pressense he still allowed this to continue, leaving me unable to express how I really think or feel. I do not trust this man as far as I can throw him, and given his size I doubt Id even be able to lift him.
Dr. Yvette Lafleur is one of the most unprofessional and unethical therapists I have ever seen. She violated my HIPPA rights not only once but three times. Provided private information to myself and others. She stole her husbands medical files, brought them into our appointment, read all of the medication we were taking (her husband is our psychiatrist) and gave me her own diagnosis eventhough that was not my diagnosis given from the psychiatrist. She lost 22 pages of an exercise we were asked to complete for a month only to discover that her Office Manager was in possession of it and read the entire thing. She yelled at me on the phone in front of the entire office and then hung up on me refusing to answer TWO questions. She has been reported formally for these violations and I want the entire town to know. DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN... she is an AWFUL person and professionally UNETHICAL and UPROFESSIONAL
