The staff are professional and have offered excellent approaches that effectively assist in caring for my son with autism.

We have been receiving services from BSOTR for our son for a few years now. The very inconsistent, under trained, under staffed, and rude behavior of the therapists and staff of this company is mind blowing. We have put up with a lot over the last few years, from therapists not showing up or showing up high and having to sleep it off in his car outside our house to therapists quiting without warning leaving us without services for a period of time to very rude impatient therapists. I have tried to stay positive and stick it out hoping that we would start getting some consistency and maybe seeing some results. That never happened. The last year has been very difficult. We had some pretty major illness and surgeries and a death in the family. Besides all of that you never know what having a special needs child is going to throw at you. Needless to say we have had to cancel some appointments. I got a very rude and very unprofessional voice mail from Amy Crye Director of Services saying that she doesnt think that aba services are appropriate for our son and that she is very concerned about the amount of canceled appointments and that she doesnt think BSOTR is going to be able to provide services to us anymore. She is so rude and has no clue what she is talking about and what our family has gone through. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My child was with this company for about one year before I needed to switch over to another provider due to inconsistencies in schedules and poorly trained therapist that didnt care one way or another if my child strived or not! I can’t even count on my fingers how many therapist came and went during that year. I had to request a new therapist or they would leave the company out of now where for whatever reason. My child was also neglected ABA with this company for up to 8 months due to no one knowing what the problem was with our Insurance. There is so much more that i will not go into detail. A combination of the two issues, my child regress significantly and i will never give a provider a benefit of the doubt ever again. I do not reccomend this company to anyone. As parents with children who have special needs, it is up to us to be their voice and do what we need to do to make them succeed. This place was a joke from beginning to the end. The ONLY BCBA that was great was Amber Wiles (who is no longer with the company). She did everything she could on her end, but even at that i understood there was only so much she was able to do for my child. She was a great therapist and tried to keep things positive during all the mix up and constant problems. When I decided to pull my child from the company it just so happend she left too at the same time. If you do not want your kids to fall through the cracks I would highly recommend another provider for your Children. My son has now been with a new provider for 7 months and things have been great! He is striving more then he ever has before!

We had a great experience with professional and dedicated staff!

We applied to Behavior services of the Rockies and were approved for services in Feb,2017 they didnt let us know we were approved till April and that because I called and emailed every week from when we applied till we finally were told in April. From April till July we saw the therapist twice in there office she didnt have time to do the home visits the third visit we arrived at the office and she wasnt there the person at the front desk told me she thought she was out of town. I must be mistaken about my appointment. I wasnt I finally left and got a text from the therapist two hr after are scheduled appointment time saying she had a crisis at a clients home and had not been able to leave. Nothing about rescheduling or the next appointment. When the supervisor finally returned my request for a call after a theath to report them to Medicaid there was only excuses and they took no responsibility for there missed visits ( I had canceled one appointment when I was ill) They took my son as a client knowing they couldnt staff his needs and left us with out a service we needed desperately!It wasnt as if we lived out in the middle of no were we are a 6 min drive from there office !They lack of concern for my son and his needs were totally irresponsible and he started the School yr without the services he need to be able to handle this school yr and has cause me many hours of stress and tears and My son has missed out on months of being able to be productive at school and has had undue anxiety and problems due to the lack of thearpyThis all would not have happened if they had been honest and up front about not having the staffThe only positive thing is that then the therapist did her initial evaluation she told me about a CES waiver and wrote a report explaining how much he was in need of services and I was able to contact Imagine and apply and receive the waiver!But any company that can document the sever needs of a client that they are requesting to provide services for and documented the required server need for the waiver and then not even bother to staff his need to me is a company that shows there true lack of caring and the lack professional behavior need to provide services to a special needs child !And I have all the emails and texts showing what happened !

Pretty disappointed with this company. I do not reccomend!
