Fuel tank grommet broke using my generator for Hurricane Ida. Nothing was open in my area with the replacement part. Traveled to Lafayette to visit my son...Stopped here for the part...they had it. Thank you, so much.

Ordered stihl saw I wanted, good service!

Really disappointed in the repair service. I really hope I never have to bring it back in to this place again.Was told would take 3 weeks to get it back. At end of the 3 weeks, I called to see the status and was told they are getting to it and will be ready in two days.After a month had passed, I called and was told the wrong part was ordered and will take a little longer.When I went in to finally pick it up, I explained my disappointment at the situation and was told that they were backed up. I explained to the lady it wasnt that reason that it took this long and that they ordered the wrong part and got no apology. Rather, I got the sense that I was supposed to feel lucky they even worked on my lawnmower at all.Sad to see local companies acting like national chains and really not caring and not taking responsibility when things dont go right.Hope I can find better service somewhere else next time

Service dept. takes too long, they charge too much, and they arent the best at communicating. But if u have a gravely mower u gotta use em... They are basically 2 busy for their own good...

Granted its on display as you step into the store. Id be worried if the products werent there.For a small store, it has a big heart and that goes a long way with me.Thank you!
