Have regretted living here since lease was signed. Internet is terrible, snow removal is non existent, the maintenance and office staff will talk about you behind your back (have heard them multiple times). They have their staff give 5 star reviews. I know this because these people have been in my apartment to “fix” things, and have their pictures on their google accounts. Dog poop and trash constantly everywhere.

Decent place to live, decent rent, but not perfect. I wish you could choose real internet companies locally, but you are forced to use the in house solution which is very poor. Connection is too unstable to be usable for gaming. I see lots of reviews with the same problem, but if you want good internet you have to live somewhere else. Maybe someday this will change, but for the time being it just has to be dealt with.

Decided to update my review. As of my time here, I still think it’s a solid budget friendly apartment option.Honest impressions after 10 months:Pros:+ Cheap utility bills+ Good snow removal+ Pool is nice+ Awesome maintenance team+ QuietCons:- The office gave my package to the wrong tenant, who actually opened it before returning it. Thankfully it was an inexpensive item.- They are increasing my rent roughly $70 if I renew the lease which is ridiculous for a 1-year change in my opinion.- You only have one internet provider. Upload and download speeds are on the low end for price. For anyone who likes to play online games, it’s just absolutely unplayable with how high the ping is. Upwards of 200ms and frequent disconnects are common.

I have lived here for several years, and love my apt. In the last few months, since Jennifer has come on board as Community Manager, communication with the office and maintenance staff has greatly improved. Jennifer has helped me with a couple of issues, always following up with phone calls. I appreciate the professionalism. Shout out to Josh, Norm, Mona, and Cherie, as well! All very friendly and hard-working. Thank you!

Great place to live. i love the sense of community. Maintenance staff is amazing. They are out on property every morning cleaning my building and parking lot. I was so worried about all the snow we have had this year, but my sidewalk is always cleared when i leave for work, and its impressive to see how much they care about their residents and the property as a whole. Resident services has always been very helpful with everything i need. i couldnt be happier.

Overall Ive had a negative experience here. My apartment complex has a musty smell that is sometimes masked by the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke from my neighbors. Additionally, the carpets are extremely dirty and I have been dealing with a small bug problem that has just recently ceased due to the cold, winter climates. The condition of the apartment is satisfactory, however, a few updates and renovations wouldnt hurt and is definitely feasible after taking into consideration the amount paid for rent.

Moved in a couple days ago and all I can say is how impressed I was. When we moved in some things were missed, but were fixed right away. They worked with us to make sure we were happy in all aspects!

It is a bad decision to live here. I wish google allowed for negative stars. The staff is superficial; at lease signing they made everything seem great and I have regretted living here ever since. My company used a relocation services and this is where I ended up living because the out of town relocation agent did not know what a poor reputation this place has. I can not wait to have my lease expire so I can move on from this dump. Staff - iffy, poor management. Amenities- superficial, bad. Quality of housing - poor, cheap. I am going to avoid saying anything bad about other residents - but I will leave it at that. This place could have had a long term resident and they lost me - do not make my same bad decision. I am under the impression that any 5 star rating was only through coercion of tenants for favors or kickbacks, or from the staff. I cannot imagine anybody truly liking this place. I did appreciate the maintenance guys.

I lived here for a couple years and would not recommend it.The maintenance staff improperly repaired the AC after it leaked, and it leaked all over the room another TWO times and ruined my desk. I requested replacement but never heard anything back.The tenants next door I actually called 911 for after hearing physical threats from the man to the woman. They would also wake me up after midnight with their screaming arguments. Some other tenants in the building caused noise and domestic disturbance problems. I did however meet several nice people living here, sometimes at the dog park.As other people have said, the Internet service is pretty awful. The modem I received looked like it was from 1995 (off-white plastic housing). I switched to Frontier and had only slightly better luck with the Internet connection being cut at various times.

I love living here, its a chance to save up & get prepared to buy a house. Also Josh in maintenance is always helpful & nice!

At first I loved it here then I started finding cockroaches. Not many but I wouldve rather not seen them. Then a few months in my door kept jamming, I couldnt get in or out of my apartment sometimes. Yes I told maintenance about it many times until months later something was finally done. On top of that in the winter our heat wouldnt work, we kept paying vectron and even told them about it but it wasnt something they could fix. We also told maintance but nothing was done until the next time they came to replace the furnace filter. I lived there in 2016 though, hopefully its changed.

The apartments are nice and have a great price to them, compared to others in the area for a single bedroom, but thats where the good ends. I loathe talking to anyone in the office, especially over the phone, because nothing ever gets taken care of properly. Weve had to call four times to get our heat in our apartment fixed, and it still isnt! Imagine waking up in your apartment to it being 55 degrees! Were already planning on breaking lease once its up, if not sooner. Office staff is horrible and you can tell they hate being there. Maintenance workers hardly ever get it right the first time, unless you get Josh, hes amazing. Also the internet sucks like everyone else said. Dont get the offered service through the complex if you like streaming anything or playing online video games.

Have lived here for about a year and have had a pretty good experience. Maintence is good when ever iv put in a request its been taken care of in a timely manner. Jeffrey in maintence is friendly and took care of our issues quickly and correctly. The only downside is the internet is severely lacking here...its expensive and not good at all.*response to the owner* it has nothing to do with maintence coming to help with the internet its just that the internet is very outdated so if you game online or like do anything like that you wont be able to...thats it.

I was going to move to Lafayette for work and this was the first place I looked at but I didnt move like planned. Clubhouse was really nice and the staff was very helpful.

I contacted the office three times about the internet connection but they ignored it and did not fix my problem, I used the $ 50 package for 25Mb but in fact it was very slow, sending pictures only took a few Mb but take a few minutes to post, I watch youtube in the lowest resolution is 144 but still not load, you do something to fix me, if you do not do it, I will cancel the contract rent.

When someone tells you not to move here please listen. I had to file a report with the BBB to get some things taken care of. Not worth the hassle an trouble to live here. Mice on the 3rd floor is not acceptable, broken faucet, constant conflict with getting things getting taken care of. Multiple problems. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here.

Great place to live nice pool and maintenance is really good

If you like internet and steady t.v. you better look else where. I was under the impression this was an amazing place to live. We have had a good 4-5 maintenance visits just for t.v. and internet. My fiance has to use his hotspot to play his game and as an online college student I am constantly getting kicked out of quizzes because of the lag in the internet. My grades are very important to me and I cant even do my work without problems from the internet even though my laptop is the only thing connected. My fiance went in today to see if we could try The other service they offered (Frontier) and was told no that we have to call maintenance every time we have a problem even though it never lasts. We were told that it doesnt even show we have had trouble with your services but the numerous complaints and reports should prove other wise. As a 8 month pregnant resident this is not something I need to be fighting with. Been here approximately 6 months and have had to call the cops a couple times because of drugs and fights. Maintenance has been called at least 6 times leaving 4 of those just for the internet. Extending our lease is definently not going to happen.. Its sad because we were really excited to move here... A call to corporate to discuss the lack of respect and corporation with services is ridiculous... Very disappointed.

Literally just moved in and already planning to move out when my lease is up. The apartments are fine for the price and so far their management is friendly however if you like to have your choice of cable tv services this is not the place you want to live. As I get a discount through a family member who works for directv I went to the office to get them to sign the permission form. I was told they do not allow any other provider except their inhouse provider dish network(which btw is just awful and to expensive for what they offer). Ordinarily I would just go with it but I was also told that as the tv service would be tied in with my rent if I happen to run short financially on any given month and needed to push off paying the cable bill, which I did from time to time with directv, they would not accept my rent payment unless it was both the monthly rent and the cable bill which I found to be entirely unacceptable. So if you like communist regime tv moving here will be fine. Other than that I would find another place. Also Pheasant Run apartments are the same ownership fyi.
