I am a HUGE fan of your team... Marina AshShahid has been an exceptional partner! Any issues that have occurred, I email Marina and it is solved almost immediately! Her people skills and the obvious passion she has for her work is fantastic! Our packages are a bit expensive compared to some of the other firms we work with so that is why it is 4 stars and not 5.

All I do with USA Fact is run drivers license checks. Normally, I only deal with the system. I send it in, you send it back... I had a check for Alaska and Andrea, above, was nice enough to work with me, even though it took a couple of tries to get the paperwork through. Your system is fast and efficient! Thanks, Bruce
