I will never go anywhere else for my dental work! As a medically complex patient I have been refused by many dentists. He was originally consulted to help my TMJ pain (hes the only one who has been successful with this). He was not afraid to tackle my routine dental care as well. He has an excellent bedside manner which goes unrivaled by anyone else Ive ever seen and has a way of making sure my care was comfortable and as painless as possible, including managing my severe anxiety. He is extremely talented and truly passionate about his patients and has a wicked sense of humor. The only thing Id change is I wish I had gotten to see him years ago before I was highly traumatized with previous whack jobs who destroyed my teeth.His entire office staff is incredible. They are so kind and bend over backwards to help in any way possible.

If you need any work done you need to come to this office. I did not want the cheapest, I wanted the best. The office is always clean and welcoming. As a new patient in the waiting room Dr. Lalonde makes time to come out and introduce himself. It also makes you feel like he sincerely cares about you when he personally calls in the evening after surgery to make sure you’re doing ok. I have never had one negative experience there since I started going there.

I lost 4 teeth in an accident and Dr. Lalonde actually came to see me in the ER late on a weekend! My new implants look just as good as the my regular teeth, most people don’t notice a difference at all. Very friendly, text reminders for appointments are helpful, and staff takes the time to make sure they are doing good work. Would recommend to anyone.

I have had some bad experiences in the past and always felt fear and trepidation when going to get dental work done. I admit I was nervous to get some of my teeth pulled but Dr Lalonde was great. He actually called me on the weekend just for inquiring about tooth extractions(which I knew I would need done) and implants on his website. I admit after 50+ years of enjoying all the benefits of chewing, I found myself causing myself more pain by not addressing the problems due to my past fears. I know my teeth need some serious work and am looking forward to having the rest of my mouth done by Dr Lalonde and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Lalond ranks amount the top, if not the rope, of all the dentists who worked on my teeth that I remember.Technically, he is meticulous, understands not only the medical aspects of dentistry, but the Science and mechanics aspects too. I am an engineer and the way he approaches my dental care is unique. He had to design a new implant foundation in my gum to reduce the stress caused by chewing food. Moreover, many of the cosmetic work that other dentists did on my teeth deteriorated after some time, but Dr. Lalond’s have had stayed strong, stable, and durable. Great quality.Dr. Lalond saved me thousands of dollars by saving a tooth rather than extracting it and replacing it with an implant, a “treatment” that other dentists suggested.After each time he works on me he calls and checks on me to see how I am doing, sometimes more than once if it is a weekend.I cannot stop sharing the good experience I had with him. But I shouldn’t end without adding that (1) besides Dr. Lalond’s outstanding dental expertise, he is a kind and compassionate man, and (2) his dental staff members are a vital part of his practice and they are equally as professional in their expertise and service.

I love this office so much. Everyone is just so understanding and welcoming. I had issues paying my bill due to financial issues but they worked with me and never made me feel pressured or on a time contraint. Thats why me my husband and daughter go here.First time i saw him I had cracked a molar and had exposed the root. I had gone in without anything other than a bag of ice i was chewing on. As soon as he saw the pain i was in, he had me numbed up and ready for extraction; when all other dentists said i needed a consultation first; after having been in pain for over 24 hours.

I went to see Dr. Lalonde when I chipped my front tooth. They got me in right away, were running on time, and he had finished fixing the chip within 45 minutes of when I arrived. You cant even tell anything was wrong with my tooth, the color matches perfectly and blends seamlessly! We have gone to this place for several years for routine dental care but this was the first time I had an issue and was very pleased with both the service and the result.

Hi everyone. Dr. Lalonde has saved me numerous times but yesterday he went above and beyond. Two days ago I contacted him in unbearable pain. I couldnt close my mouth all the way. I couldnt eat. The pain had spread to my jaw, ear, and caused a severe migraine. He got me in for an exam and x-ray one hour after I contacted him. Less than 24 hours, he was extracting the two molars that were so severely abscessed. Thank you so very much.

Ive been a patient of this office for just over a year now and things have been very good. I ended up needing some extensive dental work on a front tooth due to an old injury. Though getting a dental implant is unpleasant in general, the staff made things very comfortable and easy for me. The experience wasnt as difficult as I expected it would be thanks to Dr. LaLonde and his staff. I really appreciate everything theyve done for me and my new crown looks and feels amazing.

I have always postponed getting dental work because of the horror stories that I’ve heard about dentist I offices. However, when I moved to West Lafayette for my doctoral program, I kept having issues with teeth sensitivity that were causing me pain. My supervisor recommended Dr. Lalonde’s office and set up me an appointment the same day. When I arrived, I was met with smiling faces and a positive atmosphere. After meeting Dr. Lalonde, I was relieved that he was such a genuine person. He told me that I had a few cavities and scheduled me for surgery shortly after. Remembering all of the horror stories, I cried. I was alone and felt terrified. Dr. Lalonde talked me through it and assured me that I would feel nothing. He was absolutely right. Whatever he did, he did with such care and precision that I did not feel a thing. I am proud to say that I now have a dentist and I don’t think I’ll ever meet one who provides both quality care and quality service the way that he does. Dr. Lalonde is a fine dentist, and the staff is great. My upper front teeth were worn down, and he restored them. I hadnt realized how poorly they were cutting, but he fixed them and now theyre working great. It costs, but you get what you pay for, and then some.

I have been struggling with orthodontia-induced TMJ and neck issues for the better part of a decade. This discomfort frequently interfered with my ability to exercise, sit at a desk, or even exist comfortably and required frequent chiropractic care, among other treatments.Dr. Lalonde recommended and made a custom oral appliance that, within minutes on my commute home, was easing my jaw and neck tension by limiting my back jaw muscles ability to clench. With further adjustment over time, my TMJ issues have all but disappeared.If you are having TMJ-related issues, I cannot recommend Dr. Lalonde highly enough.

After being treated for TMJ, I went to him to have my wisdom teeth removed and now I go there for regular cleanings. All of the staff is very friendly and caring. As an example, over the holidays I required an emergency procedure on New Years day. Not only did Dr Lalonde field my call on New Years Eve, he went so far as to cut his evening short so he could drive back to Lafayette to do the emergency procedure New Years Day morning. Dr Lalonde is amazing ! He truly cares and he is very talented . We had an implant placed at another location with a reputable doctor, and to our HORROR the first MD did not place it properly . Dr Lalonde caught the error on a routine consultation for crowns and was able to correct the issue and even went further to improve the look and color of the other MDs work . He exhibited a great deal of confidence and courage to call out the other MDs error because it was the right thing to do . It made ALL of the difference and potentially saved an adjacent tooth from dying . I think Dr Lalonde works 24 hours a day practically and even gave his personal cell phone . I am a registered nurse and believe me ...the doctors I know don’t do that ! His office was impeccable . Do not go anywhere else . You are in GREAT hands .

Dr. LaLonde has truly been a life saver for myself and one of our sons! We are terrified of dental procedures due to past experiences. Dr. LaLonde put us at ease and even though I would say Im still nervous and a bit anxious before a procedure, I no longer go into panic mode at every thought of an upcoming appointment!! He has been working to fix what a former dentist did to my teeth. It has meant an unplanned surgical procedure as well as multiple trips to fix just the first two of 4 teeth that will need redone.
