I am so thankful that this dentist cares about his patients. I desperately needed a tooth pulled. I called everywhere and Westend Dental got me in right away and took care of my issue. I look forward to Dr helping me get my teeth healthy again. Best dental experience I have ever had! p.s. Jessica was great as well.

I hadnt been to the dentist in 3+ years due to dentophobia. These people were absolutely great and performed beyond what I could reasonably expect. They laid on the numbing gel at my request, and comforted me when I cried because of fear. They explained every part of each procedure to me, and they made sure I was informed fully when there were multiple options for treatment. Not to mention the chill dude who helped up front, super nice and helpful. Im not stoked about going back to the dentist anytime soon, but knowing how good this place is makes the thought a little more bearable.

My dental visit was very nice. They were gentle with my mouth,listened to me, and gave good advice. Also didnt have to wait long to get an appointment scheduled. Thanks Westend Dental!

Great place to go for extractions, they got me in on an emergency basis, which I really appreciate !!!had to have three wisdom teeth pulled and Im a drama queen! but they were very supportive to me!! Also did an awesome job on the cleaning aswell...Thank you guys!!!

I was very happy with the care I received during my visit. All of the staff were very professional and kind. I felt that they were very communicative with me on everything. I would recommend this office to a friend. Side note about the location. The google map pinpoint for the office was slightly off for me but as youre driving into the lot towards Home Depot you can see the office right there just to the left of Home Depot. Very easy to spot.

One of the only places in town that do same day service! No appointments to make appointments. They will do as much as they can and always adjust fillings if there is a problem with the bite. No fooling around. No run around game to get more money. They will help everyone and make sure to get your best smile covered on insurance. For the first time ever i am going to be cavity free this year!

Definitely one of the nicer dentist I have been to....I personally don’t like going to the dentist. Avoid it actually. But I had three old fillings that needed refilled so I had to go. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. They said I could even do one filling per visit or get it all in one go they even said I could bring someone to help with my anxiety and honestly that was amazing!! I am still crazy nervous about it but not as much.

I would definitely recommend Westland Dental. They are very professional, family-friendly, and clean as well. The staff here makes you feel comfortable and make sure they reassure if there is problem its corrected. Thank you guys for great service!!

Please do NOT come to this place. Bad dental work. Not only is their work horrible, but also theres a sign on their check out desk that says if you give them a 5 star review you could win prizes.....thats not shady. They cant do a simple root canal. When they shaped my tooth after failing to do a root canal, they made my straight tooth crooked. I had to go to a specialist to have it done and told the specialist that they said they didnt have the tools to do it and he shook his head saying no and that what I have is normal. Shortly after westend poked around in my mouth my tooth got an infection and I never had an issue with it before. Westend wanted to do about 5000 worth of work in my mouth when this new trusted place it was only 347!!! When my new place looked at x-rays they said they were so blurry that you couldnt make anything out. Westend said I needed a root canal and wisdom tooth pulled when I dont even need it. My bottom teeth are fine yet they want to charge me for stuff that I dont need. My new place checked my gums which Westend never did and come to find out that I have gingivitis which thankfully can be reversed. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE ITS A SCAM!!!! Theres been nothing but bad things being said about this place, just wish I wouldve known before I let them work in my mouth. Im thankful I was the guinea pig instead of my children.

Ive seen Dr. Vemulapalli for a chipped off tooth few months ago and later went on to get wisdom tooth extraction. The Dr is very prompt and clear in diagnosis, explaining it to me. I was looking for a dentist for routine dental in town, so I checked around a couple of places. Nothing came close to this place, the prices are super competitive, theyve better equipment and quality of service. I had to be here 4-5 times over the past 4 months and I could almost always schedule an appointment within a couple of days of calling. I love how super friendly the front desk people are and how smooth all the procedures I went through were. Happy I chose the place.

Not happy at all. Went to get a tooth pulled. Im very resistant to numbing medications and had to have 4 shots, it still wasnt enough. But I seen the assistant get kinda upset, so the dentist tried to pull my tooth but was unsuccessful. I understand there will be pressure but it was very sore still. So I left. I was prescribed a pain medicine that the name brand was discontinued and also causes gi issues which I put on my paper I have and even told the dentist. I feel I was not treated with the proper attention I deserved. My appointment was at 3 but I wasnt seen until around 4, I didnt say anything. I was very polite and professional. Without customers you wouldnt be in business. Im still in pain, no clue when or where to go. I only hope that I just went on a off day or something because I hope others are not treated the way I was. I was willing to give him a second chance but I honestly dont know now. One positive thing is the front desk guy was real nice. Very caring and polite. I hate leaving reviews like this but I feel I was mistreated.

I had a tooth break off awhile ago, no pain, and then it abcessed. Lots of pain, I went to urgent care at iu Arnett south and was given some antibiotics. That was on Sunday, then called Monday my insurance. Insurance referred me to westend. After some difficulties with my insurance and them, i got in on Tuesday. I have had gone to many dentists and this was the best Ive been to. I still have 10 more teeth to come out before getting dentures and I will definitely be coming back to westend.

When I go to the dentist, I want to know exactly whats going on with my dental health and Dr Vemulapalli did just that. I was informed exactly whats going on AND why, and he stated what my options were and let me decide. I loved it. I love how friendly and nice everyone working there is. I found the dentist Ive been looking for.

I am so glad I found Westend Dental in Lafayette Indiana. I am very impressed. They were respectful and didn’t treat me different for the type of insurance I had. I express that because the dentist I had before was kind when I walked in but once they seen I had HIP insurance they started treating me different. So I thank westend dental for not judging me for my insurance.I am also very Impressed, how they fixed all my chipped teeth, and my teeth still look natural. They also repaired a broken cap I had. They also cleaned my teeth. Even the cleaning westend dental did was great. Once they get done cleaning your teeth your teeth feel smooth not sharp and gritty. My last dental office cleaned my teeth leaving them hurting, feeling sharp to my tongue, and gritty when I ate. Not Westend Dental now I can walk around feeling proud of my clean new teeth.I will be referring all my family, friends, and any others who may ask for a great dentist. Thank you to all the Westend Dental Staff. I can be proud of my smile again.Also, They go over your health issues with you. Then they checked my blood pressure before doing any procedures. My blood pressure was kinda high so they let me sit there until my blood pressure dropped some. I wasn’t the only person being patient but they was Patient, understanding, and they listened.

My first experience here was with my granddaughters and they were so gentle, patient and friendly. I love the entire staff. Everything was explained step by step. They answered questions before I could ask. 5 Stars for WESTEND DENTAL IN LAFAYETTE, IN.

Called for an emergency appointment. They got me scheduled for 30 minutes after I made the call. Everybody there was super helpful and very nice. I was seen quite quickly and they decided to remove the problem tooth. The dentist made sure I couldnt feel a thing before starting. He and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and then proceeded to take out the tooth faster than I had ever had work done before. He then talked to me about options to get the rest of my dental work done without costing me the ridiculous amount of money the other 3 places I had been said it would cost. After that I went to pay my bill and it was cheaper than I was originally quoted. (It wasnt expensive at all to begin with.) Overall the best dental care I have ever received from beginning to end. I will only be going to Westend from now on.

Worst dental experience ever!!! Font desk has no idea how to process care credit payments had some lady who I dont even think is a dentist take three hours to fill three cavities. On the next visit the dentist spent more time trying to fix what they did. Got fitted for partials took over a month came back with gaps and pink on the teeth looked awful. They refunded me my money without question is why they got one star!

I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone! All of the staff is extremely friendly, flexible with appointments, and very affordable. The biggest reason I love this place is that they made my kids feel very comfortable during their exams. I couldn’t have asked for better care!!

Had a great experience at Westend dental. Came to get a consult after receiving one of their mailers. My previous dentist recommended some work but Westend saved me $1400.00 compared with my previous quote! They didnt push any unnecessary work and made sure I knew exactly how much everything would cost throughout the process. Got everything taken care of same day. Great overall experience.

Very quick, in and out cleaning

I was in for an extraction never had anything major done on me, so yea I was scared! I took more time thinking about it than what the doctor took to extract it.. less than 5 min wisdom tooth was out. They numbed it and didnt hurt one bit!

I had a great experience at Westend Dental last week when I went in for a cleaning! The staff is extremely friendly -- the lady at the front desk, the dental assistant (Maggie), and Dr. Rana. They make an effort to converse with their clients but are also quick and efficient. The overall atmosphere is friendly and professional. Moreover, the technology/equipment is up-to-date, and I liked the office. Ill be going back for my next cleaning!

Its been super hard to find a dentist that I can say I really love. I hate going to the dentist I general and have really bad anxiety when I have to go, but I love this dentist! He makes me feel comfortable, is genital, and tou can tell he really cares. The girls in the office are all so very friendly and always smiling!

Came in needing an emergency extraction. My regular dentist couldnt get me in for another two weeks. Westend dental were able to bring me in next day and help. The doctor waa gentle and helpful and took care of everything. I would recommend to anyone.

AMAZING!!! Ive always been terrified of dental work. The dentist was understanding and comforting. Everyone was so kind to me I would recommend going here to absolutely everyone. I have had an incredible experience here!!! Hands down best dentist I have ever been to!!!!

This was my first time at a dentist and needed to have an extraction done - the team was so welcoming and helpful through all my nervous questions and inexperience. They were even able to get me in same day for the extraction and were able to relive my pain. I won’t be going anywhere else and am telling everyone I know about this wonderful team!

Meaning they do what you need done quickly enough, but are very patient with you. They are all professional but dont slam bam you. Its a good place to go to for sure. I went to aspen dental before didnt really want to again, so i checked out west end a year ago & was glad i did. Dr Rana assembled an awesome staff & hes amazing as well.

The whole staff are so so so nice!! I was very nervous before my appointment, But from the second i came in they made me feel so welcome!My husband ended up been seen too when it was me with the appointment they really take care of you!!And before i left, i made my mother an appointment too!

If you like your teeth, avoid this clinic. I went to westend dental for an exam and they misdiagnosed me with periodobtic disease. That forced me to go to two periodontists for second opinion and none shared the same diagnosis as this clinic.The treatment package that they put together for me was also about twice as other clinics for cleaning and filling, while they make you think that they are generous and that they try to give you discounts.It appears that they are the kind of dentists that make you freak out about your dental health to take your money with wrong diagnosis and I dont recommend it to anyone.

This was the worst experience with a dental place I have ever had. The front desk people were just rude. I felt they had no respect for me or my infected tooth. It was just sad they could treat anyone with such disrespect. They actually hung up on me and failed to call me back when they said they would.
