They did a great job!!! They made sure everything was perfect. Everyone from the office staff to the dental assistants and dentist was awesome. I couldnt be happier with my teeth!!!

Worst dental place in town. Went there for a partial and got x-rays said they sent it to my insurance company and never got back to me. A MONTH later I called them and they said oh the paperwork is on her desk and she will call you but the end of the day. Well that phone call NEVER came. Here it is going on the second month and no return phone call or concern for me or my teeth. Very bad customer service of you ask me. I didnt go in for fun and would expect a company that makes millions off of people would call back.

I highly recommend this place! I had great service and care today! The staff was very nice and fast. They’re prices are affordable, which is the best part! The office was very clean and everyone was very organized. Very happy with my appointment today!

I had a cracked denture that needed repaired, ALL of the people I had contact with at Advantage Dental were very caring and considerate. I HIGHLY recommended them!!! I was a little afraid to go because of covid-19, they cleaned everything that people touched.

Dentist are awesome and the assistants are phenomenal!!!!!! The finance department does everything to help you out. Quick appointments when needed. Great COVID steps. My kids love them as well!!!

As a spouse of a patient that was having all thier teeth pulled, I would say the environment was nice and clean. The finance rep was very friendly and helpful. The cost was not to bad. We had insurance and paid 2300 for full dentures. The lady who transported my spouse was very sweet and informative. I did not give 5 stars because of the clerk at the pay window, I felt as if she could of been more professional and kinder. All over good experience as of today. I called because of issues with the procedure later in the day and they were very helpful once again. I would like to see the office have someone update the loved ones in the waiting area, maybe a here is what will happen today ten minute consult prior to the service. I think it would be helpful to smooth the experience out. Overall. Great experience

TERIBLE ABSOLUTELY .PULLED OUT FOUR TEETH WITHOUT LETTING THE MEDICINE TO KICK IN, AND KICKED MY RELATIVE OUT AFTER SAYING SHE WAS TOO FEISTY

Very happy with my experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. My options for payment and procedures were clearly discussed. This office provides a very comfortable atmosphere and I would recommend them to anyone.

Well Ive always hated going to the dentist but honestly this us by far one of the nicest places Ive been to. With the exception of a few people. But none the less I got my top teeth all pulled and in about one hour and ill tell you character that medicine they gave me and the shots I didnt feel a darn thing...the Dr gave me more shots when I could feel it and the assistant was so nice .. They explain everything you need to know and more . if I had 50 sets of Teeth of keep going back to this place. It all depends on how you treat people is how you will be treated by them... Remember that because its true.... Thanks again drabd assistants.. I fell 1000 s. Better already and its o my been 3 days...

I went to my first appointment today and it was great! The dentist was sweet and she explained everything throughly. My cleaning was well done and they discussed finances so clear cut. I love this place and I cant wait to go back!

The Dr was very helpful and efficient in our recent Dental emergency. My sons Front tooth was knocked out. We were seen that night. They monitored it for 2 weeks and did all they could to save it.

Very poor in many ways. They will recommend treatment that is not appropriate or needed in order to (presumably) suck you and your insurance company dry. Poor service as well.Would not recommend at all. Avoid.

Friendly, coutious, well manage dental care... My husband and I are both patients and while he make look like a grizzly my husband is a big teddy bear and rather apprehensive about such things as dental work... he was taken care of and very much put at ease by the Dr. and Staff. I have had cleanings, exams and extractions done here as well and am planning to have a filling done in the morning. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I first came to advantage dental after years of having dental anxiety because another dentist and his assistant couldnt fill a cavity properly (at another practice in lafayette) and it took 2 hrs with my mouth open and no breaks. The cleaning went really well and the hygienist asked several times if I was doing alright. Today I got 4 fillings done that Ive been waiting years to fix. I was completely numb, the first time without having to renumb. It went really quickly, Only about an hr. Im not nervous to go back and get the others done soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Id give you all hugs if I could. I dont have generalized anxiety so dental anxiety was new to me and my body. Its real for people that have had bad experiences with other dentist or just general anxiety about your mouth being messed with. I highly highly recommend advantage dental!

I have a relative who went. She was getting her teeth pulled, they gave her shots, but she still felt pain. She tried to tell them, they just said oh, and moves on. She felt all the pain, she was also out of it because of anesthetics, but she still felt all the pain. They wouldnt stop. They also slipped and made many mistakes.Edit: She now has bruses where the dentist had to hold to pull her teeth.

Great place ! I do t know what a few of those bad reviews are talking about ! I have been here since they opened and they have always been good to me. I own a business and most of the time when people put crazy bad things, it’s not the truth .

I treated a former patient of this office today and was shocked to learn of the decay that was incorrectly diagnosed. This patient has stained occlusal pits in his 3rd molars(wisdom teeth), but not a single area of decay in his mouth. This office told him he had around 20 cavities! He has NEVER had a single cavity before, so he was wary. Thankfully, he canceled his appointment and got a second opinion. It is offices like this that give credible practices a bad name. Shame on you, Advantage, for taking advantage of patients who believe and trust your so-called professional expertise.

They just dont follow though. Spend a week getting paperwork that they lost. Bad deal all around.

Do not go here. This is what I would call the McDonalds of Dentistry. They have 1 dentist and schedule FAR too many patients. The dentist doesnt even do anything, she just has the dental assistants do all of the work. I had INTERNS fill my cavities which have hurt since I had them done.Twice when I went in they had the wrong teeth and procedures written down that were supposed to be worked on. Luckily I caught it before they started. I also heard TWICE while I was there that they messed up two other separate patients procedures. How did I hear this? You are just in a big echoey room so you can hear everything that is going on. If they almost screwed up what they were supposed to do with me, and messed up 2 other peoples procedures while I was there, I can only imagine the sheer number of errors they make in a single day.I was also told that insurance would cover all of my procedures and then come to find out, they absolutely did NOT and they billed me.If your insurance covers you at other dentists I would absolutely say to STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. They clearly are all about getting money and dont really care about their patients.The dentist is nice, but if you want to be treated like a human and with dignity and not just a number that they hope to shell out $$$...DONT GO HERE!

Went for a cleaning at this place, what a joke. No privacy in between rooms, can hear conversation in next room between doctor and patient and office staff very unprorofessional, especially the chubby one. Hygienist she was completely useless, have made another appointment elsewhere and will definitely NOT recommend her to anyone, or this practice - useless!!!!

I liked the office, staff was pleasant and easy to deal with.

Initially I was thrilled when they recemented my crown at no charge because they couldnt guarantee it. I then had them fill 6 cavitites under sedation. Periodically as I woke up from sedation as they were telling me to open my mouth larger, I noticed that the dentist wasnt there, but the dental assistant who was filling the cavitities. Afterwards, I noticed pain in my jaw as i try to eat, the bite on my right side being off, and teeth pain (I can only assume from where the cavities were). I believe they are doing an assembly line dental work in order to see more customers. From my previous dentists (who didnt act like this), these after effects were nonexistant. When I canceled my teeth cleaning appointment and expressed my disappointment with the treatment, they offered to fix, but I dont feel comfortable going back to a situation where such discomfort occurred and miss out on work again. I will NEVER go back to them again.i have since learned that i know other people that have had bad experiences with this dentist (being forgotten in the lobby when there for an appointment, placement of dentures, etc. if i had heard these remarks prior to going to there i would NOT have gone there to begin with.
