Great service, helped my boyfriend reset his apple password before servicing the phone (last time he needed it fixed they didnt tell him it would log him out so he got locked out) fixed in the time they said it would be done.

Great price for phone screen repair. However, took a month for replacement part to come in. Set appt which was to take 2 hours to fix. It actually took 4 hours. Pick up phone went home to discover NO SOUND. Had to drive back to store to get fixed. Not overly impressed with their service.

Staff was extremely helpful! Service was very reasonably priced and quick- 15 min versus up to 4 hours at some other locations I called for a cell phone battery replacement. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The technician even printed out directions for me on how to reprogram my phone for other glitches I was experiencing . Few places offer this type of customer service. Definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had scheduled appointment on line cause of discount offered on iPhone battery. When arrived was told battery was on sale and coupon could not be used even though price on line was same as offered with coupon. Seems they could be alittle more personable also.

My experience today was excellent due to the manager. She was extremely attentive and helpful despite several chaotic things going on about the show room beyond her control. Frankly my first three experiences at this store in Lafayette Louisiana were terrible and I was reluctant to go back.Whoever is responsible for hiring this middle-aged woman should know what a treasure you found

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement due to a cracked screen. Screen was repaired in a timely manner by friendly staff. However, I had to sign a warranty waiver because my phone had been previously worked on elsewhere, and now since the repair my phone is not working properly.

I had the battery in my IPhone 6 replaced. It didn’t take long for the service, however I’m not sure the battery was replaced. If it was replaced, it’s no better than the battery that was in it. I charged it at 20%, and unplugged it when it was at 100%. Have not used a car charger. The charge is lasting just as long as my old battery. Not very happy right now...

Brought my son’s google phone in for screen repair. They had the part in stock and fixed it same day.

I brought my iPhone 7 in to get my screen replaced and whenever I got my phone back, my screen was yellow. It is super dark and I can not turn make it brighter . Very unhappy that it looks fuzzy.

My tech person was super! Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also very personal.
