This store is nowhere near what it used to be. The young girls that are working in there are so Unmotivated and seem to have no work ethic and are downright rude. Needless to say I will not be shopping in that store ever again. Oh and by the way how they choose which clothes to keep and sell and which ones to give back to you is totally ridiculous. I was in there on September 25, 2021 at 3:00 In the afternoon and the group of girls working behind the counter were rude and made me feel like they were doing me a favor by waiting on me.

I’ve only sold a handful of times, but I will say that they are very inconsistent. It’s extremely surprising and frustrating how they make decisions to purchase. Especially when you actually shop in the store and see very cheap items being sold for way more than they should be. Not to mention the condition of some of the items that clearly should not have been purchased in the first place that they deemed fit to place a price tag on. The items they decided not to purchase were way better quality and condition than some things on the sales floor. I understand the in season/out of season aspect of things, so that’s not an issue. Overall, it’s luck of the draw when and if you decide to sell items. As far as purchasing In store goes, it’s nice to have an option to buy things at a lower cost for children who grow out of things way too quickly.

They was friendly. We got a couple of things for our son over here and the clean all ot the items before they put it on the shelf. We really enjoyed being here

The workers are very childish! You bring your kids stuff here and they give u nothing much for it & then sell it high in there store!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I love that the clothes they purchase from others are literally impeccable, as if you just bought it from the real store.

The cutes options for gently used clothes. I had fun shopping there for sure. The prices weren’t too bad. It was a while back bu I got a lot of cute dresses from my boyfriends daughter and she loved them too so I guess I scored. The staff was helpful and the quality was good. They do a good job of looking over the clothes that are brought in so you get nice clothes to choose from. I would definitely shop there again for anyone’s child. Some great finds, super cute clothes, great quality brands. Not bad prices. Good value!

Brought a whole box of clothes. Took them three hours. Get there and they didn’t even look at the clothes because they have some cat hair. I own two cats. Most of the clothes in the box still had tags on it. The box also had toys in it. One of the dresses was a 45$ dress still with tags. Yet we went walk around in the store and most of the clothes they sale had stains/tears in them. Trying to sell a 40$ push car in horribleeeeee condition. You’re better off going to good will. Or you can find clothes for the same price & nicer at target. WILLL NEVER. Be back.

Best place to get clothes for my kiddos!

My wife brought about 50 outfits, newborn to 6 mos. and they only accepted 5 or 6. Said they were worn and/or dirty. Many of them had never been worn!!. WHAT A RIPOFF!!! And they were not even nice about it... We gave them to a friend that appreciated them. We will NEVER go to this place again.

I love Once Upon a child. My son is growing so fast, and I can find him nice clothes at a good price. Ive made some really good finds at this store, and they send me coupons which is even better.

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT RESPECT ANYONE AND ITS A WHO YOU KNOW OR THEY LIKE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU. I WASHED BRAND NEW CLOTHES BEFORE BRINGING THEM TO SELL AND THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THE CLOTHES HAD A STORAGE SMELL THAT IF I GO PICK THEM UP AND BROUGHT THEM BACK WASHED THEY WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE SOME. LAST TIME I BROUGHT IN CLOTHES ALL MY CLOTHES WERE NOT PURCHASES AND WHAT THEY DIDNT PURCHASE I PROBABLY RECEIVED ABOUT HALF IF THAT BACK. BRAND NEW CLOTHES NEVER WORN THEY WILL SAY THEY TOO WORN OR STAINED. EMPLOYEES THERE NEED THEIR MOUTH SLAPPED SO THEY CAN LEARN HOW TO RESPECT PEOPLE. NEVER WILL I BE BACK AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL HEAR ABOUT WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY RUN!

This store has terrible accounting skills and have one of the worst credit card processors. They charged my card and ran two transactions, one cleared the bank two days later. The other charges dropped on the same day and then was ran again on the following day and has been in pending mode for two days!!!! Beware, DO NOT use your credit card here!!!! They will never get my business again!!! And also, I never leave complaints like this, but after speaking to the store twice and they have not done anything about it, I figure I need to let people know about this unprofessional business!!!!

I am partially to blame for my most recent issue with this store. I should have researched the item I purchased before buying it. Regardless, the item I bought is $9 cheaper brand new at Walmart. I was told I could not return the item because it was brand new. In my last visit I bought a tent, and when I opened it the poles were bent, and pieces were missing. The prices are ridiculous for a second hand store, and the quality leaves much to be desired. I won’t be returning.

Quality of customer service has gone down. The staff is not as friendly. They price your items online at cheapest price then offer you half that price depending on condition its their decision about condition of item then u accept r decline and its resold for twice the AMT they purchase it from you.

I love the store (although some of the items are pricey). I only go for clothes and they have a great selection of that. The only thing is the parking sucks. Its a hit or miss, weekends and afternoons are the worst

Ive recently had issues with the same empoyee.I dropped off just 2 small toys and maybe like 4 small bags of stuff.Then she told me only 3 things I could leave.I really think there needs to be some type of better system because people behind me had garbage bags full of stuff.Im going to just donate everything to Goodwill,and save me some time and aggravation.

Okay if you need furniture but clothes wise just buy new. All the clothes prices are basically what you would pay for new. And when you give clothes back they give you close to nothing for them but turn around and sell them for 10x more.

Quick sale however their algorithm is quite ruthless Id recommend you try to sell privately first. If it fails and you need money this place is okay but picky.

It is over stocked & difficult to look through things. It is a nice second hand store but I only buy my kids play clothes here.
