Great customer service and speedy turn around. Quality work. Took off one star because it was $25 to sew one patch on a letter jacket which seems to border on usury.

I had them shorten the cuffs on a sports blazer suit jacket. I went in and they measure me with the jacket on and then pinned the cuffs to an appropriate length. The alteration required the relocation of the three sewn in cuff buttons and it turned out great. They were reasonably priced and their turnaround time was about a week, because it was the middle of Prom season (I dropped off on Thursday and picked up Wednesday the following week). Overall, they were pretty good.

This guys are unbelievable. I had a huge meeting in Washington DC (Perhaps the most important of my entire life). I bought an incredibly expensive new suit and brought the pants in to get hemmed. I was due to pick up the pants on Saturday (I was too leave Sunday AM). I didnt take note that they close at 2PM on Saturday (my huge huge mistake). I was in an absolute panic. I called the owners and they had just gotten off a plane from South Korea. They came straight from the airport to the shop at 745PM just to open it for me. I cant imagine having done that after such a long flight simply because a customer made a stupid error. Customer service at its best. Their generosity and kindness is beyond comprehension!

I had some items hemmed there. The person working was super friendly and played with my young daughter while I tried on pants to be marked for hemming. She also helped me to pick the closest thread match for a subtle hem.They were fast, too.Id go back to them for other alterations.

I had a suit and pants altered here and they did a great job, they were even done a day early. My wife has taken several dresses here and shes always been happy with them.

I took some pants in to them on a Tuesday afternoon. They were ready for me Wednesday morning. The work they did was far better quality than the original hem. I will bring all my future business here.

My wife took a couple pairs of long dresses to have them hemmed because they were too long. 2 of them were ruined. Not to mention that they do not do their dry cleaners there but send them out to another location. Time to look for a new alteration place.
