Payed $15 for deluxe car wash.There were still stains on the hood of my car. After noticing this, I asked an employee if they had a scrub brush I could borrow. Since their wash couldnt get the job done right, I was going to do it myself. The dirty-blonde curly-haired man (the same one who scrubbed the hood before my car went into the wash) told me I dont know what to tell you. We are pretty busy right now.I can sympathize as there were other people waiting in line, but I was definitely not feeling like I got what I paid for, and was not helped out whatsoever. I was given the same answer when I asked if I could pass through again to actually clean the car this time.Very disappointed with the service. On top of that, the two vacuums I used were in desperate need of real repairs. It looked like the mouth had been poorly reconnected to the hose a couple of times, and it came disconnected multiple times while I was using it.I would not recommend this place to anyone. I only came here because Classic Auto Spa was too busy, but I definitely wont make the mistake of coming here again.

I get the $5 car wash and I have no problem with it. Also dont forget to tip a $1 when going thru the wash. They do a good job either way, but they are so appreciative when you do tip and Im sure it helps their hourly rate out a bunch. Ive also had a window replaced here. It was easy to setup the appointment and the price was good, especially if you pay cash.The vacuums are starting to get a little worn over time. Thats the reason for my 4 stars, instead of 5. Either way, the vacuums still work good and I have no problem with them. I just see that they have removed some hoses, so make sure you park in between two that are working. $5 for a wash and vacuum, its definitely worth it!

I was really surprised when I went to review this company and saw so many high marks. The job they did was terrible. Im from Los Angeles and Im used to a certain quality of service and this wasnt even close. I paid $35 for a car wash which was supposed to be exterior and interior and I had to do a lot of clean up once I got the vehicle home. There were smudged stains everywhere, there was trash where the shifter was, dirt on the rims just to name a few major flaws with this service. I would never go back even though the staff was very polite because the job was inferior!

Gulf Breeze is continuing to get worse and worse. Paid for the $18 “ultimate wash” and it did a terrible job. Car wasn’t even that dirty before hand but there was still dirt spots that I could easily whip off with my hand after pulling out of the wash. Two guys at entrance of wash, standing there with pressure washer wand barely doing anything. They did not hit the front or back with a brush as they used to in past visit, did not spray under wheel wells as did in last visits. Basically mist spraying the car before driving in wash. After driving out of wash, tires looked the same as going in. Still dirty and NO tire shine but that’s supposed to come with “ultimate wash” package. Vacuums barely had any suction, trash cans full and over flowing in parking lot, poor house keeping. This place used to do a good job, last few times I’ve gone it’s gotten worse and worse.This was the last chance I gave them. Waste of money, there are plenty of other good car washes around town that aren’t as expensive and don’t even have personnel working, that do a better job than gulf breeze.

Awesome experience! The gentleman who precleaned my car before the wash did an amazing job! Spent a couple of minutes making sure all bug residue etc. was off. I didnt realize that I actually came right at closing--you couldnt tell! Awesome experience and will come back!

Just a bad experience. :( They raised their price of basic wash and after there was still soap on my vehicle. Not to mention the vacuums aren’t, great doesnt pick up much which tales more time in the hot weather. I do not recommend!!

For the price this was a great experience. The 2 gentleman who were pre-washing did an incredible job. I dont think my car has ever been this clean after going to a drive through car wash!

It doesnt matter if you buy the most expensive wash, youll still have to go home and clean the dirt off of the back of your vehicle. They always seem to have something wrong with the vacuums also

I think this car wash is awesome. The free vacuum is so handy and easy that I dont mind vacuuming. The prewash guys take care of getting the dried, really stuck-on bugs and stuff off the front grill/lights and they do a wonderful job of spraying the back-up cameras. The automatic wash does a great job and I highly recommend this car wash.

I went to the car wash this past Tuesday, Nov 22 because I saw a sign for $2 of all car washes. Not a bad deal right? However, as soon as I got out of the car wash, I noticed that my front left tire had a leak. Looking more closely, the air valve was knocked off from the car wash and I could hear the air hissing out of the tire. I went to the BMW dealership as fast as I could because I didnt want to lose all the air from my tire and would have to pay to get it towed (since I dont have a spare tire). I was able to get the air valve fixed for about $76. I went back to the car wash to explain what happened. The owner was present and listened to me for about 15 seconds and told me its not his car wash that did it. The owner was quite rude and walked away. I understand that I went off of the premise instead of letting them know right away but under the circumstance I had to do what I thought had to be done in that situation. I would never go back and would never recommend this car wash place to anyone. It is not worth the discount. If you do end up going to this car wash even after reading my review, I strongly recommend you to inspect your car for damages before leaving the property.

Ripped me off on the monthly service. Owner and two managers said they would get back to me. Even after many trips there and phone calls it was never resolved. They weren’t ever really concerned with refunding my money. Don’t get the monthly subscription service.

People pre rinse/spray vehicle down prior to mechanical car wash. They do a great job. Very safe, friendly place.

No reason to pay for extras like the tire shine. I paid for the upgrade to get a tire shine and ended up with one clean tire. The manager said my tires were dirty.....ya thats why Im here. As for a wash it is pretty standard drive thru. Never used the detail service so I cant comment on them.

I went to Gulf Breeze Car wash today around 4:15 PM. They had some people out there goofing off mainly. A car was pulled in front of these blue cones so I pulled next to him and waited about 5 minutes for anyone to come out and collect our money or tell us anything. Not a sole could be bothered. I pulled out to leave and so did the car that was waiting. Went down the road to Todds and got my car washed there.

I have asked them over and over to stop my monthly charges. It has been 5 months now and they still charge my card every month. Once you sign up for the monthly washes, theyll never stop charging your card .

Nice staff. They give your car a good scrub before going through the wash. Unlimited vacuums!

Very thorough care given to my vehicle.

Was a monthly member. Car wash damaged my car. I showed a guy there i guessed was the owner. He said it was not his car wash even though there was a piece of the blue cleaning brush stuck in the damage. Guy was very unfreindly and dismisive. When trying to cancel my monthly over the phone he told me to come in and fill out forms. He was not helpful and did not even care to ask why I was leaving. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH. WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR.I was paying $45 per month for unlimited premium washes. Thats all you get a wash. At Ambassador car wash for $49 you get unlimited premium washes plus they vac, clean windows and wipe the car down.

Half the the time fluids are out or dont work the one on Johnston has a much better price and does a much better job. The people there act like they just dont care and just are not into doing thier job. The owner seems like a real punk of a jerk. While I was there the last time someone car got damaged and he act like he didnt care. He doesnt look to smart so I guess that explains it all.

Convenient location. Machine does a good job cleaning my truck. Should think about having a self serve bug wash station.

I was asked to try the one month so I did. Thats in May. July I noticed the payment came out so I called to say I never approved it. Was told its a recurring charge. I said no one said that when signing up. I only approved one month. After, I decided to look back on my account, it also came out in June and I never knew or used it. Please refund my money....calling your office and no answer

Their hours should start at 8...the last three times I went Ive waited at least 15 minutes for them to let us in and it was partially operating. They didnt even turn on the vaccums. And the workers are inconsistent. One day they brush the front and back of the car other times they dont. Today I cancelled our membership after having it for 6 months. I gave two stars instead of one because after cancelling the owner gave us one more car wash.

I really wanted to like this place as there is limited competition in this city for a comparative price. I have been three times and the service has become progressively worse.This last visit will probably be my last. 1st issue: When I got there, the prices on the web site did not match what was offered and what I paid previously(2 previous visits I paid $12 for exterior and $12 for interior). This time there was just a $30 for an interior/exterior. OK - I came to get my vehicle cleaned - lets get this done.When I left, there was dirt still on the outside(pooled dirty water), dust and dirt on the inside and there was supposed to be a scent applied - did not happen.Oh well, I guess Ill have to toughen up and do it myself again, as in this city you can not get what you pay for....
