I recently acquired a 2010 Ford F-150. It had smokes stains, food stains and smelt very very very bad like smoke. I took it to fast Eddies for a detail. The crew there did a fantastic job of getting it cleaned and looking almost brand new again. The smell is completely gone and they were extremely detailed. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for detailing from now on. A great price as well.

Was a great wash at a good price. Attendants did an awesome job cleaning bugs of and nice lil towel dry to boot.

First time here and I’m a big fan! Went in for an oil change, car wash, and express detail work. All three services were fast and employees were friendly! Their express detail team went above and beyond to clean my car, I was in awe of how well they did! (I had 2+ years of dirt and dust piled up in my car.) Their team did amazing and I hope they continue this excellence service.

Good price, friendly staff. The basic wash will not clear the bugs from the grill and the windows will not be spotless. Body panels look good for $9 though

While all the employees were friendly and helpful to me, the inside of the car was left with lint over the dashboard and smudges of something on the inside drivers door. I expected better for the twenty seven dollars I paid. I would not go there again.

I got there just as they opened & was done withing 8 minutes or so. They live up to the name & do great work which is why I continue to keep going back.

Always busy on a nice day, BUT they are so fast, I will always come here! Even if there are six cars in line when I get there, it is still faster than waiting two hours for walmart to do it! Clearly a very efficient team.

You would think for $17 the tires would be clean or the guy drying would say something.

The employees areare nice and respectful. They most definitely change your oil fast and their set up is decent for a small business. I think its great.

Had my vehicles in for details and I had my wifes sunglasses taken. They left the case but took the sunglasses. I know i should of taken everything out, but I know not to trust them anymore. I also had to take my vehicle back the next day since they didnt even clean under my back seat of my truck. Also had spot residue from their spray. I attached some pics of when I picked it up after it was fully detailed inside and out.

I normally love your interior cleaning services but the last time I was in it was not up to the normal standards and expectations set by previous services. They didnt vaccum completely or wipe down the dash and my touchscreen. I didnt really notice all that was missed until I drove away or I wouldnt have left. Im just highly disappointed in the service this last time around and I just wanted to let you know so you may possibly retrain your people. I dont know that Im gonna be coming back after this and it sucks because Ive reccomended this interior cleaning to a lot of people because in the past it has been wonderful and well done.

I love the idea of the interior quick clean, but any one who works the day shift cant get in. They close early. And it always bugs me that their tipping policy is unclear. Who do you tip when 3 people work on the car? They should put a jar out and sign for splitting tips... or put a sign that says youre smile is our tip. Quality of work is good. If people could come after work Id bet theyd increase their revenue by 20%.

Great service and my car was done a LOT sooner than expected. I even went back over it, just to make sure. SPOTLESS.

Fast Eddies wasnt very fast, maybe rename to Alright Eddies. I spent about 30-40 minutes in line with just 4 cars in front of me. Also, only one lane was open so maybe thats why it was slower.

Would have liked for them to get more of the bugs off my bumper...

During the oil change, one of the guys working on my car asks me to try starting my car. It wont start. He and another guy start scrambling around to get a battery pack to charge it. It took 3 tries and at one point I saw the guy switch out the cables (were they connected wrong???)I overheard one guy tell the other, I dont know what happened.When I asked what about the battery, the guy (with NO MASK on), tells me the battery is old and to go to Advance to get it checked. I told him this hasnt happened before and then he tells me that the cars driving lights stay on and drain the battery (the car was off the whole time!).They obviously knew something was wrong -- no one else was asked during their oil change to try starting their car.The person who spoke to me was very dismissive and I suspect not being truthful about what actually happened.I just got home and Im a little worried about the job they did. Im planning to take my car to a mechanic in the morning to double-check.

I have never been to the Fast Eddies, so I tried their car wash. The car was ok, but expected some to the the end to fix the mirrors. Well no one showed up, and the my truck was still dirty, with spots all over my windows. Not sure how they are still in business with service like this.

The people are always friendly and fast and a reasonable price. I usually get in within 15 mins or less. I went to Quick Lane and they estimated over a 2 hr wait (par for the course with rtgem). I drove to Fast Eddies and I sat for 10 mins in line and it took less than 20 mins for my oil change and it cost less.

They are good. Oil change is a breeze. Car wash is standard as everywhere else.

I recently paid for the interior detailing for my 2011 Honda Accord. For $100, the cleaning was well done. However, what I am not impressed with was the fact that I dropped off a car with four working doors and came back to a car with only three.At some point during my cleaning, the car door was damaged and no longer latches. Because I am not able to prove I “drove a car with four working doors” to the shop, it is not the business’s fault.I am an honest person. While the door does have a dent in it, the accident that caused it was almost 3 years ago. I have had no issue with my door since then and now after the appointment, have a door that literally will not close.Go for the cleaning, they did do a nice job. But don’t be upset if your car comes out damaged in the process with “no liability on their end”. Overall a horribly frustrating experience. I wish Google would allow for videos to be posted with the review showing the door bouncing off the frame of the car.

I had a horrible experience. The lady that I paid to wash the outside of my car said she didnt believe I got a detail inside except the tags left cotton all over my new car.

I ask for the $39.97 oil change when I got the bill it was $100 they didnt even ask me if I wanted a upgrade they did it and charged my credit card 😒

Do not take your car here. They over charge, dont tell you when your service will be more than advertised, and are plain rude. My card was charged for my service and someone elses. I now have 2 charges pending and no idea when one will clear and they keep changing the story. They have lost my business forever.

This used to be a great place years back, be careful when you go, you get what you pay for, regularly i will get there best wash and interior clean well over 30 bucks, when your going thru the tunnel you wont get the colored foam wax nor the hot wax, worst thing about this is that you tell them and they give you a bad attitude about it. Its a shame this is the only place in Lafayette that does the interior, Otherwise I probably would not go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve taken my brand new car to Fast Eddie’s twice now – great service both times. However I just took my car to the dealer for an unrelated problem and they found a puddle of oil beneath my car. Why? Because the drain plug was not properly reinstalled after the oil change. The plug could’ve come completely off, drained my engine of oil and blown the engine. And I would’ve been responsible.Absolutely do not take your car to Fast Eddie’s for an oil change!!!

First time here because I got the coupon at Exploration Acres. First, kudos to FEs for such a great coupon! Youll have to go thru the corn maze to find out what you get!I think the wash was one of the best and most thorough in town. Pricing is comparable to Crew Carwash, but got a better pre-spray and hand towel drying at the end!Added the interior cleaning service. It was nice to have the car swept out and the windows cleaned when I got back in. And you get your choice of air freshener.Goodbye Crew Carwash. I have a new favorite!!

2/20/2020 What a wonderful car wash! Not only do I like the way my car came out of the wash, but also the fact that Fast Eddies is the only wash of which I know that has someone to hand dry your car! That alone is worth going there! For that particular extra, get your next car wash at Fast Eddies!

This is hands down the best car wash in the city. They actually handwrite your vehicle and it looks amazing they are miles ahead of Crew Car wash I will never go there again after finding this gem!!!! Shop local! Law Enforcement Friendly!!!!

Average service all around. Didn’t have synthetic oil for my car, didn’t check tire pressure and add air so I had to when I got home, didn’t top off any fluids except windshield washing fluid, and the car wash was very basic (my car was still dirty). I will go back to the dealership for the same price next time and pay the extra $10 to get a car wash at crew.

The employees at Fast Eddies noticed that I had grease on the roof of my vehicle. They called a manager, and he let me know that he could not let me go through. I asked if they could, please, wipe off the grease by hand. Willingly, they agreed, and two employees proceeded to remove the grease by hand. After that, I went through the car wash. My car was very clean, and the employees were very polite and friendly. The last person that wiped my car dry, smiled the entire time. Always great service here!

Fast Eddies is a good alternative to the other chain car wash in town. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because even though I opted for the most expensive wash they offered, my truck wasnt 100% as clean as I expected it to be. It was as clean as the other car washes in town, but when I pay nearly $20, I do expect the paint, wheels, etc. to all be clean. Its not like my truck was packed with mud or anything, I just had everyday road grime on it.

Had an oil leak and they fixed it right away.

I started by calling to ask for info on services. Once I arrived I was quickly taken care on the Lube side & then had a wash & interior cleaning. Im very pleased with the level of professionalism & communication amongst team members. The service was reasonably priced & worth the time spent. Theres also an indoor lobby to relax in while you wait. BRAVO🌟👀🌟🙌🏾🌟🏎🌟👍🏼🌟

I got an oil change here in late July and found out this week that my oil was already low and needed changed again. I went to a trusted garage at home and was told that the oil was almost definitely not changed in July, based on the quality and amount left. My mileage was 2,000 under the suggested mileage on the Fast Eddies sticker. If youre getting your oil changed here, be careful.

Waited maybe 30 seconds before they waved my car inside. Very polite every time I come in. They knew my name when I came in, I assume that’s from data from an earlier visit. An oil change today took no longer than 15 minutes, if that. Impressed every time I come in. They changed my oil gauge back to 100% before I left. The free car wash included is the cherry on top. Will be back again and again!

Went to get oil change an the attitude of employees were awful except for the young man who took our payment was polite. Even the car wash attendant was bad. I have taken my vehicle here multiple times through Cars to Go and never had bad servicevery disappointment this time.

Normally fast but waited 30 min to get into a bay Once I pulled in very friendly very efficient did a great job love going on Wednesdays because ladies get $7 off. Honestly the 1st time Ive ever had to wait that long to get in.

Long wait and only mediocre service. I still had a ton of dust on my dash after the interior cleaning that I waited nearly and hour for. I should have just done it myself and saved the $20 and I wouldnt have tipped so well if I would have realized the work was subpar. Thanks for waisting half my morning.

Went in for an oil change. Due to what Id been told Id always put synthetic in my vehicle. The employee respectfully questioned my decision due to synthetic being more expensive. Some people mightve gotten offended at this but I love when service folks are willing to educate their patrons. I asked questions and he answered each respectfully. When I doubted him, he went ahead and checked with his superior which I appreciated. Then he checks my dip stick and tells me I dont even need an oil change, that Im good for another 3000 miles! He couldve from the get go just done what I say, taken my $80 and Id of been none the wiser. It was looking like a tight week for me too but thanks to this gentleman I didnt have to put an unnecessary oil change before groceries. The customer isnt always right and this gentleman improved my day ten fold.

Very impressed with the wash service. I’ve lived in Lafayette my entire life and had never visited Fast Eddies. First of all the price was lower than any other car wash in the area, and you get more! Impressed that they sprayed off my car, and wiped all the bugs off the windshield, bumper, and mirrors before the car wash. After I went through there was a gentleman there who towel dried the car. Definitely will be back, very pleased!
