This is the ONLY place I bring my car to get detailed. They do an awesome job, are very professional, and strive to make sure you are happy. Tracy makes sure of that. She’s awesome and very professional. I will not go anywhere else. Tracy is definitely a very big asset here. Love this place!!!!

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at classic auto spa. I originally brought my car in just to get some bird droppings off my car. I expected a car wash to do the trick. After having someone take a look, they told me that I would have to get a car wax to get the attention needed to get the stuff off my car. $75 when all I wanted was to take care of bird droppings was a little steep, but it was okay because they were gonna do a wax for the car. After bringing the car in, I waited for about 40 minutes in the lobby when some guys came up to me and told me that they had tried everything they could to take the stuff of my car but weren’t able to. They said that it would need to get buffed and polished. I was confused because I thought that it was just some bird droppings. They said that they would have to polish the hood of the car as well as the driver’s side door and that would cost an additional $75. A total of $150 when all I wanted was to take care of bird droppings? They also mentioned that the hood and drivers side door might look slightly different if that was all they polished. Do they want me to have my whole car polished for bird droppings? No way. I stepped outside and asked to see my car and see what they couldn’t take off. After having to persuade them to let me see my own car, I finally got to my car and saw what was left. I went up to it and took my nail and scrubbed off a part of what was left in about 5 seconds. I asked the manager, Tracy, why a polish was necessary if it could come off so easily. I asked a few more questions as I was obviously confused and upset that I might have to pay $150 or more to take care of bird droppings, but she quickly responded that she didn’t like my attitude and told her workers to give me my car keys and tell me to leave. I was dumbfounded and shocked. I never raised my voice. I never insulted anyone. All I did was ask questions about my car to figure out what was going on. I am very upset with the customer service here. Tracy was extremely unprofessional and I do not plan on going back. All I can do is warn others. Don’t let them upcharge you for additional things you didn’t want in the first place.P.S.I was able to take the rest of the bird droppings off by myself with a microfiber towel and some water later that day.

Great Carwash! The place stays busy, and there is almost always a bit of a line and sometimes it can get backed up, but my truck comes out looking extra clean every time. Their self-vacuuming area can also get a little bit backed up but tends to flow smoothly. The vacuums themselves work very well and have a lot of power to get the inside of your vehicle clean.

Im updating my review down to only one star as Im now actively looking for something better. Where to begin? I had a simple bug splatter on the windshield, didnt take it off and I had to manually rub it off with a napkin. A NAPKIN! And I barely rubbed it off too.. Spot free rinse is not actually spot free.. They cant seem to rinse off the side mirrors, ever, so I drive off with soapy mirrors. And guess what? When it dries theres residue all over them. And, they NEVER give you what you pay for. I apply a special chemical compound to my windshield to help with rain, it lasts 6-8 months or more. I pay for the basic wash with the basic soap as the triple wash wax and RainX tends to wash off the compound I apply to my windshield. I have to constantly ask if the que is right, and if I happen to forget to ask, there we go with the triple wash and RainX treatment. They think its the premium and Ill just like it if they add it, but thats NOT what I pay for and for a REASON. Overall Im tired of paying for a subscription for half a wash and never what I pay for. I dont recommend this place at all.Another Update: They no longer actually check the que when I ask them to, they act like they glance at it then tell me its fine.. If I could find another automatic wash with a monthly subscription, I would change in a heart beat. Id even pay double just to have a place give me what I pay for...-Photos: Soapy mirrors, and that yellowish thread is actually a spider web.. Loose spider web that easily came off from wiping with a paper towel.. HOW can the car wash not take that off the car??

UPDATE: from 2 stars to 4 stars because the owner reached out and offered to redo the interior detailing.Ordered the interior detailing + seat & carpet shampoo. The shampooing was done alright, but they really did a sloppy job on the interior detailing. Waste of money honestly. How do you miss this stuff? (see pics)

When I went to pick up my car she was very dissatisfied with the job done (even tho considering the mess the seats were before, it was a good 80% better) she refused to let me pay for it because it wasn’t up to her standard. I literally would have paid for it and not thought twice. But she insisted. So today I went and they redid it! And when I tell you my car looks BRAND NEW. I’m so impressed with her first of all. But the final product! It is PERFECT. No wonder she was upset Monday. Because today it looks like a whole new car! 100% better!That’s how you do business and make impression and get life customers! Love it there. I live in the country. Hard to wash my SUV in the grass and keep it clean so being able to come to this car wash everyday if I want to makes it so easy to keep my SUV looking good.

I purchase lots of gift cards from this place. Easy to drive through and get it quickly.

EDIT: Im switching this to a four star review now that the review has been responded to promptly. Im not trying to hurt this business. I know how these can effect the image of the business as I work for a local small business and have responded to reviews myself. To be honest 90 percent of the time I have no problems here. As it is if i see this girl at the window again Im only going to be put in a bad mood, as the damage has been done. I just dont want to have this experience ever again if I come back here.The attendant at the window caught an attitude with me today. Chloe according to my receipt. I went though the wash and the machine did not give the triple foam and tire shine. So I go back to the window and ask for them to fix it. She argues saying that the tire shine doesnt get put on in the wash, which is incorrect the machine that applies it is pictured on attached photos at the end. Every time in the past they have put tire shine on in the actual wash. You can tell its there before the other employees come around to touch it up at the vacuums. She didnt even address the missing triple foam during the wash. She just brushed me of as an annoyance and even had a smirk on her face as she told me to move into the wash. All I could think about when going through the wash the second time Is about all of the money I have spent at this place over the years and the fact the just a couple months ago I gave these people 210 dollars to detail this same vehicle (50 detail + 80 upholstery shampoo + 80 carpet shampoo). I dont know if Im going to come back here. I might as well call a mobile detailer to come and clean my car at work in the parking lot. It sure in the heck will be easier on me doing that instead.

Always loved this place! But recently it seems the line that used to move quickly takes forever!!! Also the new staff does not seem to work quickly or efficiently as the others. Pretty disappointing.

They always do a great job. Had an issue with wax being left on in spots recently, brought it to their attention and they made it right. Great staff and professionally managed. Highly recommended.

He washed the car in front of me for a good 7-8 minutes while glaring at me for no apparent reason and didnt guide me on the rails at all causing me to scuff my tires and then yelled a me saying what are you waiting for 🤨 wanted my money back wont be returning

From out of town found this car wash on google. I didn’t see where to pay I passed up what it know now was the cashier window or whatever you call it, an employee asked me, mind you I’ve been in line for 20 min, sir you wanting car wash I thought she was joking, I replied I hope so, she said well you passed up the window . I’m sorry can I just pay you ? She said no you’ll have to drive around, unbelievable like there was no way to accommodate me. Beautiful facility was looking forward to how good the wash was but will never go back and will instruct all my family who lives in Lafayette not to go there. Poor customer service !!

Scheduling process in the detail center was a breeze and the staff were VERY knowledgeable about their products. Customer service was top notch and they went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and correct my problem. I was having an AC smell issue that the dealership was unable to correct but they knocked it out didnt charge me for unnecessary services. I DEFINITELY recommend going to Classic for you Auto Care needs.

Extremely disappointed. Ive used Classic Auto Spa MANY TIMES and have always been pleased with the services - both wash and detail. I called last week to ask about current prices for a detail and the young lady gave me the price. Not ONCE did she EVER say anything about detail services are now by appointment only due to COVID. I get there Friday and am told by the young man at the window sorry maam, its appointment only now and were full today. Total waste of my time. Talk about poor customer service.

Super friendly service and great prices! My only qualm with the spa was it didnt fully clean my car. I still had quite a few bug spots left but other than that it was a super enjoyable experience!

This wash is a great wash compared to others in Lafayette. I will say though that since Covid started, the quality of the wash has gone down. Still a great wash though, but expect to towel dry your car afterwards.

Wash cleans vehicle well and the attendants pre wash both the front and back. There is also an area you can go and better wash your vehicle before entering. Vacuums are good.

Ultimately the best place to go get your car washed. All the other places in Lafayette are either run down and in bad shape. They have a membership which in actuality is too much for people who only wash there car once or twice a month maybe. Overall my experience with classic spa has been great and I love that the vacuums are free. Looking forward to trying out their detail service for my brothers car when he comes to town on business.

Almost double what I paid on my last oil change, thefree car wash was 5 dollars because my truck had dirt on it, on the invoice a line about vacuum inside it was marked customer declined . I was never asked . When my truck came out of the car wash they had to bring it back to fix an oil leak from the oilchange . Ended up having to leave with soap on my truck because the man that was in it said he doesnt do the outside of the veh.. first and last time ever going here. Its very fitting that they are located next to the sewage plant .

Would 100% recommend. They offer detail services and hand washes for a reasonable price. They also have wonderful service. I just got my car detailed and washed. Today has been a busy day. I was going to have to get it washed, leave, come back later and get it detailed due to my schedule. They were awesome enough to wash and detail my car at the same time. This is my fifth time bringing my 2018 Honda Civic here and I plan to continue doing so. They also got rid of a scratch for free as well. The facilities are nice and clean and I had a comfortable seat and counter to practice my homework on. Thank You and Well Done Auto Spa!

I paid $18 dollars for the top of the line wash. I was left with water spots and bugs on the front of my car. The part that I disliked the most is when I pulIed into the vacuum area there is no towels or rags to clean up what they missed. Bright side is the basic wash seemed to be just as good so save your self 10 bucks if u go.

I spilled a thermos of coffee and milk in my shifter and inner console. It got all over my seats and carpet. I called to get a quote and they made an appt for me right away. They were prompt and thorough. When I got home, they called to let me know that one of the pads for my cup holder was accidentally left behind. I didnt get to drive back there for almost 3 months, to go and retrieve it. (Im not a responsible adult) They held on to it, for me, all that time. The pricing was really reasonable, considering the mess. And they did such a great job. I was terrified that the milk was going to leave a sour smell in my car. And thanks to them, that didnt happen.

I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is a great car wash. They have a pre soak, pre wash area when you first drive in. Works great on getting the bugs off. The wash is great. The vacuums are crazy awesome!

This is an exceptional car wash. You can get a pretty good wash for $5 or spend more money for more options. They also have vacuums you can use after you get the outside washed.

They did a great job in cleaning the interior of my car after an incident I had. Steven the manger was very knowledgeable and showed great care to do a nice job. I felt the price was reasonable and I enjoyed my experience.

Acadiana Dodge couldnt seem to do a proper job cleaning the lightly used vehicle I bought. They were given 2 chances. Both failures. I brought my Jeep to CAS and showed them the melted cough drop and it was addressed. I was called to make sure it was cleaned out properly and even though it looked good enough for me, I could still see residue so the employee continued to scrub. He brought me a light to inspect that it was gone a second time. Very satisfied and I will be going back.

Ugh, this is my favorite car wash Ive ever found. One of the worst parts about having moved away from Lafayette was losing this place. The vacuums are awesome, the car wash does a good job and I love that I can have someone polish my tires, too. Reasonably priced, too, for the quality wash you get.

Our cars always come out great in the machine wash and its free for military on Tuesday and Thursday. I had our 2011 Tahoe fully detailed for around $200 and it came out amazing. Highly recommend.

Every three or four months, I treat my car to the $45 inside and out service here. Every time, my little car is left as good as it was when I bought it, and they usually find one or two things Ive lost in there, too. Its worth every penny and I heartily recommend them to all and sundry.

Awesome car wash. You are able to prewash with nice brushes. If you get the $10 and $15 wash they guys at the vacuum area wipe your rims and put on tire dressing. Free vacuuming with wash. Always excellent customer service.

Recently went back and the automatic wash did better than most! Considering checking out the interior cleaning skills!

Went around 5:30 one day, not realizing the time, spent $15 on a wash only to be pushed out by one of the employees at 6:00 while I was vacuuming my car. I understand it’s annoying when people show up last minute but it was a honest mistake and how I got treated was outrageous, especially considering I paid for the service. He came up to me literally three times telling me to hurry up because they were closed, mind you it was only 5 minutes past their closing time. I work in customer service, people come in late all the time (and while it is annoying) it does happen, but I would NEVER treat a customer that way. I will never return to this place for that reason.

I have never done a review on any establishment because I feel that most only do enough to get by. I feel compelled to give this establishment a review due to the quality of work and care in final product. It is seldom that I feel I get my money worth in any product or service I receive and the Classic Auto Spa has earned my repeat business for years to come. I have gone to this Auto Spa since it opened in cars with and without Louisiana license plates and I believe that his assumption is very incorrect (although I am sorry that he had a bad experience).

I brought my toyota 4runner to Classic auto spa at 730am and by 5pm the same day, they were able to completely disassemble and remove the carpeting foam and clean out what had been turned into a poor mans Napalm due to a gallon of gas tipping over in the back of trunk and mixing with foam. It was bad.When I picked my car up at the end of the day, I was blown away at the employee’s will to go above and beyond.There are so many great things to say about Mark and his family’s carwash operation. In a competitive market by nature, Classic auto spa provides absolutely superior customer service to its clientele. The Vevericas have a first class car wash as well as having first class employees. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable in making my experience unforgettable.

Really happy with the service I received today 7/30/19. My car had been so sandy for almost a week since I came back from Port Aransas and also my dog had jumped in the back seat so it was covered in dog hair and sand. Let me tell yall, these guys cleaned the shhh out of my car, and the price was not outrageous. I will definitely go back every couple months to keep my car clean clean. I am very happy and do recommend this place.

I have always brought my vehicles to this place because they always do an amazing job. I can’t say the same for yesterday though. I brought my Benz in for the $50 detail, I got my car back and noticed later that day that the volume button on my steering wheel has been peel off, the volume button was intact before that. This is ridiculous! Now I am scared to being my vehicle back to this place, I never had a problem at this place before. And one of the guys that know me personally, came to greet me as I was sitting in the lobby and told me don’t worry about anything, we will take great care of you. And to see this after! Do not go here if you are from out of state. I have been coming here since it opened and loved it while living in Louisiana. Never had an issue. However a few months ago we moved to Texas and changed our plates to Texas plates. I went this weekend around 30 minutes before they closed. Paid for the $15 wash. They did not clean the bumper or tires. They waved me past the guy standing out front and then rushed me through the car wash. Left and it was still full of suds and bugs. Will not be coming back as they should offer their service to everyone. If someone is out of state, it should not be half added because they feel you wont be back.

Used to be best detailinf but, this time, whatever they used to wipe the interior console left scratches on the dashboard screen. Also, there were several missed spots inside the doors. First time Ive been disappointed. If this was my first visit, though, it would have been the last.
