Yesterday I went to this shop I had perfect hair cut. By Abrahim absolutely I love it

Great haircuts and environment! Im not usually to picky about my hair so I give sort or basic ideas of how I would like my haircut to turn out, never been disappointed. Been going now for a couple years, great ambiance, free drinks, nice employees and great haircuts, what more can you ask for?

I literally just walked out of there and the first thing I wanted to do was to leave it a positive review. As a self proclaimed “bro”, I cannot believe that I have ever got my haircut anywhere else. I walked in and was greeted with a cold beer in a frosty glass (which is enough for this to be the best haircut experience ever), but then the haircut itself was relaxing, classy, and comfortable. Carlos gave me a great haircut and made me feel like I was the man the whole time. Great experience, great cut, and great people. Thanks guys.

My barber in Dublin closed, leaving me with COVID hair for months. The staff here was able to get me an appointment same week, and Elizabeth took great care of me with trying out a new hair style. 18/8 is expensive but worth every penny.

Good environment. Good standard haircut. But I didnt get enough quality to justify the 60$ price. I showed a photo to master Carlos but the end result was nothing like it. He did not even try. I achieved a much better result myself after the next shower. Also the chit chat was clearly forced to appear friendly.

The haircuts are better than the customer service. Sometimes it’s friendly. Sometimes I’ve been left feeling like The customer is not a high priority.

With all this hair, I need a place to go where they know what to do about it! Not only does 18|8 have the wherewithal to tame this mane, they also have great prices & Free adult beverages. Coffee only for me- Hot & Black! Or a Coke. But if you like wine or microbrew beer on tap, they got you covered. A salon for Men. Great idea!

Straight forward easy hair cut. Had to ask her to stop so she couldn’t do anymore damage and I could go get it fixed somewhere else.

The barbershop is the best in this town. This was my second visit to this shop and both the times Pino did a fantastic job with my hairs. Recommended!

Arrived on time, but reception failed to notify my stylist that I had arrived. After 20 minutes, she came looking for me.Once back, the shave was poor, with several visible cuts to my face and neck.The place is clean and cool, but service execution is lacking. Cannot recommend.

Super great service. They offer beverages while you wait and have a comfortable environment. Jess was my hair stylist and she gave me recommendations for style and length, and adjusted the entire cut based on additional input in the meantime. After the fact I was shampooed and offered a hot towel, which I gladly accepted and almost fell asleep under. Incredible hair and skin care experience.

Met at the door with an offer of a cold beer, and quickly taken back for a pampered cut, style, scalp and shoulder massage, and hot towel treatment. Not the cheapest haircut in town, but its not meant to be. You want a quality mens cut and top notch service, this is it.

I really love this place! Ebraham was the nicest hairdresser/barber Ive ever met and made me feel so loved and welcomed. He truly is a kind man with talent! This place is pretty queer and trans friendly too so you dont have to be a man to get a haircut here. They also have great student prices.

Ask for Amanda. Ive had her cut my mohawk twice now. The lines are always perfect and shes super friendly. Service all round is great. A little pricier than a barber at ~$50, but ultimately you get what you pay for. Totally recommend!

Angelina is the best! She’s prompt and professional. Best men’s cut in this little town.

Great ambiance and beer is always a bonus, but the cuts are a little pricey.

Jess was great! They always go above and beyond at 18|8! Jess was attentive to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing to my beard. This is the only place I will get a beard trim from!

We were 15 minutes late and Amanda still worked with us. Though I dont recommend being late to appointments I had to say the customer service here is phenomenal and my husband got one of the best haircuts in a long time. Definitely want to come back and see Amanda!

Very professional barber shop. Chelsie did an amazing job with my cut, and an even better job on my beard trim. I would highly reccomend this location.

First time at their Lafayette location. I was sad that they closed their Walnut Creek location but mostly mostly annoyed because of the increased distance and traffic. However, I had no problem finding parking, really enjoyed my appointment, and will definitely return (unless they open a closer location).

Dude... This is an experience that everyone needs. Shampoo, condition, expert cuts, great consultations, everything is awesome. And a glass of wine or beer... Duuuuuude

A touch pricey but the staff here will make sure you’re well taken care of.Everyone was friendly and professional.

Bad customer service from manager. Apparently they have a 10 min late rule, got there 1 min ahead of cutoff and manager refused to cut hair. Was second to last customer of the day, hence carry over effect was negligible, but still and very rudely manager would not accommodate. What was the need to have such attitude?

Beer, wine, water, TV, big phat chairs to sit in-oh yeah, they do haircuts too.
