He was able to get most of the home details accurately by researching a lot of information regarding my home and was able to fill out the forms beforehand without me having to know and reiterate all the details of the home. I really appreciated this as it is quite time consuming to enter all these details in every website.Steve provided us with three different quotes explaining the pros and cons of each one. He was very responsive and courteous which is another quality I appreciated.I recommend Rocky Mountain Insurance Center and Im glad that I was able to have a local business help me out with this :)

Steve Hakes has been great to work with. Before we switched insurance companies through Rocky Mountain Insurance Center, my husband and I had been with the same Farmers agent for 15 years. I asked our agent for ways to reduce our insurance costs and she offered minor reductions. However, I was able to save over $500 with Steve, while getting better coverage and adding an umbrella policy. It was only after we left Farmers that our previous agent tried to give us similar rates to those offered through RMIC (although with a higher deductible). I was shocked because, obviously, she could have offered those rates when I initially asked for them.In contrast, Steve Hakes was personable and timely.
