Vikki and Jake are always available to assist in any way, and have a super fast response time (I once needed insurance cards asap, and they emailed them to me within minutes).I love being able to call and talk to a person whenever I need! Jim has been our insurance agent for several years. A few years ago, I was in an automobile accident when the car ahead of me came to an abrupt stop. The front end of my car was crushed. Jim was immediately reachable, the car damages covered by insurance, and repaired immediately.Recently, we had to insure valuable items that were to be moved across the country.
