First time going an it was amazing.

This was my first time receiving a massage here, and it was better than I expected. Georick greeted me at the door and made sure I was well taken care of before and after the massage. He explained the details of what to expect and was knowledge about the different services they offered. Stephen was my masseuse...God blessed his hands! I felt extremely comfortable during the massage and I’m pretty sure I walked out of the room 2ft taller! The knots in my back are no longer there, the tension in my shoulders have been relieved and I feel so relaxed now! If you’re smart you’d sign up to become a member like I did! Thanks Georick and Stephen! I will be back!

BE WARNED - with their membership they claim cancel anytime yet require you to fill out a survey in person and become very rude and pushy. Will still charge you after canceling membership!!!! Would never recommend this place. Terrible customer service and experience here. Never again!Update: Was just charged again... second month after cancelling!Update: Was able to get reimbursement for second charge...

Ok...I gotta say that Jade at the front desk rocks. Bright. Great customer interaction. BUT there was a super awkward moment when the assistant manager directly corrected her in front of me, and then heard over Jade with arms crossed while Jade completed my order. Seriously it sucked the energy from the room. Its not my usual ME and I wont be going back.

I became a member of Massage envy. I went to this one cause they have male masseur as I prefer. My masseur name was Lance. Lance was fantastic and he helped me with the knots in my back and shoulders. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My only problem was that he was late to my appointment but explained it that he was not notified I was there. I went back today and he was still a few minutes late but well worth the time Lance is well qualified. Only thing I would say is if your a female he might be a little quicker with ya.

Worst massage ive ever had first call them for directions i was un aware of there being two locations and then their rude receptionist answers the phone and says hello in stead saying massage envy like a normal business would do i was 15 minutes late i call again to reschedule and there like we cant give your money back so i just go and just get a 35 minute massage instead of an hour that was what he paid for the massage therapist was nice but she doesnt know what shes doing she basically pressed her arm on my back and legs the whole time instead of Rubbing my back with her hands it was our anniversary and my fiance paid for a gift card for me to go and they wouldnt refund our money or reschedule the appt at all i will not be back and usually i leave really good tips like 40 or 50$ but i didnt this time i was scamed out of massage so i didnt tip it was the worst experience for something that should be relaxing oh yeah and as soon as i walked in the building all the girls were all crowded around the desk and just staring at me and it made me feel uncomfortable instead of inviting. I will never go back

My experience here was great, but there is a couple employees there that have horrible attitudes. If they dont like you then they have bad attitudes towards you. Which I feel is bad for business and should be handled accordingly.

Made an appointment for a facial and the lady who was suppose to do it clocked out early 😭. I guess call ahead and make sure you have someone actually present for the appointment you already booked
