Day 3 of being at Edge. This place shows nothing by lies on the photos. Really need to be updated and be taken care of this complex. Just sad π to see it like this. I strongly regret choosing this place. Gym equipment is nasty AF, tanning beds you have but we cant use. Damage π± sticks, outdoor lounge is trashed, car wash area very bad & many more π
It was a great 2 years, the community was super friendly and people minded their business. The staff was welcoming and the enemities made it a very cool place. Loved the space and comfort of the apartments and the its close to everything from schools and stores to parade routes and festivals! Highly recommended!
I like this place. These people do good business here. They are always on time.
Overall a good experience. Mr. Brian who does maintenance has been wonderful, very respectful and made us feel at home. Anytime we have had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours. Very friendly office staff- always willing to answer questions or help if needed. The apartments are nice and fully furnished.
The edge staff has truly been amazing. Bri in the front office is so kind and always goes out her way to help. Mr. Brian our maintenance man has truly been a blessing. He always goes above and beyond to do anything to help the residents. He always has a smile on his face and willing to help!
Great yearβΌοΈ the staff is always friendly and amenities are cool also like being at their pool wish more people can be there like my friends and family really wish I can move into a 3 bed room or 2 because rent is kinda high and I can barely work since Iβm in school
It has been great living at the edge! Nice area to live in, and the shuttle helps a lot getting to campus! You can still use a lot of the amenities just as long as you get an appointment!
Definitely going to shout my man Justin in the office, he is always helping me out! Maintenance is always there to help get things fixed when needed! Mr. Brian works so hard to get things done in a timely manner for the property. Not only does he fix maintenance issues in a timely fashion, even when he was the only maintenance man on site for a long time, but he makes it a point to conversate with me each and every time he sees me. Building a relationship with the maintenance man has honestly improved my experience here.
There is something always wrong at the apartment that seems to never actually get fixed for more than a week. Was told I would get a new dryer when the lease started 6 months ago and I still have not gotten one because they just βfix itβ despite it still taking 3 or 4 dries. The room below us had roaches and after it flooded the roaches spread to our room and instead of spraying when they knew about the roaches they waited for the problem to get really bad in our room. They then told us they would spray until we called and said the problem was fixed however they stopped spraying and we still have roaches. Our ceiling fan has not worked for months and I told them about it in which case they said we would get a new one but we have not. I was also told I would get $600 per person by their staff member for a recommendation special but turns out it was $600 for filling the room. I later saw the ad and confirmed the staff member gave me the wrong information. The staff never has the same story for solving issues. The place is a joke.
I must say I had a couple issues moving in with appliance and cosmetic, I called and they were on it. The staff is great and ready to listen. Employees Justin, and 2- Camerons I dealt with the most are like gold to the facility, pay them also the female that helped me the other day. Like the fun activities and amenities.
I have lived here since 2018 and I absolutely love it! The amenities are all high class including the computer room where I can print out my school work without having to spend $$$ on printer ink. The apartments are nice in itself, but what sold me was the staff and how accommodating they are. I know that I can count on The Edge staff with anything. I have even made some close friendships! Definitely recommend for UL or SLCC college students! It is so close to both campuses and The edge even has a shuttle to take you directly to ULs campus.
Itβs been good so far. Havenβt had to many complaints except for my which is hot. I think having the shuttle bus come to and from school that is very convenient. Also like how I am on the bottoms floor
The staff is always super friendly and they have great amenities! i love being at their pool
My resident experience has been pretty good so far! I love the space we have and how convenient the location and shuttle bus is.
Iβve lived here since 2016. It definitely has a lot to offer & the price is relatively good especially if youβre a student looking to get a place with your friends!
My daughter recently had to leave her apartment during Covid and paid rent on time the entire time she was not occupying the apartment per the lease agreement. While we were driving from California back to Lafayette, we realized she didnβt have her apartment keys and her roommates were all gone as well. We would be arriving after midnight and needed entry. We contacted the leasing office and they charged my daughter 35.00 PER key copy for a total of 70.00. These are for regular door keys! This could have cost me 1.00 each to go make a key copy myself.I reached out the following day to see if they could even reduce this to half as this is clearly a price gouge and they refused.During a time when students and parents are scrambling to keep safe from Covid and life as we know is is changing everyday, you would think the edge would use this opportunity to be flexible and compassionate. Unfortunately, this is not the case. They are greedy and money hungry and I can only hope it haunts them and other businesses that do not look out for their customers during these uncertain and scary time.In addition to the key issue, the property is dirty and not well maintained. There was a ton of trash all over the parking lot when we arrived. I have visited 4 other times and this is always the case. Trash and glass in parking lot, chairs were flipped over and laying all in the grass by the basketball park. This is not a luxury community and they only focus on maintaining the amenities by the leasing office. There are other places for students to live in Lafayette, so before you decide, check it out for yourself. This place is NOT luxury living and do not care about the residents.
The staff at the Edge really makes their residents feel like they are at home. The staff constantly ask what can be improved/ how they can improve and really take opinions into consideration. The shuttle to campus is something wonderful because it allows students to save a lot of money on parking. This apartment complex is one of the best that there is and Im happy to call this place my home.
The staff is great and I love their amenities!!
They charged 70.00 for 2 REGULAR key copies taking advantage of students during the pandemic. the signs are faded and dirty. the property is dirty and the car vacuum is always broken. go spend your money elsewhere this place is not luxury living.
Very sweet people work there.
Ever since I moved into the edge it feels like I found a place that I can call home in Lafayette. not only are the people who live here really cool and nice but even the staff are awesome especially Maddie and Hannah who work in the office. super friendly and nice.10/10 would recommend
The edge is an amazing place for students and a great college experience! The staff is so friendly and caring to all the residents. They offer you a variety of services which is a huge bonus. The apartments are very nice and up to date. Overall it is a great and affordable place to live for college students! Would 100% recommend!
My son lived here for three years with minimal problems/issues. The shuttle service to ULL was the most useful amenity. However, after moving out, we have been contacted on THREE different occasions with a FINAL BALANCE. Their definition of FINAL is obviously different from Webster. I just want to be done with them!UPDATE: I called the number provided on the RESPONSE FROM OWNER and no one knew what I was talking about or who had me to call. ALSO, they called me later to reject the check I mailed to them because it was not received by 09/15/19 even though I was notified of the 3rd FINAL BALANCE on Friday, 09/13/19. I was told the office manager will not be available until Monday. My TWO stars have now been reduced to ONE!
By far the worst living experience Iβve ever had. Upon moving in, I was asked to leave because I had the incorrect move in time. Then they returned 10 minutes later just to tell me not to worry about it. There was vomit coating the wall in our living room which we requested to have cleaned several times and it was never done. They illegally towed several people, including my boyfriend, when they were having the lines repainted the next day for the guest parking lot. The area was in no way designated for guests, but they do anything they can to ruin peopleβs day. Theyβre also the most money hungry business Iβve ever encountered. Thereβs overages almost every month that they canβt show you a bill, receipt, or any form of documentation for. They canβt even be sure as to which apartment had the overage. They treat residents as monetary value, but even worse, like children. Theyβre a student complex, so more than likely, the studentsβ parents pay rent. They use this to talk down to you and act completely unprofessional. The lease was broken several times when staff entered my apartment without 24 hours written notice, and also knocked and proceeded to unlock my door before I could answer it. More often than not, the βcar washβ was out of order and the pool was green for almost an entire month. The only useful thing about living there was the bus to school, and after only living there for a year, Iβd rather walk. Oh, and letβs not forget to mention the shooting that occurred less than 100 feet from my apartment. Residents were not informed. I emailed staff, just to be told no information could be released and never received an update. Theyβre unprofessional, overpriced, inadequately staffed, have mediocre amenities, and lack security, integrity and moral ethics of business. I have never been more disgusted with a place of business in my life. Iβm sure if a thorough investigation was done, this place would be shut down within hours. The Edge is the worst possible place any person could pay to live.
Always they get me charged for something I didnβt do. If you are planning to live in the edge, make sure you got enough money to cover your rent and CHARGES. Please rethink and search for different apartments before you come to this place.
Great living space thats fully furnished! All you have to do is bring your decorations and things like that. Friendly staff, and fun events with free food and goodies! πReally good for students cause they even have a computer lab not to mention a shuttle bus to UL! Cant beat that!
I would not recommend this to even my worst enemy. This place is ridiculously over priced for nothing. They do not care about the safety of their residents. If you some how end up in a dangerous situation that is detrimental to you physical and emotional health, they couldnt care less. All they care about is collecting every single penny that they can. On top of that their staff is comprised of students who have no idea how to work in a professional environment and have no skill set to tend to major problems but they can hand you an amazon package with a smile. Not worth the hundreds of dollars. On top of that cars get broken into. And there is nothing to help with that. They do not respect appointment time for maintains issues, will throw your stuff around and leave you with their mess to clean up. The are also not fair housing act compliant even though they say they are. The absolute only thing they care about is making a dollar and not giving any cares to their residents.
By far the best college housing i have came across in Lafayette. A lot of students live here which makes it very fun to live here. The edge is always putting on competitions and give aways which gets everyone involved! Highly recommended housing for students.
I have had the best experience while living here and am so excited to continue living here until I graduate. The staff is so welcoming and caring. They help you with anything you need. The amenities are the reason I chose to live here! They have everything I was looking for.
I just want everyone to know that while my son attended ULL he lived at the Edge at Lafayette and loved it. I did as well for all its amenities they offer. My daughter lives there now and for years. She loves it as well as I do. As a parent I love the area that its in and I would highly recommend living at the Edge at Lafayette for others..
The staff of this place treated me very racistly. Also their services were so bad and unorganized that one of the employees tells you something and then after a few days you are surprised by another employee who tells you the exact opposite. In addition, they try to exploit the students significantly by putting any possible fines on them. If you need something, you should tell the staff three to five times until it is done.
I would like to give 4 stars to Adam the maintenance man. He got the job done in time and in order. He was very polite and kept me updated through out the whole process of fixing my shower head. Did I mention he got the job done fast?
The best place to live in!!! I have tried to live in other places, but I couldnt find a better place. The price is fair. The shuttle saves you time and money to go to school.
Im am beyond happy that my lease was up at this complex. I lived at the complex for 3 years. My room wasnt the cleanest when moving in. The carpet was still stained after I reported it to the office, they said I had to hire someone to come do it since it was clean already. Oh and after I cleaned it personally before moving out, I still get charged for it. The roommate matching is okay for the most part. I had a set of roommates who decided that it was okay to partake in drug activity in the apartment. I went to the office to explain my situation and the young lady told me that they know these activities go on. If you know then there should be consequences. The internet is horrible, maintenance and vendors come in and out of your apartment without proper notice which is 24 hours. I have had my television stolen out of the living room by who knows because I didnt have roommates at the time. Unfortunately maintenance and vendors were going in and out of my apartment at the time. As usual, the office did absolutely nothing about it and not even the police. The management staff is not the best. They are never really available to talk to residents. If you leave a message, they dont get back to you until days or a week later. The only good thing about this place is the shuttle bus. I wouldnt recommend this place. There are better options for student living in the Lafayette area.
From the beginning, signing the lease and finding out information was made extremely inuitive by the club house staff! Since then my living experience has been accomdating. All the ammenties and inclusiveness that is a part of living here makes it convenient and fun!Thank you all residence and staff!
This apartment complex is AWFUL! They pull money out of you every chance they get and dont even respond to problems, even if it is a safety concern! They like to threaten you all the time by saying theyll fine you or tow your car but will never act on it unless theyll make a profit. They WAY overcharge by pulling $1200-2000 a month out of every apartment and still threaten hundreds of dollars in repairs when you move out. It is always noisy, especially by the basketball court and there is never a parking spot past 8pm. DO NOT LIVE HERE it will cost you WAY more money in the long run than if you went somewhere else and bought furniture, I promise!
I just recently moved in and honestly I love it ! Everyone is very friendly and the staff takes the time to get to know you. They keep you updated and have lots of events to part take in.
This was by far one of the best experiences of my college career! It was my home away from home for 5 years and the staff was just amazing! The prices are very affordable, especially for college students and the best feature is the movie theater. Bring lots of movies for the movie theater lol!
The a/c constantly broke, the wifi goes out constantly and isnβt that good at all, appliances were subpar, i got a positive covid test in the middle of me moving out and when i asked for an extension to get my stuff they told me if i donβt have someone to get my stuff out for me (which i didnβt) they were gonna throw all my stuff out forcing me and my fiance (both covid positive) to get my stuff as well as over priced for what you get, i would not recommend moving here
Worst apartment complex ever. Very dangerous! There was a shooting due to drugs and they played it off as a domestic dispute. the property manager is the worst human ever and I think she moved on to the new Campion. maintenance is a joke there, if you put in a work order expect months for it to be fixed. so glad to have moved away from there
Horrible. The pool is literally always closed, so you can rule that out as one of the amenities that they offer. Pool is closed for the most unnecessary things as well (chairs moved, dog jumped in the pool, etc...), and instead of having workers do their job and assess the problem, they just close it down for the whole day. The workers in the office are nice but they dont ever really know how to help you out. WiFi doesnt work. Carwash and car vacuum dont work either. This might look like the nicest student complex from the outside, but it definitely is not. I would 100% spend less money and move to one of the way nicer non-student apartment complexes in Lafayette. I actually told them I wasnt resigning my lease without even having a plan of where I was going to live, I just knew I wasnt going to torture myself living here for another year. Dont do it. MANY better and cheaper options.
The Edge is an awful place to consider moving to. The A/C constantly breaks at least twice a month, me and roommate of mine both had bugs in our rooms that they did NOT take care of. They dont even deserve ONE star, I wish I could give negative stars. For the amount per month of rent these should not be problems, I will heavily advise you look elsewhere for an apartment.
The edge is a great apartment complex the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and willing to help when you need it.
For the time I lived there everything was great! Whenever I had a problem the staff was efficient and helpful to help. Also would be fixed with in a day or two.
Love this place-everyone is so nice and helpful!! The BEST student apartments!
I stayed at The Edge for about 3 years. The staff is awesome and treats their residents with nothing but love! If I had question about anything, Rebecca (one of the resident assistants) was there to help! Theres always events and activities for residents to meet and greet with the staff and other residents.
The edge is a very comfortable place live. I enjoy the shuttle and the office staff are very friendly.
Im going on my 4th year living at the Edge. Best apartment complex in Lafayette for college students in the area. UL students have a shuttle that brings them to and from campus, plus many more amenities. The staff is super nice (Brittani rocks). Also, they put on many events for the residents: movie nights, grocery bingo, and they always give away free prizes and food! Cant beat it!
Worst apartment experience ever; if I could give a negative amount of stars I would so this is going to be a long one. This was my first apartment ever in life and I have to say it definitely showed how raggedy and money hungry a lot of these apartment complexes are, especially college apartments such as The Edge. I signed a lease for 12 mos. and was trying to find a way to break my lease within 6 mos. of living there. I had to pay a fulls month rent when I moved in the 15th of the month just to pay another full months rent the 1st of the next month. I also was told to move out a month earlier than a full years time, so Ive paid this place for an extra month that I was not living in the apartments. Trash everywhere, pot holes everywhere, car wash never worked (I actually had to go down the street and pay to wash my car even though the car wash at the apartments is an included amenity in the rent you pay), some computers in computer lab would either not work or connect to printer, printer would constantly not work (and dont even think about studying in there), walls too thin and people in the other parts of the office area would be extremely loud, dirty pool...the list goes on. Ive had strangers walk into my apartment once at night looking for someone who did not stay there and I began to lock the door regularly. Anyone can come into the complex and they do. I also had major living issues with the three other females I lived with (who were very dirty people might I add) and complained to The Edge multiple times only to get the response Theres not much we can do, their excuse for any issue that was brought to them. Also, the workers constantly had attitudes and very inattentive and lazy to the needs of the residents such as getting a simple package that was delivered for them. On top of all the foolishness I had to deal with during my leasing period, I was sent a bill of almost $200 of charges from the common area of the apartment. I was charged for dirty appliances, trash left, dirty balcony and damaged sofas. Even though these people let me move into a dirty apartment and knew that I had issues with my roommates, they still charged me for things that I was not using at the time and the damages of my roommates throwing parties. These people also tried to charge me for incorrect keys when I returned ALL keys that were given to me upon lease signing and never lost one or had a duplicate one; I was being charged for an error on their part! I had to get into contact with three different people before getting a response on my dispute against the charges! I would never recommend anyone to live here and if you do, be very careful on who you choose to live with or simply dont leave to avoid the ridiculous bill of charges these money hungry fiends will send you if you do decide to leave.
Do not even consider moving here. If I wouldve known what I know now I would have preferred to live in a box on the side of the road. This place had me living in mold for half a year and wouldnt do anything about it. The staff obviously have no idea how to run an apartment complex because every year that I lived there they breached contract and try to get every possible dime out of you that is possible. I moved out 6 months ago and they are STILL charging me for things. I also never got my deposit back. They told me it never existed.
This place is amazing. 10/10 would live here
Awful apartment complex. I never lived here and I never will. My girlfriend lived here for the past two years and her experience has been awful. Two of my brothers actually lived at the Quarters closer to UL campus and it was ten times better than this. At the edge there is always maintenance people in and out of the apartments. The pool is rarely open, due to the water turning green or due to βpartiesβ. Theyβre obviously too lazy to keep up with their ameninities. Not to mention they are less than 100 yards from BORDENS, it leaves the whole complex wreaking like sour milk. There have been multiple times when my girlfriend has had her water not working in her shower. Not to mention the WiFi is horrible. I would literally never recommend this place to anyone. It is completely over priced due to all of the issues it has. Not to mention itβs a solid 14 minute drive to campus. Horrible place.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The internet rarely works and the amenities like the car wash never work either. Also, there has been a huge pot hole in the middle of the parking lot for a long time that they have never fixed. There was paint all over my floors when I moved I and the apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. There are also bugs in the apartment and Ive heard my neighbors say the same thing. It is safe to say they do not keep up with they place. Worst of all the staff in the office is incredibly rude. Whenever I call or walk in they talk to me like I am dumb and do as little as possible to help. The bus to UL is nice but it runs at inconvenient times. I thought the astronomical price of my rent meant that I was moving into a nice place but my stay here has rarely been nice.
Great accommodations & very convenient for us college students! love it!
Great scenery for college students. Love the pool
This is the worst place to live. The workers are rude, the grounds smell like rotten eggs constantly, they are always looking to fine you for everything, maintenance does nothing except ride around on their golf carts all day. Its a scam and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I lived there for 3 years, 2014-2017. The first 2 years I lived there were fine but I it was in part to me having really good roommates. However in my third years there I really started to see how awful this place is. To start the place just finds ways to take your money. After my first 2 years when my roommates moved out the new ones that came in were terrible they smoked (marijuana and cigarettes) inside constantly, were up late at night yelling, and were the dirtiest people I have ever seen then after I complained about it to the office, they did nothing about is so I decided to transfer to a different room. They charged me $50 even when they knew my roommates were terrible and unlivable with them. Then when I moved to my new room those roommates also smoked marijuana and I complained again, and they still did nothing about it. The walls are as thin as paper and you can hear everything your roommates or in the apartment next to you say.I got a job in Houston which forced me to leave early so I had to pay all the months left up front which kinda sucked, but I was more upset with the fact that they charged me $70 for not turning in my pool pass and parking pass. What upset me about it was the fact that they make you turn those in but all 3 years I lived there, not once did they ever check cars for parking passes or ever checked people at the pool for their pool passes. My girlfriend never parked in visitor parking because it was to far so she would just park right in front of my building (2 & 4) and she never got a ticket or got towed. I also know people that would just go to that pool even when they dont live there and would just go even when they werent a guest of any of the residents. Just goes to show how little the office cares, they give you all these rules but never enforce them unless they get money in the end.The amenities worked very poorly or didnt work at all. The car wash either had a car parked in it or it only shot out a little stream of water making it impossible to clean your car. The internet was possibly the worst internet ever. The computers in the computer lab are terrible and old, and they make supply your own paper for the printer which is the only place Ive lived thats done that. The gym was never cleaned, and basketball court always had kids or people from the neighborhood across the street playing on it. I was either late to class or would have to spend money for parking at UL because the morning bus drivers were always 5-10 minutes late behind the scheduled pickup times at the edge. 2017 the morning guy was just awful not once was he on time. If the shuttle would actually run on time it wouldve been really convenient...but it was never on time. The staff does little to inform you of any news or incedents that are going on within the complex. For instance when they had the accidental shorting in the complex with lead to a death, I only found out through the news, the office never mentioned anything about it to us, almost as if they were trying to cover it up. Also there was this period of a couple months where one of my neighbors, everytime he would argue with his girlfriend they would be yelling in the hall ways and when she would leave she would pull the fire alarm (it was always after they went to a bar so it was at 2am), it happened multiple times and they never did anything about it.I wanted to give it more stars but I just couldnt. They few good things about the place was the afternoon shuttle guy was really cool and nice, and the COX cable TV package was pretty good.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, DO NOT SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY, They let people who live there do anything, they give out hundreds of warnings and no actions, so if you have horrible neighbors, youre pretty much stuck with them. They dont care pretty much as long as you pay your rent. Parents dont send your kids here
Itβs so nice and the best for students.π
Honestly if I could put -5 stars I would. Ive spent the worst two years living here and I am EXTREMLY EXCITED for my lease to FINALLY be up!!Management here is terrible.. they never help with anything here!! If you have an emergency it will be solved on their time and their time only. You better hope the system is up and running!!!Ive have witnessed my bestfriend get attacked by her random roommates boyfriend and no actions were taken up by the office to remove him from the primises. Instead they instructed us to call the cops because there was nothing they could do. They never even attempted to call the cops for us!!! After the incident occurred and the police were called to remove him, he was still allowed back on the primises. He wasnt banned until the police made a third visit here due to his actions. So with that being said you will never feel safe here! And plus there are always police cars circling the buildings, because they are called out so much because the office cant handle the residents that live at the complex.Ive witnessed four of my fellow residents get their tires slashed and/or windows of their cars smashed in. I myself have had a break in, in my car, and a few of my things were stolen. On top of all of that!!!! Last school year 2016- 2017, a person was killed by accident at the complex and the complex never told anyone about the incident, instead they covered it up. Which to me was the deal breaker for wanting to get out of this place, but I had already resigned my lease by that point, and the only way out of a lease here is to pay in full (which is thousands of dollars). To make matters worst the amenities are either broken or extremely filthy at all times (carwash, exercise equipment in the gym, the pool (yes even in the summer is filthy), the computers in the lab, and printers in the lab).I honestly hope someone takes this into consideration when looking for a place to stay, because you will honestly have the worst 12 months of your life take it from somebody whos lived here for 24 months!!! I hope this review has helped anyone seeking the truth about The Edge at Lafayette Apartments!
I have been living at this racist, unworried, unbothered, broke, cheap, spoiled milk smelling apartment complex know as The Edge for two years now. I am rushing to get out of this lease finally. My experience when it comes to living at the edge is a very dangerous and uncomfortable stay. The list can go on and on about how the managers of The Edge are piss poor. They do not care about anyones safety or needs. Several residences that I know have been victims of racism. One of the residents had to suffer with living with racist roommates. She had proof of text messages and recordings of how the girls were harassing her. Again, nothing was done. The Edge decided to take their time to move that resident to safety. Another example of terrible the management is when my own roommate was beat by a grown man in the lobby while being recorded at The Edge on camera. The next day the man was still in our apartment. We notified management and they response was Theres nothing we can do. We called the police to come to find out the man was never banned, even though he was in the same apartment with the girl he had beaten less than 24 hrs ago. Last year police covered The Edge night and day. There has been multiple arrest along with flocks of police officers and their dogs. Someone unfortunately was shot by accident at The Edge and no residents were informed about the situation. We found out from neighbors and I began to feel unsafe. I tried to get out of my lease, but The Edge said that it was not a valid reason. This is suppose to be a safe cheaper way for college student to live while trying to better their future. Living at The Edge is NOT worth the pay. The furniture is damaged and cheap. The area stinks all day everyday. The equipment in the gym is trash. The wifi is trash. And the people who run the complex are sorry. I hope this review really puts a thought in your mind and hopefully you can reconsidered living here. I mean who wants to live at a place like this with ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS AND PREVIOUS HISTORY. Mind you, the number of people who signed a lease of 2015 up until now have dropped tremendously. I only want the best for my fellows peers and students at UL. This review has come to an end and I hope everyone reading has a blessed day. Thank you.
I love it here!
When there are disturbing roommates that dont respect other roommates work and school schedules the Edge does nothing when reported. This is not a good setup.
Amazing place and amazing people
This place just gets better!
Wonderful staff peaceful living
The best place ever!
