Helping with my family. There great people people.

The employees here are great! All we get right now is medical assistance and we appreciate it so much. It really helps SO MUCH! And for us, it is just a crutch until we get the rest of the way on our feet, as we have been doing through the years! Dont like some of the people you run into here and it feels dirty and cluttered in the waiting room, but I honestly cant complain at all. And our social worker is great!

I have been coming here for a couple of years and working with some of the people that work here, and I don’t have one bad to say. Everyone is really nice and welcoming to everyone.

I called ten minutes before they closed, expecting to have to call back the next day. I received a call 5 minutes later and the woman was able to answer all my questions. Have been back since and never waited more than 10 minutes to resolve paperwork or concerns. The two women working the windows were helpful. Not all government agencies suck the life out of you when you walk through the door!

In and out within half hour good job

Although this office is severely understaffed the caseworkers do their very best to help you with your personal needs.

Small office, they help a lot of people, so you can expect to wait for a bit, unless you have an appointment, they can also give you paper work to take home and fill out.

Stairs are steep and if you need the elevator it is slow staff is polite for the most part but the wait time even if you have an appointment all ready is long

Sometimes its difficult to get where you need to but every time Ive been in there with a pleasant attitude thats exactly what I get back

Simply awful.typicsl state office employee lazy and overpaid.they basically want you to do their job.

I have left 5 messages in 2 months on the child support voicemail and have yet to get a call back. I fail to see how no one in that office has 5 minutes to call me back in the 320 business hours that have passed since my FIRST voicemail.
