Complete hack, agreed on a 96% furnace and he put in a 92, and wrote a receipt with a 96 on it, cut the old plenum and just used tape around it, didn’t even make a new plenum, the exhaust pipe going to the outside of the house is resting on the light fixture because he drilled the hole crooked, didn’t reclaim the old AC freon, just released it which is against the law. Left the old furnace and ac unit here, didn’t even take it. Had numerous other companies here for estimates to fix everything. All over $3000. Don’t use him, he’s a hack, I have never seen such horrible workmanship, and I do construction. That’s the last time I try to give work to a “local guy”. Price is better than anyone else, service is more prompt than anyone else, and workmanship better than anyone else. Works for me!

Work was contracted with a hand shakeunfortunately that isnt how you should do business with K&K. The air conditioning works but that is the only positive. Messy installation. And the size of the AC inside unit was not what we agreed upon. Outside unit wasnt dug out and leveled just sat on the ground. He has answered one phone call and we kindly asked him to fix those things. We have called several times and gave him weeks to respond before this review. At this point we just want our warrantee. Still no response from him. Communication gets 0 stars. Once you pay them you are on your own.
