I have been buying here for years. Then They hired a female named I believe Alaina Wilson is her I believe ayear ago. She is very rude with a better than though attitude. I wont purchase from this their again. My friends and I wont make same mistake twice we will purchase elsewhere from now on where folks know what there talking about.. This is our opinion.

I went to a different location than I usually do because my exhaust came undone and needed to be fixed ASAP. I chose AZ over the OR across the street simply because Ive always had a better experience. Today must have been a bad day for everyone especially the dude behind the counter.They did have what I needed though and the store was clean and I will say, very orderly. That is a tiny location but they managed to merchandise everything in a way that they could fit 10k sq ft into 3k so selection is great. But next time Im in the area, I am going to have to check out the guys across the street.

Gavin the manager is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Oil and filter $40 on average, Jiffy Lube is over $100. This Autozone is my go to for auto maintenance.

Been coming to this location for years and the current staff is the most knowledgeable and helpful that Ive seen. Recently went in after I had a windshield wiper fail on me. They replaced both to an upgraded version to better fit my needs at no charge.Highly recommend this location for all your auto parts needs!!

This place was amazing. We were traveling from New Mexico and had car trouble. My son recommended we go to this AutoZone and have things checked out. Jordan helped us out with great expertise and was very friendly. We had a bad battery and he loaned us tools. He was so very helpful and we got on our way soon. I would whole heartedly recommend this place. Thank you Jordan!!!!!!!!

These guys are great. They really take the time to listen and help answer any questions or concerns you may have. They also make it easy to return any items you may have mis ordered or did not need. Ive recently decided to go to them from now on instead of their well known competitor just up the road.

Let me start by saying ZACK was AWESOME!!! He helped ssds me with my battery. Offered to put it in and did so effortlessly. Checked my alternator and cranking. I have always been a favorite of AutoZone. But Zack took customer service to a whole new level!!!If this reaches Zacks manager. Please tell him thank you for me.

Amazing customer service! I am so impressed with John J., an employee that was kind enough to help me out (and not treat me like a helpless little lady)! It was pouring down rain and I was 30 miles from home when my windshield wiper ripped and stopped working properly. I ran in to buy a set and a new headlight (also noticed that had went out on me). John J. was very nice and offered to install my wipers in the parking lot! When he was done he also offered to install my headlight! This is not an easy thing to do on my car! It has taken me an hour to change my bulb, he did it in 3 minutes!! I couldnt thank him enough! I offered him $20.00 as a thank you for his time but he wouldnt accept it! He just smiled and told me to have a good day! So way to go Autozone for hiring John J.! Thanks to him I was able to drive home safely and legally!! I would highly recommend this place and their employees!! Thank you for going the extra mile!!

I have always had a great experience with this AutoZone the employees have always provided plenty of help however tell other day I went to buy a tail light and after replacing it it still didnt work so I went to buy a new housing for the light and a guy named James helped me and checked my fuse box before he sold me the housing for the taillight and sure enough the fuse was blown he replaced it and fixed the problem if that wasnt already enough to earn 5 stars James even jumped my car because I left my lights on and killed my battery

Usually have the parts I need. They do try to convince me that I need to grease the plugs on headlight bulbs. Seems like a no brainer that if they were supposed to be greased then the manufacturers would ship them greasy from the factory. I wonder how many people get sucked into greasy terminals which do a good job of collecting dirt and debris. Otherwise they are pretty good to me.

Staff was outstanding--knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant. Store was clean and bright. I was waited on promptly by a gentleman who clearly knew what he was talking about.

Had an alternator tested here and they said it was bad. Went to OReillys and had them test it and it worked fine. Get these kids some better training on the equipment.

I cannot praise this establishments employees enough!! I bought a headlight and asked if they would show me how to put it in. The man worked on it for at least 30 minutes because my car is very difficult to get in properly. He was amazing. And when i tried to tip him, he walked away and said no, just come back and see us again. This was above and beyond all expectations. Please!! Go to this store as they are customer service beyond.

Im doing 1 🌟 this time to the specific yelm hyway store this is my normal store to orderwhat I need, and I do shop a lot, but there is being several times that, there is to employees there that sometimes, they dont do a very good job helping you find what you need, one time I went to order something and he told me auto zone dont have that, ( he drives a old bronco truck) after that i went to the auto zone at pacific, and they find it right away, so this is not the only time this situation happen, but for people like that you guys loss costumers,. Same store yelm highway there is two people that everytime, i go they are super friendly and helpful, i think the guys name is Leonel, and the joung women, dont know her name but i think she is from puertorico.

I could not believe the level that one of the workers went to in order to help me. I pulled into AutoZone late on a Saturday because while I was driving, my back window stopped working and it had fallen all the way down. No mechanics were open and I know nothing about cars. After trying to pull on the small bit of glass exposed didnt work, I was out of sorts. I went into AutoZone just to ask for some advice on what I could do until I could take it to a shop the next day and amazingly, one of the employees walked out to my car with me and managed to get the window pulled up! But he didnt stop at that, the glass kept sinking back down, so he went back inside to find a rubber stopper we could lodge in the crevice where the window goes down. It worked like a charm! I am so grateful and cannot thank him enough for taking the time to help me!

I am a fan of AutoZone and always have been. I stopped in for an oil filter for my 2017 vehicle. I was surprised by their rudamentary catalog system, requiring me to use an outdated paper book catalog to look up my oil filter part number. I mean this certainly isnt difficult to do but it was only updated to year 2016 and even Walmart has a digital catalog when looking up part numbers.Second observation was the lack of options for oil filters. They do not carry any Fram oil filters and only had STP, Bosch, K&N, and one other off brand I didnt recognize. I chose the STP one as it offered the best cost to value for my application.Staff was friendly enough and were pleasant. Im sure Ill be a returning customer at some point.
