I went in to smart style in Lacey Washington on galaxy dr and ended up have my hair completely ruined damaged to the point of not return half my hair is broken off from 24 inches to 4 inches due to the neglect of Sarah overlapping bleach on grown out double processed hair and she knew it was doubled processed because she’s had all my hair history and did my color for the last year almost . I went to two different salons to see if extensions could be put in but both stated my hair is so damaged it can’t have any extensions color or heat put on it just needs to be cut all off. I told Smartstyle they were responsible for fixing my hair and only way of doing that was them buying me a wig that would be my length color and density that my hair was before the incident occurred which is 1400 I talked with Hannah she said the owner wouldn’t pay for it so now I’m ready to take it to court I want this resolved the salon was negligent and I deserve to have healthily hair on my head

I booked an appointment online for the next morning. I arrived at the salon to get rudely told there are no appointments available that day. Apparently they don’t sync their paper schedule to their online schedule.The employee was incredibly rude to me and talking down to me like I’m supposed to know their online booking program is not synced up to their actual schedule.I informed her that she should have called me upon opening the salon to let me know they did not have that time available, as I had to enter my phone number when I booked the appointment online.She told me it’s not her job to call me and that I should have called the salon before I came in.

Got me in right away when closing in 45 min and Kim still took her time in giving me a proper haircut. Will be back and asking for her. 😊

Well-priced and skilled staff. It may be inside a Wal-Mart, but dare I say its... A cut above?Sorry, couldnt resist. You cant beat the price for a decent haircut though.

I didnt expect anything great for the process of the cut but my child cried after she was done.The stylist is so sweet but her skills unfortunately are poor. She just wanted an short a line cut. One side is nearly 1.5-2 longer than the other side. The layering is choppy and not blended. Its just really bad. If this would let me post pics I would show it.My stylists name was ashleigh (unsure of how to spell it)

I love this place. Everytime I go I will go in not knowing what I really want to do to my hair but I always come out loving what they do to it!!! This is my go to place. I love all the ladies that work there.

Been going here for years even regularly during the covid outbreak, but sadly today may be my last visit. I was turned away for not having the correct kind of mask? Literally wore the SAME mask three past visits and not one problem. They didnt even have any customers and two idle stylists waiting at the front. Make sure you have the cheaply made uncomfortable medical masks if you want to go there now.

My wife made an appointment in person 2 weeks ago for the Sunday previous to today. Arriving last Sunday they said her appointment wasn’t wrote in the book and she would have to wait another week. Then today coming back for the second time once again there was no record of her appointment. Then we were asked to wait another week. We won’t be returning.

They fried my wife’s hair off and wouldn’t pay for the wig my wife is forced to wear . Stylist nameThat did this is Sarah V and this happened at 1401 galaxy dr ne Lacey Washington. If they don’t reconsider paying for the wig we will be taking them to court . I will update the review if things change also this salon is owned by David at karvid partners Llc they made the call to not do the right thing and cover the wig . Take my review as a warning of what they mite do to your hair . What they did by over lapping the bleach on my wife’s previous grown out double processed hair is negligence the stylist screwed up my wife has seen multiple other stylist they say a wig is the only options and to cut all the hair off and start over

Got a hair cut today by Jeannie! She does a beautiful job, she listens to how I would like to have it cut, she is always happy and up beat! Jeannie is very professional how she answers the phone, does her best to accommodate your request, very knowledgeable in hair products, hands out samples of products they carry, just very pleased and happy to have found her!

Sarah is the best hair dresser at this location and the only reason ai go out of my way to go here! I tried going to the other girls, but Im never disappointed when I leave her. I get the cut I want, questions answered and she is super nice!

Hair cut for me and my daughter was not good. Even though I showed the picture of the hair style I wanted, it was not close. My daughter had a hair trim with uneven ends.

I guess you cant expect much if you are going to Walmart. My first two experiences were wonderful I received basically what I asked for. However the second time it took the girl three times bleaching my hair in one treatment there for frying my hair and causing me to never want to go back. I literally left in tears.

They cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and the stylist was really nice. She wasnt afraid to ask for help and the people there work well together.
