Sue and Kim were great! Moving and moving out was such a breeze. Great facilities and office hours. Definitely recommend if you need storage.

Sue was awesome and fast in getting me a storage space. She is always patient and immediately return any phone calls. Also was fast at calling right when I reserved a unit. Shes always friendly. She showed me on the map and gave a precise location of where it was at. Awesome customer service and would recommend this location. Public Storage also has a great app for entering and exiting the facility. Stay safe and Healthy!

Sue was amazing and so was her trainee on the morning of 7/1/21. Sorry I cant remember her name.. Very informative and helpful. The trainee even carried and loaded my moving supplies to my car for me, thank you again! The facility was very clean. Lighting and security system are in great standing. 10/10 will recommend!

Sue was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and gave information that I should have asked about. The office and the storage unit were very clean.

Sue was very helpful while i was getting my unit and even pointed out to me that they also sold boxes to help anyone move. It was a very pleasant first experience with storage units for me.

I’ve been renting this space now for about 6 months and I’ve made my payments on time. Being a veteran I’ve rented spaces for years and never have I had a storage unit rate raised, never! I’ve got a 17 year customer service background and with that thinking I’m locked in on the price - got a notice that their raising the rent. I got a larger space for a lesser price to store my truck ( outside ). My line of thinking is and I’ve shared this with “management “- if you haven’t made any upgrades inside or out, there’s no added security, why raise the price. I believe they noticed the mistake and decided to up the price on me. Great customer service ? I don’t think so!

Great location. Sue was very nice and made the paperwork and processing go smooth. She even met our needs with supplies purchased on site. Seems the units were a bit over priced for not having 24 hour surveillance security. The units were very clean and very tall. Did see the sheriff a few times making a security checks.

Sue made our entire year! She is so knowledgeable and understanding: best part of our storage experience. The place itself is clean, large, accessible, and just perfect for our needs. Sue was a beautiful cherry on top. If you go, ask for Sue.

It was rather simple to set up, took a look at the unit before finalizing reserved booking on it. That ended up saving me like ~$20 bucks for a unit that was actually way bigger than I initially thought. Month to month, due on the first, have until the sixth before they lock down the unit. You should also buy the dessecant bucket that they sell, its like $8 and will help keep moisture levels low. In this interaction Tamara got me all set up and made it rather easy to do so.

I needed a space for vehicle storage and decided on this Public Storage. The rate is $62 for an outdoor space. I reserved the price online. Immediately following, Sue called me. She was very polite and helpful. I went to the office to fill out additional paperwork. She walked me over to see if the space suited my needs. She got me booked for the space extremely quickly, set me up with a gate code and automatic payments. She also prorated the first month 50%. Overall, the process probably took less than 30 min and Sue provided great customer service!

I must say that customer service is on point and Sadie was very help and polite. I recommend that she get a raise and acknowledgement for her work.

I came in after a very hectic Moving day, and Sue and Shy made it better! When I arrived Sue was busy with another customer so she made a call and said Shy will be here shortly. Sure enough Shy pulled up about two minutes later! She came in greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed and educated me on a few things I didn’t even know about to make my move easier. I was very pleased with the care and professionalism from Shy, which is hard to find nowadays. Side note, it also it smelled wonderful in the office!!!

Always accessible, 24/7. No theft or damage in my units. Ive been a customer for several years. Spaces for RVs, trailers, cars, boats..call for availability and rates first. This lot is at a very busy intersection that is controlled by a traffic light. Best wishes.
