I was in town for business so I dropped in for 2 workouts. The community was very welcoming and the coaching was great. Also, when you talk constantly varied, you could not ask for 2 more different workouts and I loved it. I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Papio if you are in the Omaha, NE area.

My husband and dropped in at the gym when visiting from out of town and had a great experience! Everyone was very helpful and super friendly! We felt like we were at our home gym just minutes after walking in the door. Highly recommend this box!

I love how encouraging everyone is. The instructors take the time to correct a move if it’s not right to make sure we don’t hurt our selves accidentally.

I started at CrossFit Papio 5 months ago. It was a huge step outside my comfort zone and it continues to be; however, the coaches are amazing at making me comfortable and teaching correct form and technique. Their coaching is very thorough and intentional and doesnt stop. They are constantly watching to make sure you are doing the movements correctly. The other members are very friendly. It is a place I enjoy coming to workout and will continue do so for a long time!

CrossFit Papio has become my place to get my mind away from day to day demands and give to myself for just an hour. I never have been an athletic person before CrossFit. As a mother and reaching into my early 40s I was skeptical about any form of workout, especially one that involved lifting weights.... but what has been loving on CrossFit Papios part is I never felt intimidated or overwhelmed by anyone (members or coaches). The coaches at CrossFit Papio from day one have worked with me on MY abilities and they continue to show support every time I walk in the door. They tailor each WOD (Workout of the Day) toward all levels of fitness, leaving no one behind and cheering the whole way. Great community, Great Support, Great coaches and Amazing results! I am 35, and I am in the best shape of my life. Never thought I would say that. Simply put... this is the best CrossFit experience in Omaha. Fun, sincere community, combined with challenging, competitive WODS, means you get better. A year in, and my PRs continue to climb. So thankful to have found this incredible place, filled with incredible people.

Ive been at CFP for a few months now and I am so glad I joined! The coaches are amazing and very attentive. I have grown in my technique and strength in great strides in such short times! This community makes crossfit that much more enjoyable!

I had no idea what I was getting into when I started and the owners of CFP and the trainers are second to none. Their patience, knowledge of technique and form is evident from day one. For those who are intimidated by CrossFit, give CFP a try. You will be welcomed, encouraged and surrounded by a group of people dedicated to fitness and one other.
