This is a good location to work out at, home away from home.And you cant beat the price. Its always nice and clean. Their customer service are always nice, polite and friendly. 5 stars for Planet Purple.

I recently got a new membership. On my initial visit I was greeted by James, he was very helpful and professional. He did a great job explaining how the spa services worked, and how bringing a guest works.Upon leaving, Evan asked if I had any questions and also told me about the new red-light therapy that will be coming in June at their location. Plus I have a family member signing up for a new membership sometime this month. Thanks James & Evan, you made my first visit there comfortable & I appreciate it!

Food was good and service quick. We had a chili cheese coney, jumbo popcorn chicken and (yum!) a pretzel twist. Had to try a few different stalls as not all viewing screens were working.
Staff members are always friendly and keeping the place clean. Masks are being worn when not actively working out. It would be nice if EVERYONE participated in cleaning the machines after they use them.
Friendly staff, clean machines and overall facility and never a broken machine or piece of equipment that I’ve seen.The sanitation stations are all around the gym and easily accessible and stocked with cleaner.Staff are always walking around cleaning machines.Extras like hydro massage and tanning are well priced and available. Along with a well stocked fridge of beverages to purchase.I do really wish there was a location to do any sort of stretching, body weight, or free weights use in front of a mirror though. There isn’t one in the stretch area and all the mirrors are in front of either weight benches or machines that are typically occupied. Standing to the side of one puts you too close for comfort (weight and body movement range, not even COVID standards) to another person. Hard to swing a kettle bell and watch my form when someone is on a machine or I’m doing it right in front of the sanitation station everyone needs to get too.Overall, this is still a great, calm, and clean place for a quick and simple workout. Staff is friendly and management is open to communication on improvements. It’s truly a good place and worth checking out if you’re not into crowded gyms.
They aren’t even open 12 hours a day some days. They close at 9 PM every day using Covid as an excuse. There aren’t that many planet fitness is in Omaha, and they expect you to pay the same membership rate for your home location when they don’t even open 12 hours a day. It’s actually a complete rip off. It’s bad business and the establishment is excellent so it’s even more terrible that they are hurting themselves. It’s backwards mentality and the management needs to speak up to open 24 hours again for the sake of their client base, it’s pathetic. Lazy lazy management

This place is great and amazing. Staff is wonderful, machines are clean and just overall amazing value for the membership cost.
I started my fitness journey at this club in 2016. Since then, I have only stuck with Planet Fitness and joined other clubs as I have moved but none of them were quite like this particular club. It doesnt have the 360 but Im okay with that because when I walk in, I feel like I am part of a community. Planet Fitness is good at finding great people overall, but 84th always has a crew that no matter how long Ive been away, I am welcomed as if I have never missed a day, a week, or a year. The gym is clean - you see team members cleaning all the time. The patrons keep to themselves but are friendly when you do address them to ask if theyre using something. This is the club for me and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Keep it up yall!

Wall clock in gym time needs to be updated. Dont think its been adjusted since dst. Its the only clock in gym. Would be nice if someone would adjust to correct time.

Planet Fitness is a quality gym with quality people. It is such a fantastic place to visit that I know the staff by name and feel like I am at home when working out there.Drake (manager), Kim, Melinda, Alexis, and everybody else strive to make the environment the best it can be. I feel that the staff cares about its customers and will go out of their way to accommodate people.The gym doesn’t have the equipment to qualify as a professional weightlifting facility, but if you are looking for a great place to exercise and get fit, this is the gym for you.
The place was decently cleaned, machines all worked, and that was about it. Other than that, it was pretty low grade. No one knew how to put weights back, wipe down their machines, or even how the 30-minute workout program works. This may seem like a mass customer issue, and it partially is of course, but it is also a staffing issue. The staff has to be willing to enforce their simple rules. Definitely one of the worst cultures created in the few dozen Planet Fitness Ive worked out at. Thankfully I found another more rule oriented PF about 15 minutes away that Ill go to instead.

Similar layout to the 36th & Q location, although it feels newer and the stretching area is better. Not as nice as the Bellevue location with all of its windows. Pretty clean. I picked this location because the app said it had the least amount of people of all the locations. Loads of folks wandered around without masks. Maybe thats why no one goes there.
The staff and members are all so friendly and courteous. Location is clean and well organized, which makes workouts much smoother. Equipment is constantly being cleaned around the facility to help promote health and cleanliness.

I signed up for a planet fitness account because I was going to be going with a friend who then consequently, Covid and passed away and therefore I’ve never been in the facility the company continues to try to debit my account for a membership plan when I have called numerous times to say please cancel this accounts do not charge my account anymore and they have a strict policy says their employees that that has to be done in person well due to my close contact with family members and friends dying to go that I will not expose myself to going out in public where I can potentially catch Covid
Planet Fitness La Vista is a terrific facility! People are friendly, there is an excellent selection of equipment & the staff is wonderful. Who could ask for anything more!

The location on 84th and Giles is clean. The staff have always been pleasant. There’s hydro-beds. There’s a stretching area with medicine balls and exercise balls where there’s space to do non-machine workouts. This is the only location I’ve been to.
I love this location. They have had their ups and downs with employees over the years but they have a top-notch staff now who really seem to care about people. Drake, Kim, Melinda, Mike - everybody. They are awesome!
The most important thing i look for is cleanliness. Especially now with the virus out there. There are great selection of machines. I never had to wait for one. There⁴ are more than one machine of each type. I like the circuit training the best. One for abs is great girls youll have ribs in your tummy in no time. Price is Right 10 dollars a month. You can walk barefoot in the locker room. Its always squeaky clean. The other gyms in the neighborhood are dirty theyj

Great Staff and feels like home. I live next to the Planet Fitness in Bellevue but I prefer to drive out to La Vista daily. Very clean and organized gym, my favorite.
There are disinfecting stations everywhere with hand sanitizer on each one. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating if needed.

Aside from the awesome price even for their top tier membership, $20, this company and specifically the LaVista, NE location is awesome. Great Staff/Management, always willing to help, always available when needed.24/7 hours are very accommodating to shift workers too. I like that there are a lot of ellipticals and treadmills. I also like the fact that everything is new. I used to go to a gym where the equipment was worn down, but thats not the case here. The bathrooms are also very new and clean which is such a game-changer!!! The staff here are also really nice and always welcoming and helpful when I have any questions.
It is what it is. It’s clean everything works staff is friendly. It’s not some crazy spa gym with trainers. The price is so cheap and it’s 24 hours. I give the 5 stars because last year I drove there at 3am in a crazy snowstorm. I have a full size truck with 4x4 and it’s newer so the tires are great. I had to take it easy to get there and some spots it was hard to see. I thought for sure they would be closed once I got out on the road. I got there and the place was open I was the only person there besides the guy working there. Planetfitness must be doing something right because most people would have called in on a day like that. Management must care and it is apparent.
The gym itself is good. Take note that if you try to change your payment method online, they only allow your checking/savings account!! I dont think so! You have accepted my credit card for almost a year and now you want to force me away from being a customer only for wanting to update to my new card? Accept credit/debit cards from your customers as it is almost 2020 now.

If youre looking for a place to workout that wont break the bank, this is the place for you. Seems to be always clean, staff always greets you, and can usually use whatever equipment you want. My only complaint is when it comes to refilling your water, it comes out warm. I would say even warmer than room temperature water but that is my only complaint.
Ive been coming here for 3 years. The staff is always nice and friendly, they gym is kept clean and the locker rooms and showers are really nice. Love this gym!
I love that they are relatively the same everywhere you go in any state. They are set up a little differently and some have more ammenities in the womens room. Cant beat it for $20 a month for unlimited membership. When I travel to Tucson this last year, I stopped and got to stretch out workout take a shower, and get back on the road. and after driving the rest of the way I stopped And used one there.the $20 membership I buy it also includes the massage chairs and my favorite HydroMassage beds, as well as tanning
It is an affordable and decent place to workout, but I really wish they would put more effort into hiring friendly and professional employees. But I guess this is a problem for most service based companies these days.Edit: I would say that usually about half the staff is friendly and professional at their jobs, and the rest are either lacking in maturity, civility or both. I raised my rating of them back to 4 stars from 3 because I think that many businesses are all in the same boat, the selection pool to choose from is so unusually poor these days so that is not their fault. I think Planet Fitness just needs to do a better job of policing those employees that are just there for a paycheck and dont really understand the concept of what good customer service is or responsibility for that matter.
This is a very good place to work out. The facilities are very clean and the equipment is well maintained.Only downside is the place is almost always very crowded. If you can be flexible in your workout or be willing to wait for a machine, this is a good place to go.

You go from one to another when the buzzer goes. Its a great 30 minute stomach reducer.the only thing that would make it better is a steam room.tjey need one to have it all. Price is real affordable
I’m on a big road trip around the US so I’ve been to a bunch of PFs in various states. This is for sure the nicest one I’ve been to. Everything looks bright and new and clean. The locker room was impressive and clean. Showers were clean and actually had good shelves to put your products on. Changing stalls had actual benches for you and your stuff (many i’ve seen just have a dinky little folding chair). Guy working at the front was very friendly. Wish I could come back but sadly I must continue my trip!

Its a good gym. The best PF in the Omaha area, in fact. Lots of cardio equipment and a decent selection of weight machines. The lack of free weights takes away one star, as well as the condition of the restroom/shower area. Its not filthy, but could use more frequent attention. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but maybe management needs to update their cleaning policy.
Very clean pf. Lockers are not full sized and the locker room is a bit odiferous but otherwise they have almost everything you can imagine gear-wise. Staff is courteous and helpful.
The gym is very clean and every member of the staff is nice and helpful. I have never experienced a time where I could not get on a machine because it was too full. I also have never seen a broken machine. Everything is taken care of and respected by the staff and members.

My home gym and I love it I have literally left my keys in my lock on the locker 6 times with all my valuables inside and nothing happened that wins my approval!
Gym is always clean and tidy. Whenever I go the gym is not too busy however the equipment is limited. There are only 4 upright bikes and usually when I come and it isnt busy there arent enough available for me to use. Also, the popular weights (10/15lbs) are very limited. There have been times when none were available for me to use and again it was a time when the gym wasnt busy. Did bring a treadmill maintenance issue to the front desk and it does not seem to be resolved. Will give 5 stars for a response on these issues.Edit: Was contacted by the general manager. Treadmill was maintenanced. They wouldnt purchase more equipment but offered a personal trainer to help diversify my workout. So, not the perfect gym for introverts but most of the time it is tolerable.
Great staff, facility is always in excellent condition, good quantity of machines (I go around 5 so it is usually quite busy with the after work crowd). My favorite location.
I like planet fitness at 84th and Giles. Its clean, there are ample machines, and it is in a great location for me.One thing to keep in mind, the building doesnt sit right in 84th, but rather in a shopping area just to the west of 84th. Turn on Brentwood and you cant miss it.

Apon calling the number you hear The wireless customer is not available at this time being my first time here I wasnt sure what to do, I wound up standing there for 20+ minutes before anyone even helped me.

I really enjoy this facility! It is very clean and I usually go at times when it is not overly busy. My ONLY complaint is that I cannot keep a locker overnight. I would love to work out in the mornings before work and class, but cannot leave shower items in the lockers overnight. Thus, I would either have to keep everything in my car that gets over 100 degrees in the sun all day after working out or stop by the gym again after work to pick everything up (defeating the purpose of going in the morning). It would be really great if at least during the week overnight lockers were permitted. I failed to see the sign prohibiting overnight lockers when I got my initial tour and I was very excited to be able to do this and was never corrected prior to buying a membership despite my voicing of how excited I was for this feature. It was not until after I purchased a lock and various shower items that I was made aware that I could not actually leave them overnight. Other than that, I would highly recommend becoming a member of this gym! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the equipment is very nice.

Over the past 2 years, struggling with weight and back pain due to two herniated disks, Ive struggled to stay on top of my health and physique. Tasha and other staff had made my visits to planet fitness something to look forward to. After every workout I am asked if I want to use the massage bed. It is what brings relief to the long day and sore body after my workout. I have been pleased with the facility and staff since day 1 and Tasha, whos been there since day 1, her friendly smile, helpfulness and engaiging conversations brightens my day when I enter and exit the guy.
I love going to Planet Fitness everyday. The place is extremely clean, employees are friendly, and equipment is new and well maintained. Ive been going for almost one year and very satisfied.

This place is the chiropractors patient Factory. Im a bodybuilding professional. And by that I mean theres a lot of equipment that can cause you to have muscle problems in this place. you decide what to do with this information.
