This is about the leasing office staff. Difficult to get ahold of anyone especially if needing help locating the office, which is not at the same location as the apartments. The woman was very condescending when I let her know she was difficult to get ahold of during our scheduled appointment time. It is not a great trait for someone in customer service to talk down to potential residents. Speculating if that is how they are with potential resident, I can only imagine how they would treat residents who are stuck in a lease.
Elatish was a pleasure.... she answered all of my questions with direct answers and was super sweet! Love the staff at Inverness they’re all wonderful :)
Stephanie and Elatish are the best!! The apartments are tucked into a neighborhood, which makes it feel very homey. The 2 bedrooms have the BIGGEST living rooms and huge balconies. Love it!
Stephanie was awesome to work with! The property is very clean and would be a wonderful place for any one to reside at. Highly recommend!
Maintenance is amazing! Dawson goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly!
I am CONSTANTLY receiving group e-mails for move in specials, when I have told them REPEATEDLY that I am no longer in the market for a home. Do NOT send them any e-mails alerting them to your interest in living there unless you want the same treatment.A friend of mine who had recommended them to me at the time has since moved out due to incompetent maintenance staff and overall RUDE staff. They were more than a nightmare for that friend to deal with at the leasing office as well, as she is self-employed and apparently anyone whom is self-employed needs to jump through more hoops than your average person to prove their income.I would say more, but I believe that is the worst of it.Youre far better off going to somewhere slightly more expensive, as youre more likely to be treated with respect than here.
Starting positively, I LOVE the office manager, Jessie as well as Justin who Ive dealt with a few times. Theyve always been helpful and super nice and Jessie helped me get a lease signed and get me my keys on verrry short notice, but thats about where it ends. Shortly after moving in the awful downstairs neighbors started sexually harassing my then 5 year old shortly after they infected the entire building with cockroaches and somehow managed not to get evicted. I had to resort to threatening them with police action since corporate didnt seem to care. The pool is decent but ill kept and there are kids trashing stuff everywhere. My air conditioning hasnt worked properly in over a month (after at least 7 phone calls to inform then of the issue.) The maintenance guys solution is to prop my furnace door open for better air circulation. Its unsightly to say the least and it hasnt helped, my electric bill was $193 this month in spite of working and going to class almost 70 hours a week and being the only one in the unit. I cant wait to move. Save yourself the headache.
I lived here for a little over a year.. It was the worst living experience of my life. When I first moved in they told my girlfriend and I that the apartment was ready to go. Later, I stepped on some nails between the bathroom and hallway because the carpet had been ripped up and they never checked it or took the time to fix it. I called and complained and told them the urgency of the issue. It took 3 weeks to get someone out to fix it. If that wasnt enough a mysterious administration fee started appearing on my billing cycle of $50.00 saying I didnt switch the utilities in my name. I did, I showed the necessary documentation and it still took an additional two weeks to take it off my account.. Meanwhile every manager in corporate is telling me im overdue on a charge. Then a month or so later that same charged appeared once again for the same reason. After I already showed all the necessary documentation that the utilities was in my name. I was mysteriously charged a late fee on rent one time and when asked about it. They were completely rude and said, I did not pay rent on time. I told them my bank account said different and it took me showing them and driving out of my way on multiple occasions to get the $50.00 late fee taken off. When my lease ended it was agreed upon rent would go up $100.00. What they dont tell you in the fine print of the contract hidden way underneath a bunch of nonsense they put a catch 22 that says they can charge additional money on top of that $100.00 which cost me another 40.00. Then when I moved out they hit me with a bunch of bogus charges saying I owed prorated rent. I should not of owed anything though as I handed in my keys in on the first of the month. Also there math is wrong making me pay a prorated fee for a much higher rent; so they can scam a few extra nickels out. Mostly everyone is completely rude once you sign for that year. When you call corporate for help its always another person and other number that your issue needs to be addressed to. This was the worst place to live. Please do all yourselves a favor and pay a few extra dollars and live somewhere else.. You will have less stress and save more money in the long run.. If you dont listen, dont say you wasnt warned. Hope this helps.
Have lived here for a year and have no complaints really.
Had a few problems with the appliances but, other than that its been great
