We had a big rust stain on our brand new carpet and it did not look like it would come out. They took their time on it and had it looking brand new again! They also did an amazing job removing the pet smell from our sectional. This is not the first time we have used them and they always do an amazing job! Highly recommend their services!

Zerorez does not recommend or have a product to clean grout on tile efficiently. The technician was friendly and courteous but explained that Zerorez and their cleaning products could not clean soap scum off the grout. They were happy to try and take my money. If they know that they cannot provide a service that will do the project, they can merely decline the job.

Tyler was very professional. He thoroughly explained the process of cleaning my carpets plus did great job at offering the extra oder guard which I accepted happily having 2 kittens a dog and 4 kids I can use all the extra help I can get! He even was able to get me a quote for my two rooms downstairs plus the stairs and hallway. I will definitely be booking with Tyler again! 10 stars 🌟 😊 My carpets are now ready for the winter, clean and smell amazing.

The gentleman who cleaned today, Scott Thomas was PHENOMENAL! He was not just professional or informative, he was personable and so friendly! We have a couple problem areas and he said he could get them out which is amazing (wax spilling) and I’ll most definitely ask for him, 100%, he’s a perfect 10 and my 2.5 year old couch looked brand new, I’m so happy with the services and won’t ever use anyone else!

Zerorez did a fabulous job as expected! I use them every year to help keeps my carpets fresh and looking their best. All the technicians have been very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I love that the products are all “green” and safe for my kids and pets. There’s zero “detergent smell” and the carpet never feels like it has a residue left on it. You’re just left with fresh, clean carpet.

Highly recommend. Staff person took great care and time on highly trafficked or stained areas. All carpet was pretreated and one stain in particular resolved with that. Corner guards were used to keep hose from running against my walls and stair case columns. Staff person was pleasant, worked hard, took time, and explained process etc. Pricing was reasonable.I had a different company clean the same carpets a few days prior to this and was left extremely disappointed. Toes/fronts of stairs seemed to skipped all together. Was a “special” if booked this month. This other company spent 30 min on my carpets and it showed. ZeroRez spent just over 2 hours and that doesn’t include the walk through, set up and cleanup. Completely different experience and outcomes. No comparison.

I have Zerorez come out about once a year but I’d have them come every other month if I could! I have two large breed dogs and three kids so needless to say there’s constantly something spilled on my carpets and upholstery. I look forward to Zerorez coming to my home like a kid looks forward to Christmas. Zerorez does such a great job restoring your home back to its original luster or darn near close. The fact that there is no chemical smells or sticky feel is the cherry on top. I’ve had a different tech come every year and all of them are incredibly professional and very nice.

I had my carpet cleaned last week. The gentleman who came was honest with me about what he thought was the best way to treat the carpet. He was great and worked hard to clean up what two teenagers and a dog had done to my carpet. The prices are absolutely insane though. And because of that I would never call this company back out.

To get the service, the person that came to our house was very fast, professional and kind. Our carpets are amazing and I feel like Im living in a new house.
