Would highly recommend Maxim Cleaning. We have used them multiple times now and they are professionals, on time, and our carpets always look clean and smell fresh. They even got some stubborn stains out!

They did good work, cleaned up afterward, and were prompt and courteous. I dont know enough about comparable prices, but they charged about $17/vent or return. I have a smallish house and it took them about 2.5 hours.

We have several pets so our ducts were very dirty. Our house smells fresh and seems to cool better.

The duct work in our 50 year old house had never been cleaned and when I took off the intake registers they were 50% blocked with dust. Maxim came in and explained what they were going to do and spent 1 1/2 hours on our 14 registers. When they were done it was amazing how they cleaned them all up. They were professional and very reasonable I thought. I only wish we had done this a long time ago.

My carpets were cleaned 2 weeks ago, and no spots have re-appeared! My aging dog had left her spots, and Id used other products to clean, which turned dark again, even after other companies had cleaned them. The Maxim technicians called ahead of time, were here as scheduled, and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Im very happy with Maxim, they have earned repeat business from me and Ive shared my experience with several others already! My carpets look and feel new again and the area smells wonderfully fresh! Colby came out and cleaned 1,500 sq. ft. of older carpet for us. Hes very easy to work with and was worried that he wasnt getting good enough results. Well, he was getting much better results than the last people that cleaned it. Hes polite and tries his best. Thanks Colby and well see you next time I need some carpets cleaned.

Colby came out and did his thing cleaning out the vent. It did have some wet globs in there unfortunately since it was so wet and partially frozen we had to have 2 other workers come back out to finish the job the next day. Since it will be turning colder with some snow tomorrow they made a point to get the vent completely cleaned out. The guys were great and now it is better than ever blowing out tons of air!!!!! Now I can do laundry and not worry about starting a fire in the dryer or vent!!!!! Thx guys!!!!!

Prompt, very courteous and did a great job. The cleaning of the dryer vent restored the clothes dryers ability to dry everything within a normal cycle. Highly recommend you do this because you have never thought to do it and you likely replaced a dryer that didnt need replacing.

We received their name from the people who installed our new furnace. We had a great experience with our air duct cleaning. They were within the time frame they stated, explained everything thoroughly throughout the process, gave us the cost up front, were very kind with my kids wanting to help them, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond cleaning the outside of the returns and vents as well. All of them look so nice. Ours had NEVER been done in the 30+ years since our house was built. We had a 2 layer of dust, debris, dog hair, gunk and even a dead mouse in our vents. GROSS! We feel like we can breath easier already and the air is crisper. Took the day off to make sure I can meet them here for them to clean it then they try to tack on an extra bill because I live in a mobile home and there was no such thing on the phone even though I told the lady I live in a mobile home so I took a whole days off work to work to be told theyre not coming

1 week ago had vents cleaned, dust clumps everywhere in my house, vent covers had dust in them, continued to blow out dust for week, removed covers and the layers of dust I cleaned out makes me wonder what the service did, I have gone and cleaned out all the vents I could reach and cleaned them myself, AFTER the service people were here as well as vacuumed and dusted daily. Had the service to help with allergies it has made them worse. Not happy with cleaning, would not recommend!! $$$ for what when I recleaned the vents and what I could reach, making my allergies worse. *company contacted me felt maybe should not have only cleaned part of vents needed to reach all, refunded a small portion of payment.

Prompt, personable, detailed regarding what they would do and how, excellent work. We have clean ducts and a clean dryer vent.

Long story short. We had water come in our basement from the May 11th hail storm. It took a couple of months for the contractors to get to the basement flooring and when they lifted it, it was still wet underneath and mold growth from wall to wall. Steve came by for a consultation the day after I called. They immediately started their remediation and the job was completed in 4 days; environmental test passed with flying colors. Courtland and his associate were AWESOME!! They removed ALL the mold quickly and were very professional and courteous. I absolutely trusted them in our home without us there. Laura is wonderful - she helped us with a major insurance problem. Maxim is an excellent company! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mark and Curtis were very professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning out our dryer vents. My only complaint is that they brought snow into my house when they first entered.

Very poor job of cleaning carpet. Says they pretreated soiled areas, looked the same after it was cleaned. I picked up spot cleaning solution and soiled areas came clean easily, so it is apparent no attempt was made by their service techs. Over priced for the work they did. It took them 1 1/2 hours and they charged over $460.00. Asked Maxim to come back when I would be available and they refused. Owner offered no apologies, just excuses why it was not their fault.
