When I moved from the South Bay I needed a local mailing address for my home based business. So glad I chose this Postal Annex!Sam and his staff are caring and professional. I trust them to send and receive my business and personal packages and mail.

Do not use this facility. I called in to get help on finding a package that was dropped off at their location and they refused to check to verify that the package was picked up by FedEx.He claims that the package was picked up by a FedEx carrier the next day (it was supposed to be sent Priority overnight) but the tracking doesnt show that a driver has it with him, which for a package that was First Priority Overnight that is odd. Ive never had such an issue when sending out a package or been paced with such a person who flat out refused to assist me when I called to get help with location the package.

Will never return to PA. Went to the La Verne location for my older mother today. She is paranoid and wants documents shredded in front of someone. I asked and confirmed I could get them shredded in front of me. She took the documents and then...no shredding. My Mother was upset and got out to speak with her and she told her I never mentioned it. Just lying to her face.
