I went in the first time and the man who helped me was not pleasant, at all. I didn’t want to go back but I had something I needed to accomplish there. The next time I went to get fingerprinted. It was a much younger guy and he was very professional. He was helpful and went out of his way to give me good customer service. I would have given him five stars ...no doubt. But that first visit stuck in my head. I had to have background check done for notary service and I certainly accomplished what I needed to do at this establishment. They had better prices than UPS.

The current workers are excellent at customer service. I forgot the names, sorry. They where very quick and helpful with the package I was delivering to my husband. Bery humble, friendly, and helpful, I highly recommend this place.
