Jose and OZA Realty are excellent. They helped us start our dream of investing in properties. They have supported us every step of the way in this venture. Not only finding us the best investment properties, but helping start a successful vacation rental business. Even after the sale of the properties they continue to help with making our investments successful. I highly recommend Jose and his team. When it comes to investment, renovation or just buying a home, I can’t think of anyone better than OZA.

Oza Realty did an excellent job in selling my home. Mr. Espinoza the owner, went above and beyond to sell my house. He and his staff worked hard and were truly professional during this stressful deal. In the sale of my house, I settled on a price lower than market value as I needed to sell it quickly. This was against his advice as he felt my house was worth more and could use his extensive resources and connections to find the right buyer. What more could you ask in a broker selling your home? He truly has a talent for this field and I give him my highest recommendation. He will sell your home without a doubt and you will not be disappointed.The 1 star rating and review below is ridiculous and I suspect the author is one of those difficult people mentioned above. There is always that difficult person who can never be satisfied.

Have used Oza Realty is multiple house sales and have found Jose Espinoza to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He will go the extra mile for you and I would not hesitate to use him again.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the absolute, without a doubt, worst broker I have ever worked with. I didn’t think the bar could be set any lower, but once you talk to one of their agents, the bar drops further! Oza Realty might tell you they can help you, but trust me, they cannot. It is impossible to get an update from anyone in the office. Most employees refuse to give phone extensions, which I assume is so that you can’t locate your agent just to yell at them! I work in the mortgage industry, and please take my advice. Steer clear of OZA, they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING (I have heard of clown colleges, but I didn’t know that college gave out real estate licenses).
