If you are a Veteran or support Veterans you need to read my review about Linda Langman. This real estate agent made it extremely difficult for us to purchase our home because we used my VA benefit. She told us we couldn’t even make the offer unless we presented a contingency offer with a conventional loan. She didn’t want to accept our offer to present to the buyers. She told our agent it would be a miracle if we were able to get the loan. We have prefect credit, we have no debt, I work for the government. It didn’t make sense. I finally called the VA who assured me that the condo was VA approved and our mortgage team said we would have no problem. To the very end of the deal I felt discriminated against as a veteran. Seriously! She was rude, snide, negative, and arrogant. I have all the emails and texts to prove it. I would never want someone like this to represent me. The VA recommended we file a discrimination complaint with the California DRE, which is what I am doing. BUT, we got the house and she was wrong the entire time. I still do not understand how and why this happened.
