The neighbors call 911 on you if the volume on your TV in your house is too loud. I hate it and WILL NOT be renewing my lease. Other than that the maintenance and staff are wonderful. Amenities are perfect for the price.

Overall Decent Place To Live but the maintenance is terrible, they take forever to finish projects, for example they are working on the bathroom by the pool (THE ONLY BATHROOM) for almost 7 months now. There Are Barely Enough Parking Spots. The Jacuzzi And The Pool Are rarely cleaned, the ponds for the fish and the turtles are filthy! If You Have Kids And Can’t Swim, there is a gate around the pools but there is an area to go to a Pool Table room and there is a stair case that leads down to the pool and I always see underage kids playing around the pool and it’s a hazard because they can drown. The Area isn’t that safe because the gates that surround the complex they don’t shut all the way, I see plenty of weirdos pass through. When I Used To Live At Brookside they would keep raising the rent which is why I moved out.

Dont even live here and wished I could give 0 stars. Been coming often because my boyfriend has been living here this past year and please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. Management is the worst I have ever experienced. Never responsive. Rude. Came into apt multiple times without permission. Maintenance dead bolted the apt on us while we were out so we got locked out. Construction took forever and never followed the timeline noted. Parking is a mess. Just go somewhere else.

Good staff... Gated apartments... Maintenance is okay... Security is okay... A bit crowded as apartment building are a bit cozy... Overall good...

Laundry room is a mess and some residents leave their laundry in the washer/dryer for hours after its done, sometimes even days.

Lived here for about 18 years. I love it here. Helpful and friendly staff and maintenance crew. Grounds are kept up nice.

Nice apartment and friendly leasing staff and maintenance is very quick. assigned parking, but if you have second car bit difficulty to find the parking spot. apartments are old, but maintained very clean.

The Hispanic manager there spoke to me in a very condescending tone and was very rude after a situation arouse regarding my application. Her supervisor was able to clear it up and offered alternatives (that her coworker failed to talk about) which would have have allowed move in, but after the way her coworker spoke to me I denied. The place looked decent for the price, was filled with some sketchy people though. For those more family orientated, take your business elsewhere. Otherwise, if you like rude managers, shirtless smokers, and bug infested ponds, have at it!

No parking bad maintenance car got towed 3 times for no reason bad house pool always dirty they have a pound of chemacels the only good thing here was my kids friends bad pool tables broken basketball court air conditioner does not work there is a really wack gym I have a dog I pick up his poop why cant other people pick there dogs poop up people step in it this place is a disaster

Aweful Apartment complex Do not rent! Just moved out because of black mold and they painted over it! That doesnt get rid of mold! He told me, No pink no mold. With attitude. Like just because there is no pink doesnt mean it isnt mold. So I got a mold testing kit and swabbed it and sent it in. Various types a mold. They need to hire a better staff that knows what they are talking about. Also in the winter our heater broke for 3 months. Took them awhile to come fix it. They take there sweet time also there staff is rude they gave us a temporary heater that blew out our cirut. The washer and dryers dont work well.

NO PARKING!!!!! This place is a joke! If you have more than one vehicle steer away from this place its a zoo. You basically have to park about 4 to 5 blocks away around a residential area if you get home after 7pm. Then hopefully your car doesnt get towed. Security does not do anything to assist with this problem they will ignore you. At times you may have someone parked in to car port and then when you call security you have to take responsibility for the tow and sign. It is very stressful to live here and unfortunate when the rent is so, high.

Leasing office did some work to have it cleaned but to very minimal effectCommunity : Excellent community space and the greenery is in abundance. Parking space is excellent and you are allocated a covered parking, only one per householdKids area? : No specific kids area but that said, there are several parks located nearby to this house and is more than sufficient for an everyday playtime

The BBQs here dont work. There are at least 12 of them and none of them work. I have asked the office to fix them and they just look at you like they dont know what yourre talking about. I have asked them more than once too. They have no intention of fixing any of them, so if you like to BBQ this is not the place for you.

Nice neighborhood very quiet except for people above my grandmas room they make noise day and night they dont let us sleep much they are a nightmare

Fix the bathrooms at the community pool already! One side, near the leasing office, is fine, but the pool and Jacuzzi on the other side are broken down, and the bathroom has been closed for months

Kids running around after school. Bugs everywhere. Residents disrespectful. Most people live there are Indians and Chinese(I am not a racist) who does not have any ethic. My dug run out thru the window one day while I was at work, and even the manager knew my dog and that he is very friendly, she called animal control and they put him to sleep right away. I sued them already.Chyntia (or whatever her name is, is horrible) Dont fall on her hypocrite smile, she is sooooooo FAKE, believe me.I knew three guys that had their motorcycles stolen within a year. And one neighbors car also.Very bad experience all around. I bought a house and have same payments like I had there. Overpriced.RIP Lucky.

Very bad with respect to parking. Apartment units are very old and it has bugs. Air conditioning is poor. The entire community is so overpriced. Not worth it.

Most dishonest residential complex..they take deposit with no intention of returning it..they bill everything to outgoing tenent, cleaning, painting, and what not charges..even after a good leaving inspection..bill you for $700 bucks..i guess they get their employee salaries also from outgoing bills..i have never seen a cheap company than this...

Terrible residents/neighbors, leasing staff not helpful, maintenance does a poor job of fixing things, trash fills up and residents make a trash heap, children run around and scream day and night through complex and parking lot, residents are not respectful (loud arguments at 3am, smoking pot right under my window), laundry room is disgusting and machines smell.
