I still live in this apartment building.Hot water is yellowish in color and pipe leakage is normal. This is very disturbing since water is a basic need.Guest parking is from 9am-6pm only, so if you family or friends coming over for dinner, you have to miss few hours from work to get a permit from the property manager so your visitors can stay past 6pm. You have to walk to the gate to open the gate to let them in and out every single time.Some maintenance repairs were done poorly.Yes, they have in-unit washer and dryer hookups, but the doors are smaller than the size of the washer and dryer.
