Have used H&R Block for several years, then left for 2 years and came back. Todays experience is exactly why I came back. My preparer, Kelly, was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. Ill definitely be back.

My tax preparer was awesome.

Came here to do taxes this was my 2nd time doing taxes at this office, I got my taxes done by Robin blonde haired female. I actually ended up having to pay the IRS. Robin took down my wrong account number and the IRS never was able to receive my payment. When I called robin she said it was already filed and she couldnt change any of the information already put in and I ended up having to call the IRS and have them change it. Horrible 2nd experience wont be returning, save yourself the trouble go somewhere else! I paid 231$ to get my taxes done inadequately.
