If I could rate this place negative I would, I went in back in April to do my 2020 and 2019 taxes, drove all the way from Perris to la Mirada just to find out my 2020/2019 taxes were not done completely after ONE MONTH. I had to go back again and finalize them. A month later passed and I got my 2020 taxes BUT not 2019, just to find out they did not finalize my taxes. I called for TWO months and just today they finally got me to a the owner Warren, when I asked why my taxes were not done correctly and completely he said he would find out when I spoke to almost every employee and they said they would leave a message for him. His excuse was Ive been busy or These are 2019 they should have been done a year ago or We had to get the missing informations for 2019 when it was only ONE thing that I had requested for them to get back in April when i first went in and they told me it should take til May to retrieve from the IRS. When he asked me how I was going to pay after MONTHS of them not calling me I asked if they were still going to charge me or at the LEAST give me a discount .He was charging me $400 and $50 discount only upfront because he couldnt take it out my taxes. Then when I asked for all my tax documents to be sent back to me or emailed he still had the AUDACITY to tell me those were his and that he spent time getting the documents when it was only ONE. I will NEVER give this place business again and if you like to be overcharged, disrespected and have the time for them to lag on your taxes then this place is for you.
