My agent Zaira had been amazing, about once a week sometimes more sends me a text update and asks if I need anything or if I want to make changes or have questions. She also when I first came to your company she looked up a lot of places for a lot of different quotes and got me the cheapest one that she could find which was better than anybody elses quote by about it $15 we started doing the paperwork and she came across it a different place that was even cheaper than that for exactly what I was wanting anyway for my policy so she proceeded to notify me call me back tell me we were going to switch it over to that one even though part of the paperwork was already done so she went out of her way to redo paperwork that was already done and to contact me and notify me that there was a cheaper monthly payment and so she was making sure that I received it and I was just very happy because I have head injury and I just was able to drive again and got it in car and she made me feel comfortable she was on top of everything when she said shed call me back she called me back and always with information the second month I paid off my insurance for the total for the full 6 months and she has still continued to contact me every single week sometimes twice a week and Ive never ever in my life had an insurance company do that ever my experience with insurance companies is they dont care about the person but I believe that Zara does Im very happy with her as my agent and shes done an excellent excellent job and I really appreciate her and all of her hard work thanks Zaira
